When we called from the Delta terminal the dispatcher told us to go down to the lower level. The baggage claim is on the lower level. This caused unneeded confusion, since we are not familiar with Newark Airport. The person answering the phone should certainly know the layout of the terminals he is servicing.

Everything went very well coming and going with courteous drivers. The only fault was the driver had loaded the trunk with our suitcases and just jambed them in. I had to unload and redo. Other than that I will use again.

I would not recommend using the company "Newark Airport Long Term Parking". The attendant at the lot, "Travis" was borderline rude and obviously inconvenienced by our mere presence. Upon our return to Newark, we texted for a pickup, and we saw ten "Parking Spot" shuttles go by before our van came. When my family and another party entered the van and began driving to the lot, the driver radioed in to "Travis", that he was coming in with two "problems".... apparently customers = "problems". This amused my wife and I, having just come from a country where the folks are friendly and bend over backwards for tourists. Yes, welcome back to Newark, NJ. When back at the lot, "Travis" snatched the credit card out of my hand, processed the card, and threw it back on the counter at me. Do yourself a favor and use a lot that's a little more courteous and professional.

all three phone numbers listed on ticket out of service, took 45+ minutes plus a lot of anxiety to figure out whether parking lot still functional. barely an apology from attendants. Car covered in bird excrement upon pickup. am pretty sure they also charged an extra day as due to their unavailability, the pickup time passed.

Drop off was excellent. Pick up was poor - the phone numbers you furnished on the claim check didn't work, the texting you instructed us to use didn't work. You left us stranded . You should have texted us during the day to tell us of the problems your service encountered and how you would circumvent the problems. Very poor on your part! Would not recommend you.

I was nervous as I drove myself to the airport and was not familiar with Newark. I was nicely surprised at how easy it was to find the long term parking lot and the directions were spot on. I checked in quickly and they whisked me off to my terminal in 5 minutes. Same on the return...picked me up within 5 minutes of my phone call. And at an unbelievably low rate. All in all a great experience. I'd definitely use this lot again and would recommend it to others.

The service could not have been better. I got a little lost locating the lot. When I returned from my trip it took only about 10 minutes from the baggage claim to be in my car headed home. I was very satisfied.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The lot is in a convenient location. We arrived at the airport and the attendants were ready for us. They checked us in and had us at the airport in 10 minutes. When we arrived back home, they were ready to pick us up. They told us exactly where to wait for them and they promptly arrived. When we arrived back at the lot, they had the car ready to go and our check out took 3 minutes. They are professional, fast, and I couldn't find one thing wrong. They have their s*** together. This is the lot I will ALWAYS use and I think they are going to be expanding to a larger lot. Location is perfect, attendants are perfect, services is amazing, shuttle very prompt. Thank you for making our experience at the airport great!!!!!!!

Great deal, especially with their website coupon - came to less than $9/day for an eight day stay. Only con was I had to wait 15min for a shuttle after calling for pickup, then a 5min ride to the lot. But other than that, everything was extremely smooth, pleasant and convenient.

Price was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Shuttle took me to the airport as soon as I finished checking in, and was waiting for me after I landed. The one somewhat con is the approximately 5 minute drive to airport, but since their service is quick and prompt this con is negligible and beats competitors. Would definitely use them again.

I concur with the other excellent reviews: The check in process took less than 1 minute. When I returned to EWR and called after I claimed my bags, the van was waiting for me when I walked outside 2 minutes after making that call. Check-out took 2 minutes. The only complaint I have is that after picking up my car and I turned on the radio, it was tuned to station that I don't listen to. Curiouser and curiouser...

This was my first time using a parking service, and even being a bit hesitant, i decided to do it. and what a FANTASTIC CHOICE! Everyone was extremely nice, the service was completely painless and fast, and they even delivered you to and from the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! and expect a return customer! I have always hated using Newark airport because of parking and distance from Brooklyn, now . . . it might be my choice of airports!

We used a GPS to get to your location & was fairly easy to find, but it would have helped to have a clear view of your address since our GPS took us to the next parking area. You do have a large sign saying Long Term Parking but it does not have your address. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Excellent on all counts. Close proximity to airport, shuttle was present and expecting me on both departure and return, shuttle driver was cheerful energetic and charming, prices were very reasonable, easy text message option to notify parking that I had cleared customs and would be ready for pick up shortly. Will definitely use this parking facility for all future travel out of Newark.

From first arriving to the day I picked up my car, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The directions to the facility were perfect. They were very prompt when picking me up on arrival to the airport. Their rates were the best around. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them highly. They went out of their way to satisfy me.

I chose this company on the basis of the recommendations on a comparison website. It really was a great service that I happily recommend. What was especially nice was how pleasant mannered the young men were who I dealt with and the fact that they come to collect you when you phone, not on a scheduled pick up which, looking at the comments of customers of other firms can take forever. The long term Airport parking appeared as a pleasant surprise to us. It was free of usual waiting in line in our way to the Airport and we did not have to wait for a shuttle at all. The same in our way back from the Airport at our arrival. The busses were brand new and the drivers were very professional, polite and helpful. If this service will be available next time, we will not even look for anything else.

They wrote down the wrong return date and put my car in a remote lot. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes at the lot to get my car. The attendant was very apologetic, but it was still an unwelcome screw-up after 9 hours of flying.

The only trouble we had was when we arrived back in Newark from Kona. We claimed our luggage and went outside to wait for the shuttle. After waiting outside in our shorts with wicked jet-lag for about 15min, we called and found out we were waiting in the wrong area. We needed to go down 1 level. The driver was really nice, he waited for us without any complaint.

The service was fantastic! My wife and I arrived and Newark Airport parking personnel greeted us promptly, They quickly moved us undercover so my wife could get out of the car without getting wet in the pouring rain. While I registered, they moved our bags from our car and placed them in the shuttle. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, we were deposited at the terminal with our bags to begin our vacation. Returning 8 days later, the process was just as easy. We collected our bags, called the company, and 8 minutes later they arrived to get us. Five minutes later, we were on our way home. Excellent Service! Very Convenient! Cost effective! This company will excel if they continue to service customers they way they are doing so now! You will not be disappointed when you use their service !

Things were stolen from the vehilcle. Service/Management was not concerned about theft. Would strongly recommend to NOT do business with this organization. I will submit my experience to travel corporate travel agency that coordinated reservation.
