Small business so while sometimes it takes them time when they are busy they are very good with customer service.

I have been utilizing Nola Parking since they opened and very pleased with their services. They quickly transport you to the airport and promptly pick you up when you call. The staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend parking here!

Directions/address were correct. However most parking companies are located west of the airport access road. USA PARK is located just east of the access road so had to backtrack and look for it (since street number "1601 Airline Blvd" is not visble). Recommend being more specific to location.

Attendant was outstanding...There were so many customers that came in at one time, we thought she should have had more help...She managed to get us all to our vehicles and checked out in a timely matter....

Overall a wonderful experience! This was the first time I ever left my vehicle. I was extra anxious because I was coming from out of state to fly out of MSY. The staff was courteous and professional and the service I received was extremely outstanding. From the shuttle drop off to the check out was smooth and prompt.

Great service, great price. As I parked my car in the lot the shuttle van was already pulling up next to me to take me to the airport, and I was greeted by another man who carried my bag to the car. I was at the airport faster than I would have been if I had parked in the long term parking garage, and they dropped me right at the door. When I returned I called as I was stepping off the plane, thinking it would take a few minutes for them to get there, but less than 5 minutes later when I arrived at the transportation center they were already there waiting! Really awesome service, would absolutely recommend and use again.

NOLA parking is the by far the very best place to leave your car! Everyone is so nice, they are very prompt in picking you up when you return! I will never park anywhere else!
The price is cheaper then the rest of the parking lot.The attendants was very nice and friendly. The shuttle service is very quick. I would definitely park there again.
I discovered this place because I picked up a Groupon for it. I had a very pleasant experience when I dropped my car off, but when I returned for the car at the end of my trip, the owner was extremely rude to me. First he demanded to know why I hadn't informed them I was using a Groupon. I told him no one asked, and furthermore no one said anything about payment when I dropped the car off, they just gave me a ticket and I was on my way, so how was I supposed to know to tell them? Second, he said I needed to tell them I was using a Groupon when I made a reservation. I told him that I didn't make a reservation, I just came to the lot. He got even more angry and said I was required to make a reservation prior to parking. I pointed out that nowhere on the Groupon does it state that I needed to make a reservation. The owner got even more angry and said if I looked on the internet it would say that I needed a reservation. Then he said, "3.50" and I said, "What?" because I didn't know what he was talking about. So then he started yelling at me about how I had to pay tax and he put the Groupon right in my face and told me to read it. I paid him the tax and he is mumbling about how I am wrong. Then he says that he will not honor the Groupon because mine was for 4 days of parking and I had only parked for 3 days. Um, hello! I am doing you a favor by using your lot for less time while paying the same amount of money. You're welcome! His wife (I believe) then took the Groupon inside and returned with it a few minutes later saying it was alright to use. He then said he was the owner so he could do whatever he wanted, ie, honor the Groupon or not. During the entire experience he seemed really mad about the Groupon and decided to take it out on me. I didn't make him do a Groupon and I didn't set the terms of the Groupon and I didn't write the fine print of the Groupon, so why is he yelling at me for using it?! Even though it was a good deal, it was not worth being treated like garbage for no reason. I will gladly pay more money to park at Park N' Fly and have a pleasant experience. I feel bad because the owner is probably going to yell at the people with whom I dropped the car off, but they were the only part of the experience that wasn't awful.
