Park Air Express is a very good service !!
The signs in the parking when I arrived were confusing. Kept saying parking 1 level down, when actually it was 4 levels down. As a result, everyone one was stopping 1 level down and again 1 level down and it backed up traffic on the ramp. If it had said park on level 4 or 4 levels down, it wouldn't have backed up.
This was our first time using any type of this type of parking service. Since it was our first time, we were a little bit lost inside the parking structure. However, now that we are familiar, we will definitely use this service again. We called several times for directions and we received the necessary directions. Thank you for making our first time experience a positive one and we will certainly use this service again.
As a first time user of your parking, I found exiting the lot confusing. The signage to exit and the need to pay at the cashier station before you leave should be more prominent. Otherwise your service was terrific!
Park Air Express has a very confusing system. The signs in the garage are not clear. The directions led toward a closed exit. I and several other drivers had to back up and turn around to find the correct way out. Also, the shuttle driver gave me the wrong information about the the place to pay.
I love being able to text for pick up! It's historically so noisy outside the terminals at LAX that no conversation is coherent, but there's no doubt about the content of a text.

It was awesome having the Texting option so I could tell Park Air Express when I was at the pickup location. Paying for parking was easy. However when I got to the level where my car was, there was no available attendant and as a single woman loaded down with luggage, I felt like a fair target for anyone lurking in the shadows. Having an attendant on each floor would have made me feel safer, especially as I was roaming around looking for my vehicle.
Parking before departure was challenging as I was unfamiliar with the routine and the attendants were very busy. Arrival went much more smoothly. Everyone was very pleasant and I got out of there quickly and easily.
Nice facility, courteous staff. But unless you use valet parking, parking lot uses stack parking. So you have to leave your key and there is potentially a delay getting out of there. I had to wait for 1) attendant to find my key 2) for him to move 2 cars. Also lot layout is confusing and it's easy to make a wrong turn trying to get out. Also billing is screwed up.
My only problem was exiting. They should have told how and where to exit. I ended up at the wrong exit with a guy who spoke little English. It was frustrating. The guy taking my money should ask. Do you know where the pre paid exit is? Simple! He didn't and I didn't.
great experience. Shuttle was quick on the pick up once we landed as well.. Great value, felt my car was safe.
It was terrific to get back into a car that was still clean and not overheated.

Our shuttle going to LAX, on 7/18, was quick (within 10mins) but due to traffic as I was told, the shuttle took about 30 mins from the first call I made to it's arrival on our return trip back, on 7/26, to the parking structure. But it was still a quicker service than any of the shuttle services that we used to hire round trip. We will definitely utilize this service more often. Thank you.
Overall good experience. On the day coming back, the shuttle to 25 minutes. Not ideal when you are with an 8 year old standing outside at 11:30pm.
The car washed I requested was done poorly !!
Frustrating as a first time customer as there is little to no signage for self park. Had to ask someone on every floor where to go. Told the bus driver we were flying Air France serviced by Delta and asked which terminal was correct. He dropped us off at the Delta terminal, which was incorrect. My boys and I had to run to the Intl terminal and almost missed our flight. Initially, Air France refused to check our luggage and told us we were too late to even board. We would've been on time, if the parking had better signage, we were dropped off in the right place, and if the driver could navigate the traffic in the departure lanes better. Also, your sign on the street is not very visible and too small
