To use this lot you ha s to go to the hotel pay then follow a shuttle to a different lot, park and then get shuttle to airport. This all took almost an hour. On the return trip I had to wait 45 min for the shuttle. Will not use again
Getting to the Hotel middle of the day was horrendous with traffic. Got paperwork done and then had to wait for shuttle driver to get back to hotel to take us to offsite parking lot. This took some time. After our return, called the desk and driver was there in under 2 minutes. Parking lot where my vehicle was, was within walking distance of airport. Very convenient. I wish they had an office at the offsite parking lot. Would make it much easier for all. Price was best I could find for 13 days parking
Nu Hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. We were advised the wait will be 20 mins, however we waited for over an hour for pick up. We made a follow up call after waiting for 25 mins and was advised there is nothing they can do to speed up the pick up - will not recommed using this hotel service.
Excellent service. We had no problem at all. You need to go to a fenced parking lot that is about 2 minutes away from the hotel. Shuttle was fast and driver was very helpful. Will use them again for sure.
This place is a joke. I didn't stay at the hotel I just signed in for parking my vehicle. After my vacation I came back to pick up my car and I immediately saw that someone hit it. I went back to the office and nobody was able to give me any answer, they told me to call in the next few days and ask about the Manager. I did so but the Manager wasn't available and so the employee gave me an email address where I could send the pictures of my car. I did so and after a week (after I had to call again) I was told that there was nothing they could do. They said is not their responsibility if someone damage my car when is parked (what is the point then? I can park it anywhere and hope for good luck). DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, IT'S A SCAM!
It was relatively easy to find the hotel but locating a parking place to confirm the reservation was difficult. It was unclear that the parking lot was offsite and not at the hotel. Once the reservation was confirmed, the driver took us to an offsite car rental company where we parked our car. He was courteous and polite and got us to the airport quickly. Upon return, we called the phone number to be picked up and could not get an answer for close to 30 minutes! We tried and tried and incurred international calling fees because we had to call multiple times. This increased the amount we actually paid for the reservation. When the driver finally arrived, he was courteous and professional and returned us to our car. Not sure that we would use this service again if there is not an alternative number to call.
I was afraid we might miss our flight out it was so slow and short of working (lots there)staff. One woman was also in line with an even earlier time. As experienced travelers we do allow plenty of time for screw-ups, as they happen. However this was terrible!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Took over 20 mins to get someone to answer the phone when we got back. Then got out on hold twice for over 10 mins each time. Once I actually talked to someone, the shuttle came in a reasonable time. The place has the cheapest parking, but the hassle coming home was not worth it. Will steer clear of them next time.
When we arrived at the NU hotel, the attendant was able to find our reservations easily. However, the self parking at NU hotel was very inconvenient as the self park was at a distance from the actual hotel and we had to follow the shuttle driver after a 10 minute wait to the parking lot to park. After parking our vehicles we were then dropped off at the terminal by the shuttle driver. As well, when we checked in, the attendant informed me that when we returned from our vacation, we were to go to post "S5" in Terminal 1 and then call the hotel from there for the shuttle to take us to the parking lot. When I called to hotel for pick up, the attendant on duty the evening of Aug 24, 2015 (approximately 5:30 p.m.) informed me that we had to take the airport link to the Viscount station and the shuttle would pick us up from there. At that time, I told the attendant that when we checked in, we were told that we had to go to "S5" in Terminal 1 and the shuttle would pick us up from there. The attendant was insistent that the pick up was not at the "S5" location in Terminal 1 and that we had to go to the Viscount station to be picked up. Clearly, the attendant on duty was not clear on the process as the Viscount station was for people who required a rental car and not for people who were only using the parking lot. This resulted in a delay in being picked up. As well when the shuttle finally arrived approximately 40 minutes after I called for pick up, I was informed by the driver that he could not accommodate all 10 people from both families as there were other passengers waiting as well. At this point, I lost my patience and told the driver, that he was going to take all 10 of us first as we had been waiting for a long time and that he would have to come back for the other passengers. The driver realized that we were frustrated and agreed to take us. However, the driver too was misinformed as to where he had to take us and took us to the rental place instead of the parking lot. When we told him that he needed to drop us off at the parking lot, he was very accommodating and took us there. The driver too said that there was a miscommunication by the attendant at the NU hotel and that we should have gone to the "S5" location (as we were originally informed) for pick up. So all in all, our experience with the self park at the NU hotel was not convenient or easy and far from pleasant to say the least. I would certainly not recommend this location.
