The people were all helpful and courteous
It would be a good idea to let people know where the shuttles will be parked when you get off the cruise ship. I was worried about lots of people leaving the parking lot at one time. It was nice that the attendents let the driver go up and get the vehicle...unload the luggage down on the street and let the car pick it up. It was mass chaos, but it worked. It would be better for the customer to have more information. Like I said...it worked, but could be improved a little.
I used your service for New Orleans cruise ship parking at Fulton Place Parking garage. Traffic was really backed up on the day of ship departure at this very busy garage and directions could have been better. The process of being ticketed at the garage was rather slow causing extensive traffic congestion out on the street. However, once I got through the line of waiting cars things went very smoothly and as expected and I had no problems what so ever. The shuttle drivers going to and from the pier were very prompt, friendly and helpful. I would gladly park at the Fulton Place garage should I sail from New Orleans in the future.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Didn't have to wait for transfers at all, the bus was waiting at both ends. Valet was waiting for us as we arrived at the top floor to help us with our bags. Very happy.
We parked for our cruise out of New Orleans. It was very easy and everyone we encountered was very nice. There was no wait time for the shuttle. I was especially happy that we were able to get off the boat and right on to the shuttle. We'll definitely use you again.
Even though the wait time was more than 15 minutes it was not a bad wait. We arrived at the same time of several other families and not to mention that there were two ships going out on the day that we left. The luggage attendants were friendly and efficient. Their pace in placing the luggage was very quick and they were very nice and helpful. The driver we had on the way to the ship was great and friendly. The one on the way back was not quite near as friendly. The driver was not rude by any means but just was not as entertaining as the first. The attendants were also very personable. I would park here again and would also recommend the parking to family or friends. The attendants also helped load our luggage into our personal vehicle.
Wait time for being picked up at the terminal after our cruise was very long! The directions to the entrance of the parking garage were inadequate. We found it after driving circles several times. Other than that, we will certainly park there again, since the price was right and it was nice and close. Thanks!

We parked here for our cruise.
The reduced rating was due to the aftermath of the cruise. Upon returning to the parking garage, we were told to go get our vehicle and the luggage would be waiting and when we tried to wait for the luggage, we were told that we couldn't take the luggage on the elevator? to go get the car? When we returned with the car, they had the luggage somewhat together, but we had a piece that didn't belong to us, and our garment bag was nowhere to be found. After multiple attemts to locate it, we finally left New Orleans about 11am. It ended up someone else had picked it up. They were nice enough to call and take it to UPS to send it, but it cost me $42 to get it back? There seems that this could be handled another way? We brought our luggage down on the elevator? Why could it not be carried back by elevator? The entire thing ended up costing me more than if I had just parked at the terminal? With alot more chaos? I will have to seriously consider whether I use this facility again or not? Its just not worth the trouble?
This was the Fulton garage in New Orleans. We were going on a Carnival cruise, we didn't fly. The attendants there were so great!

The Parking experience at the Fulton Ave Parking was exceptional and the staff was courteous and understanding of our situation when the cruise ship arrived a day and a half late due to a storm in the Gulf of Mexico.
Thank you for making our trip easier. Our car alarm must have gone off while we were at sea, our batterey was dead when we returned but ya'll were right there to get us started!

Overall happy with garage. When we arrived we carried our luggage down a flight of steps and took the elevator to load the shuttle - ourselves. However, when we returned we were not allowed to put luggage in elevator- the reason being is so the luggage boys could just stand with our luggage as we got our car and drive up so they could put luggage in our car for a tip. The drives were very friendly! And price was competitive for area.
The only thing was, it was hard to find the parking lot. I know I was early (9:00 am) but passed the parking terminal twice. Other then that, everything was fine.
