    Need to ensure that your staffing is properly "staffed" for late evening arrivals. We had 4 parties with us at once and only one staff member to drive the van and finish up the paperwork on each of us..

    No one there when I arrived and building was locked. Waited 10 minutes then 2 employees arrived in a personal vehicle. Sign on door said the van was en route to the airport which was not true since I was standing next to it. Pickup service on my return was excellent.

    The parking experience was great as usual. However, I had requested a full detail of the vehicle so I could take the vehicle for an estimate for a possible trade or sale while I was in Manchester. When I returned the vehicle was in the same condition as when I left it. I can't understand why I wasn't called and at least offered a mini detail. To say the least it was quite a surprise and disappointment to see the vehicle the same as I left it. Had to cancel my visit for the appraisal at the last minute. Not very professional.

    In arriving at the Manchester, NH location, the office was open, but no one was there. Thus I had to wait for someone to show up. No explanation was given. I got to the airport on time alright however. In returning though, the phone no. on my claim receipt had faded making it very difficult to read. I was fortunate that the airport Information kiosk operator knew the no. so I could then call. On my own phone as you do not utilize the "speed dial" courtesy phone service at the airport. Something myself, and others using your company would appreciate. When I reached the office, I was told 5-10mins. More like 15 mins. plus. Turns out the driver of the van was the only person in the office. While I don't fly very often, and this is the first time I've used your company, as far as flying out of Manchester, while I may save $ vs. using the airport's long term lots, I may go back to those if this is the type of service I can expect. As far as the other questions beyond the basics in this survey, they are completely irrelevant to the subject.

    This was an excellent choice. I had a very hard time getting into the van as well as the other couple who came back with us. Then the driver had a stool but we had already entered the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Payless to our friends and family and use your services again. Great to deal with.

    shuttle to airport did not have enough seats for all passengers. Someone should know the headcount and provide adequate sitting. Otherwise the experience was fine. will use payless again.

    The ride to the airport was very prompt but the ride back to our car was delayed. Only one van and one driver with many flights coming in at one time. We had to wait over 25 minutes for a ride.

    Due to my mother's stroke I booked at the last minute, didn't know my return flight, when I did, they took it by phone, and of course I lost my ticket stub. None of my scatter brained actions upset them. In addition I had my arm in a sling and they were super helpful. I will always call them for parking.

    We were told to call for the pickup when we got to baggage as that gave them time to come to the airport so they should be there when we had our baggage but when I did I was told to call back after I had my bags. I called back within 5 minutes and then was told that someone would be there in 7 - 12 minutes. Once we got back to the office they then had to go get my vehicle from off site which took another 10 minutes. Overall we had to wait almost 1/2 hour. While your pricing is good you need to work on getting the time down on getting people to their vehicles.