I waited an hour to be able to park, and nearly missed my flight. Coming home, I waited about half an hour, which was much too long after a long flight. The shuttle driver at the coming-home end drove too fast. The parking lot was overcrowded and the surface in poor condition. I would not use this parking again, nor would I recommend it.
The gate where my car was parked appeared to be left open the entire time. I should be closed.
When I arrived I was informed it was their policy to take the keys to park the car. I didn't want to leave the keys with them on the journey, but agreed. When I got back from my trip they dropped us off at our car in a different lot without bringing our keys. When I got back to their office to pickup my keys and complain, they told me I should have told them they had my keys. I was very angry as they told me it was their policy to take them, I shouldn't have to tell them they were in possession of them. The same manager then told me "well, we only take some people's keys". Extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend ANYONE to trust their car in these people's possession.
Car was parked in, and the attendant could not find the keys of the cars necessary to be removed. we were delayed over an hour and finally found the keys for the attendant. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER park at that establishment!!!
Horrible Service We call in 7.58 pm Tuesdays June we wore told buss will pick us up next 15 to 20 min After 35 min of waiting we call no answer after many try's try & try again finely some one answer again told another 5 min bottom line after 20 phone calls the send a driver we wait a total of 1.10 min are you freaking kidding and you advertising pick up every 15 to 20 min I will never recommend any one to ever use your service or myself horrible experience Plus driver never even help loading the bags lazy DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT EVER NU HOTEL 6465 Airport road
The shuttle wait time was 1.5 hours. The telephone service was horrible. This is the worst experience in this kind of service.
Had to wait over 1/2 hour at front desk to get shuttle to parking lot and on return had to wait over 1/2 hour late at night for shuttle to pick up. We see shuttles for other hotels go by two or three times before ours ever comes. Then the driver seemed insulted that we didn't tip him!! This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had to wait 45 minutes and it was late and cold! We will never use NuHotel again. They are too busy with the car rental business.
Regarding the price, the parking was good.
Dear Sirs, On return from my trip I called for a pick up after I had my bags and was at the curb. I was given instructions to proceed to C22 and wait for the shuttle which was 'on its way' which I did. 45 minutes later I called again asking for a pickup again being told just a few more minutes. At about and hour and 15 minutes I called again. The individual quickly answered, but put me on hold. After a 5 minute wait, I hung up and called again this time to get an automated machine asking for me to leave a message. It was at this time I walked to find out how much a cab was to take me to your facility. I was told $21.00 (flat fee); however, the cab stand person was kind enough to call you for me again, so I proceeded back to C22. I was told by the passengers that NU had just been by and picked up a female customer. This time two more people (concerned passerbys noticing my plight) called you and after another 15 minutes I finally received a ride. Of course the driver immediately blamed me for not being there. I am sure the driver has no idea what passengers male, female, black, white, etc. since your dispatcher failed to do her job. I was in the right place all the time with the exception of approximately 5 minutes when questioning the cost of a cab. It may be a surprise to you, but not everyone's telephone works in Canada so I had to ask strangers to use their telephone to make these calls (numerous!). You need to do a better job. You might want to have the dispatcher find out who needs to be picked up and check to make sure that this has been accomplished. I am sure that you can understand that I found your service totally unacceptable and I will let everyone I deal with know to avoid employing your services. I am sure this is going in the electronic trash can because I am sure you will just blow this off just like you blew off picking me up. You need to add the ability to insert how many hours it takes for a pickup rather than just 15 minites or more in your survey.
