We operate 12 passenger shuttle buses and 1 handicap accessible shuttle bus. Our buses run every 5-7 minutes. These services are prodived free of charge including handicap service.

Only issue was I did not know which lane your shuttle used to do pick ups (had to call).
We didn't have to wait for travel to the airport from parking or to parking on our return. The shuttle driver was courteous and helped load and unload our luggage. I would definitely use their service again.

Need to have a bigger sign from under the bridge going to the parking lot. An Arrow going to parking lot.
Parking lot admittance ticket not received, causing additional delay at payment time. Checkout attendant not friendly at all. Called twice to get bus to show up.
Best lot for self parking. We were met right at the parking space. The drivers were prompt and courteous.

I've been here several times and that says it all.
I'm not a regular traveler, so I have very little basis for comparison. There is a round about way of getting into the lot, but directions were good. The drivers I met were very helpful and courteous. I would use your lot and service again if flying out of Newark.
I found the parking spaces very tight and although I parked between the lines one of my neighboring cars left me a very unhappy note about my parking abilities.
Where do I begin. I will tell what happened. Coming in, the shuttle was supposed to follow me or come to my car to pick me up. As it came towards me, I waived. He looked at me and kept driving, completely ignoring me. I had to walk with my luggage from my car next to the highway to the exit gate where the shuttle eventually parked after it passed me by. What a jerk shuttle driver. Coming back, I called as I exited the airport. I waited where they told me to wait. One shuttle passed and didn't stop. I waved and yelled. He ignored me. I called. I had to wait for the next shuttle. It came and passed. Called again. It happened a third time. I was pretty angry after calling this time. I was told they would send one right away. The guy finally stopped. He yanked my luggage from me as I stepped into the shuttle. He yanked it so hard, he broke my finger. When I complained that they passed me by three previous times and he may have broken my finger, he got in my face and began yelling at me. This was close to an hour after leaving the airport. I will never to there again. I would recommend anywhere else but this place.
come from exit 14 on the turnpike to enter the lot . from exit 13a my g p s got me lost. also the back entrance can flood during heavy rain the road gets impassable.

I had another excellent experience here; in particular, the shuttle driver was extremely helpful and kind. Our wait for the shuttle, both coming and going was about 1 minute--same as last time. I will always use this parking when leaving my car at Newark.
I've used other parking facilities at Newark Airport in the past.. The last 4 or 5 times UI have used Newark Liberty Parking. I will never use the others again. Newark Liberty is by far the best..
Had to call 2 times for shuttle pickup it took over 40 minutes, and was already jammed pack. Was disappointed with shuttle service this time.
Procedure to park was a little confusing, but in the end, easy and a good service. Would use again if I want to park near Newark Airport.
