    This is where you want to park! I booked here because the reviews were all excellent. The price was right and the attendants were professional. We were transported to the terminal within 10 minutes of our arrival at the lot. After receiving our luggage on the return, we sent a text (as that was one of the options). The shuttle driver beat us to the pickup spot and had us back to the car in about 5 minutes. The car was waiting with the trunk lid open. We were out and on our way in a flash.

    When we called from the Delta terminal the dispatcher told us to go down to the lower level. The baggage claim is on the lower level. This caused unneeded confusion, since we are not familiar with Newark Airport. The person answering the phone should certainly know the layout of the terminals he is servicing.

    Everything went very well coming and going with courteous drivers. The only fault was the driver had loaded the trunk with our suitcases and just jambed them in. I had to unload and redo. Other than that I will use again.

    I would not recommend using the company "Newark Airport Long Term Parking". The attendant at the lot, "Travis" was borderline rude and obviously inconvenienced by our mere presence. Upon our return to Newark, we texted for a pickup, and we saw ten "Parking Spot" shuttles go by before our van came. When my family and another party entered the van and began driving to the lot, the driver radioed in to "Travis", that he was coming in with two "problems".... apparently customers = "problems". This amused my wife and I, having just come from a country where the folks are friendly and bend over backwards for tourists. Yes, welcome back to Newark, NJ. When back at the lot, "Travis" snatched the credit card out of my hand, processed the card, and threw it back on the counter at me. Do yourself a favor and use a lot that's a little more courteous and professional.

    all three phone numbers listed on ticket out of service, took 45+ minutes plus a lot of anxiety to figure out whether parking lot still functional. barely an apology from attendants. Car covered in bird excrement upon pickup. am pretty sure they also charged an extra day as due to their unavailability, the pickup time passed.

    Drop off was excellent. Pick up was poor - the phone numbers you furnished on the claim check didn't work, the texting you instructed us to use didn't work. You left us stranded . You should have texted us during the day to tell us of the problems your service encountered and how you would circumvent the problems. Very poor on your part! Would not recommend you.

    I was nervous as I drove myself to the airport and was not familiar with Newark. I was nicely surprised at how easy it was to find the long term parking lot and the directions were spot on. I checked in quickly and they whisked me off to my terminal in 5 minutes. Same on the return...picked me up within 5 minutes of my phone call. And at an unbelievably low rate. All in all a great experience. I'd definitely use this lot again and would recommend it to others.

    The service could not have been better. I got a little lost locating the lot. When I returned from my trip it took only about 10 minutes from the baggage claim to be in my car headed home. I was very satisfied.
