    Please make sure your bus is clearly marked when picking up your customers from the airport. The little cardboard Hyatt Place/105 was not visible and confusing.

    Once I arrived at the airport, I texted Parking 105 for a pick up. They responded immediately that a shuttle was on its way. It took a second text and over 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. This is totally unacceptable.

    What a disappointment! The drop of our SUV was ok. The pick up on 4/10/15 was a nighmare. We waited for an hour for a shuttle pick up and called 4 times. There was extreme confusion on the staff answering the phone and the driver was very rude when we question his tardiness. It turned out that there was an issue with the 105 shuttles and we needed to board on the Hyatt Shuttle. Why were we not told to board the hotel shuttle? This was unacceptable! We will never park here again.

    Confusing shuttles didn't have "105 airport parking"on shuttle. It stopped at every airline even if no one requested that shuttle. Woman driver very good and friendly. Help at the garage was very nice.

    Its cheaper than book directly with 105 airport parking at LAX. If cancel you only lose $5.5 service fee, vs 105 charges 10%. They also honored the $5 coupon code which I forgot to input when checking out. Great customer service-by email only, they didnt answer the phone call.

    I think that it would be more efficient if the online reservation could be sent to the 105 parking automatically instead of having to bring them a hard copy. Also the individuals who work at 105 need better customer service skills. They have a tendency to be quite rude and it's extremely frustrating.
