I found my car unlocked. I'm sure I locked it before the trip. So far nothing is missing.
As a first time user of Newark Liberty Parking I was worried about finding the lot. It was so simple, the directions were clear and concise and it was a pleasant experience. The return trip to the lot was great. The van and driver were there within 5 minutes. Thank you.
I read many comments online. All I can say is don't believe all you read. Pickup was immediate. bags were loaded and unloaded. driver was very friendly on both ends of trip. In fact my battery was dead on return, driver went and got jumper pack and had me on my way in under 5 minutes. I would use their services again based on my experience

Very short drive to terminal which was very good.
Google maps gave me two different directions. Turns out there are 2 entrances, but I called the lot to make sure. Getting around the EWR airport is not so easy, but directions were accurate. Very quick service, excellent rate, both drivers were friendly and courteous, phone contacts were friendly and courteous
will most definitely use this service and lot again when traveling from Newark.

I've used this parking lot in the past and it's a no frills place which I don't mind. Your experience will only be as good as the shuttle driver you get. I've gotten some wonderful drivers and other ones that weren't. This last time the shuttle driver didn't bother to help with bags like the other drivers do. I ended up falling down the steps of the shuttle and hurting my back. Even then I didn't get much help from the driver but from other passengers on the shuttle. I will be looking for new airport parking.
I had directions from last year that were a bit clearer. They said that if you go over the Haynes Ave. bridge you went too far. There's a sign with the parking lot logo for the turnoff that I don't recall being there last year.
Great service and price. Hard to find parking lot, but now we know where we are going.

I got there at 4:30AM and I want to park under a light but where there was a light the light was out. The attendant on my departure was great the one when I got back was horrible. He must have had a bad back because he didn't want to put my luggage in my car he just left it there. So hard to find

When coming from 78, the map doesn't show that after turning onto Haynes and crossing over 1 and 9 you turn left at the fork onto Bessemer, then a right to the parking lot. We missed it twice now but watched the shuttle on the way back so hopefully won't miss it next time.
