Have used your service before and will use it again. Pre-registered makes the process go that much quicker.
Drop off was fine. The office didn't seem particularly organized but all staff were courteous, professional and drop off was quick with no problems. Pick up was an entirely different story. Upon my return from the most painful, traumatic, grief-filled Christmas I've had ever, I called for car pickup 3 times and ended up waiting for approx. 70 minutes in the cold. 1st time I called at 6:32pm, gave ticket #, car make/model/color, last name, and was told "You can go out doors 1, 2, 3 or 4, but in 15 minutes go to signpost #4 Hotel Shuttles to wait for your car & then flag down driver." Left my coat at hotel so was freezing as I waited. 7:08pm I called to find out where car was, and as if I'd never called the first time, I had to go through entire process again - ticket #, car make/model/color, last name, go to sign post #4...etc. When I said I'd been at sign post #4 for 35 minutes, the woman responded like I'd never started out the call saying, "Hello, where is my car? I've been waiting for over 30 minutes?!" She asked if I'd called before and I said, "Yes!" Her response? "Oh, well, this is the first time your ticket has been pulled so it's on it's way. It'll be 15-20 minutes." Nothing - no sorry, no 'oh my, let me look into what happened', no 'you must be cold. why don't you wait inside the door and we'll call you when we pull up.' Nothing! Fine - I wait. And wait. And wait. Then, almost in tears because I still have a 2 hour drive ahead of me to get home, I call again at 7:28pm to say, "Ok, now it's been 20 minutes since my last call and 1 hour since my first call. Where in the world is my car?!" The response again was as if nothing was wrong: "Well, ma'am, the first time your ticket was pulled is when you just called so the car is on it's way." 10 minutes later the car arrives. 70 minutes of waiting time. To boot, the driver, while super sweet, could barely drive and I was terrified we were going to get into an accident. Finally, To add insult to injury, I get to the office to settle my bill and all I hear is, "You owe $22." Now, this was the original amount I owed on this reservation - no discount, no compensation, no genuine apology for the trouble, no nothing. So I asked, "Are you for real? You're not even going to compensate me?" Mind you, I didn't intend to accept any discount after having to ask for it; but it was the principle that bothered me. If you're not going to apologize verbally to someone, then at least acknowledge in some way that you've screwed up and you regret it and that you value your customers. The blond lady behind the cash register actually had the audacity to challenge me that I'd waited for over an hour, challenged me to remember the name of the person I spoke with at 6:32pm when I first call (ohmygosh, really??), lamely offered me 40% off my next visit (AS IF! NEVER going to give these people my money again.) and then as if she was a 4 year old, spoiled brat said, "sorry you had trouble" with such insincerity, itt was enough to break me. I paid my bill, tipped the pick up driver $5 and got in my car and proceeded to break down. These people! You know, I returned home from saying good bye forever to my terminally ill family member on Christmas Day and it wasn't lost on me how silly these Pacifico employees behaved in light of such a simple problem to resolve with some basic humanity and decency. The only person seemed to value the customer was the pickup driver. Never EVER again. And I don't recommend you do, either.
Had to wait way to long it was over 30 minutes
Always satisfied. Fees have gone up a little. Extras not aware of in years past. But still very competitive, and the level of service can't be outdone!
Very congenial and helpful attendants and office crew.
We were dismayed to have to call Pacifico a second time to determine where I vehicle was! After the call we waited over 30 minutes, before the car finally arrived. We phoned for the car at 4:30 on a Wednesday.
Lady in office - cashier, was very friendly and helpful. (very nice black lady). Pleasant to deal with. Lady "driver" was very friendly and nice to talk to. (former school bus driver)
Staff was friendly and professional. Would use them again, only I would go directly to their website.
I had to wait 40 minutes to get my car at the airport. Pacifico stated that terminal F was a difficult terminal to get to. When I was dropped off at that same terminal and spot, the driver had no problem finding the terminal.
The man who drove us to the airport was exceptionally pleasant and so kind.................
Since they pick you up and drop you off in your own car this survey doesn't really ask the right questions. So the service was excellent, There were no issues with my car when they picked us up. They responded quickly to our arrival call. The transaction was easy to complete. How could they make it better: Offer free drop off so that you don't need to go back to the facility to complete the transaction...They offer this at $14
It was a seamless, great experience! Will do it again.
awesome recommended from a customers of yours would not hesitate to you use your service again thank you
Website price was not initially honored upon picking up my car after returning from my trip. I was charged a higher rate. When I debated the issue with the attendant, she took my name and said she'd have the manager call me. The manager called 2 days later and politely amended the price to the rate on the web.
This valet parking experience was on of the best, and both of the drivers were polite and perfect gentlemen.
Just a small comment: I don't like people changing my radio stations. Overall, a very good experience.
This was the first time we used Pacifico for airport parking. Going to and from the airport in my own car meant loading and unloading our mobility scooter once. Their staff was very courteous... I didn't feel rushed like at other companies. A pleasant experience.
Much better than the Shuttle. Will do it again.
Drivers were very friendly.
Always appreciate the kind and friendly service at Pacifico, all staff included!
