    No sign at parking location and no clear directions online. Driver had to process my reservation and also process another customer without a reservation. That took longer than it should. Pickup van at the airport was not identified as NH Airport Parking and had a Massachusetts license plate on it. When I called for pickup at the airport no one took my claim number. The van came picked-up two people and took off without announcing who they were. We stood there for another 40 minutes and i made 3 phone calls before being picked-up. Ask for claim numbers so you know you have everyone!

    It was so great to have the snow brushed off the car and have it warmed up and waiting. Also the shuttle was very fast picking me up, so I wasn't standing around in the cold for a long time. Very pleasant and cheerful employee, too!

    Pricing has gone up and quality of the service has gone down. I will probably not be using this service in the future. It used to be a great savings and felt it was professional. Even the van that picked us up was pretty shoddy.

    This was my second time trying this service. Everything went well once again. I would reccommend it. Saving a few dollars versus parking at the airport is also nice. Our wait time on our return trip was longer (25 minutes) than expected, but, bearable.

    Great service. Shuttle brought me to the airport and picked me up. Shuttle was on time, no waiting, drivers were pleasant and didn't have to walk to the airports parking lot in -20 below windy weather.

    HORRIBLE customer service. My vehicle was damaged while in their care and we had to chase them down for 4 days to get answers. Still havent resolved the issue and its been 3 weeks. The vehicle also had 6 miles more on it when we picked it up.

    They were very polite and quick, as soon as I arrived another customer and I were shuttled to the airport, and after calling right when I landed, I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up.

    We were confused by the sign which said, "Payless Parking" and my confirmation slip said "NH Valet Parking" We also didn't like the fact that our car was left with the ignition running while the driver picked us up at 10:45 pm. Anyone could have jumped into the car and taken off with it.

    We waited a long time to go and the van was packed with 9 people! Let's just say when we arrived we had plenty of time and ended up running, with only one minute to spare, to make the flight. It was uncomfortable and the driver moved very slow and kept waiting for more people. Very frustrating.

    you should tell your first time users where the pickup spot is for those that are coming back from their trip. where the green awning is for shuttle pickup. maybe i should have known. the signs did say shuttle service.
