NH Airport Valet Parking (formerly Payless Parking) is located close to Manchester Boston Regional Airport MHT. They offer shuttle transportation to the correct departure terminal, professional parking staff and low rates. They are a convenient and low cost alternative to parking at the Manchester Airport parking lots.
HORRIBLE customer service. My vehicle was damaged while in their care and we had to chase them down for 4 days to get answers. Still havent resolved the issue and its been 3 weeks. The vehicle also had 6 miles more on it when we picked it up.
They were very polite and quick, as soon as I arrived another customer and I were shuttled to the airport, and after calling right when I landed, I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up.
We waited a long time to go and the van was packed with 9 people! Let's just say when we arrived we had plenty of time and ended up running, with only one minute to spare, to make the flight. It was uncomfortable and the driver moved very slow and kept waiting for more people. Very frustrating.
It's great to come back to a car that has been cleared of snow, warm & waiting for us!

you should tell your first time users where the pickup spot is for those that are coming back from their trip. where the green awning is for shuttle pickup. maybe i should have known. the signs did say shuttle service.

The chauffeur that took us to the airport, loaded our bags and provided a step to get into the van. The chauffeur that picked us up did not.
Unable to reach anyone when calling from airport at end of trip. If there is only one driver on at night,(9:30 PM) how about having someone in the office to answer phones or at least having calls diverted directly to the driver? It makes folks anxious when unable to reach you. Your driver was very courteous and helpful, so that's why I didn't say anything at the time of pickup, but inability to reach office is not good business.
Slow pickup upon return. No answer on phone with the first call for pickup.

Poor service, employees did not answer phone calls, and when I returned on Saturday, 9.14 I was told they "had made an error in charging me," they asked for my credit card three times - I refused it after the third time they asked for it. They do not seem to know what they're doing.
Everything worked perfectly. My 90 yr old mother had use of a step stool which was nice, the attendant was friendly and polite and helped with our luggage. We had to wait about 15 min upon our return for the van but that wasn't terrible (better than slogging our way to the long term parking, heaving our luggage onto the bus, hoping we find our car, etc!). I will definitely use your services again!

We were very pleased with the service of Payless Parking.
I've been using your service for the past 3 years and have always received professional and courteous service from your employees. However, on the night that I picked up my vehicle, I had to load all of my luggage from the cart into the back of the van, which I have never done and the driver was not very pleasant to a customer because she did not call ahead for her vehicle. It was an older lady and it was an honest mistake. I was really disappointed in the service that I received that night.
