Very good service, took a lot of hassle out of the cruise experience, will use again.
No hassle, every employee knew their job well and next time in NOLA...this is where I'm parking!!!!
We got a little confused on where to enter the parking garage but wasn't that big of a deal. The shuttle was fast clean and cool to the drivers were great. Thanks we will be return customers
Easy process and half the cost of cruise port parking.
Parking Garage was great the workers loaded your bags super friendly. If I ever come back to New Orleans I would for sure park there again, But I didn't leave anything in New Orleans so have no plans on going back but has nothing to do with Fulton Garage at all
very pleased and we will use them again... We enjoy saving money...
Great service and friendly staff!
Excellent service and so close to the port. S po much easier than parking at the port and having to deal with the traffic! Will for sure use again!
I have used this garage many of times. The main reason is the best price I can find. The staff has always been helpful. The first couple times I past the garage because it's a little hard to get to. Overall great experience and I'll use them again.
Our shuttle driver to the port was so friendly! The parking lot attendants are very courteous and funny, the gents that helped load our bags were very helpful and super nice to my elderly mother. Since it was raining they were hustling but not rude and joked with me about my large suitcase. I will definitely use this company again!!
All of the staff was friendly and kind! Shuttles were fast taking and picking us up. would definitely park there again if cruising out of New Orleans!
We parked at the fulton parking garage. This was our 2nd time to park there. It is a older parking garage so remember it has a much lower ceiling height then newer ones do, if you have an thing larger than a stock pickup you will need to find some other place to park. The elevator is old. They don't seam to care if you bring your luggage down the elevator when you get there but don't want you to tee it up in the elevator when you get back because they say it is old and can't handle the weight. I think it's because they want to make tips for helping you load your luggage into your vehicle. You can't blame them I guess you figure they run a few thousand bags a day at a dollar a bag average that's a pretty good days pay. Overall it was a good experience.
Easy in and out
Could use better signage, wasn't sure i was in the right location.
2nd time using this service for Fulton Street parking. Good service.
A great place to park your car while on your cruise. No worry transportation to and from the port. I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again.
Staff provided all the information needed to make the experience pleasurable and they conducted themselves in a professional manner.
It is so nice to be able to pay online and be able to park as soon as you get to the garage. Everything was completely organized and stress-free as possible.
Instead of parking at my French Quarter Hotel for $47 per day, I parked at the Fulton Street garage for $9 per day pre-paid. If you don't mind walking the French Quarter, or not having access to your car, this is a great deal.
Found the lot with no problems. Got checked in quickly, luggage unloaded and taken to the curb. Parked on the roof ran down and jumped on the shuttle with no problems. Driver and his helper were great and made the process hassle free! On our return we went to the pickup location (we were some of the very first ones off the ship) and waited 15 minutes. With 60-70 people in line one shuttle showed up. The driver loading bags and people would get on as he did. He loaded one of our bags and said it was full (there was enough room for 3-4 more large bags) he said our last bag wouldn't fit so took our other bag off and said another shuttle would be by in a few minutes. SO I go get my wife off the shuttle and the driver leaves with 4 empty seats. Another 10-15 minutes goes buy and the original driver returns with another shuttle right behind him! We opt for the new driver since we're are first in line we load our bags and get on. The first driver does like the previous trip loads just what he wants and is off. SO we wait another 5 mins while our driver stuffs the back and then loads up the isle of the shuttle with bags. That's our story so we saved a few bucks using this place but lost time getting in the road and added to our 13 hour drive.
