This was the 2nd time we have parked at the Fulton St. garage for a cruise. It was convenient and affordable. The attendants were friendly and very helpful. We will use the garage for our next cruise.
Upon arriving to my car after our cruise, I found my car full of ants. My car did not have any food in it either. Needless to say, I was not happy!

Parked at downtown New Orlens ,La near cruise terminal...Always nice and helpful. I did not fly, drove in but survey would not let me complete without choosing a flight!

There is a young man working at the parking garage I believe his name is Brandon. He went above and beyond what is necessary for me and my family. It is rare to find such a good person. I will recommend this parking garage on the cruise forums based in large part to the great service I received from him.
they directed me to the rooftop lot. I had a full load of luggage and the top floor had no elevator service only two sets of stairs. thanks. Come on at least give me a floor with elevator service. this was for new Orleans cruise parking. also if they are holding luggage when we return for car they need to be better organized. they tried to give me somebody elses luggage.
We always park at the Fulton Street parking garage and normally love it. Not this last time. We arrived parked and went to wait on the shuttle for our cruise. There were a group of people going to Royal Caribbean and a group for Carnival. We joined the group for Carnival. Eventually....and I mean awhile later the group for Royal Caribbean was loaded and departed. Our group continued to wait. Finally after an hour of waiting (this is total wait time from when we arrived on the sidewalk) another shuttle pulled up and they were going to load another group for Royal Caribbean.....until our group started to complain, then they decided to load us. Once we boarded the shuttle we were waiting again for about ten minutes. Finally the driver appears with his breakfast! Really? We were waiting for him to order his breakfast? I was truly disappointed in this service. Over an hour of waiting for a shuttle is ridiculous. I hope this is not becoming the normal because as I said we always use and usually love parking here, but if this is the service we will receive we will pay the extra and park at the pier because my vacation time is not worth wasting waiting.
Love Fulton St Parking!! They are super helpful and nice. The shuttle to the port is great!! This is the second time we have parked here and will continue on future trips to NOLA.
This was easier than parking in the terminal garage as well as much less expensive. The personnel were considerate, prompt, most helpful and personable. They were there to assist us with our luggage on arrival as well as on departure. I will use this garage when we sail from New Orleans again and I would recommend it to anyone who sails from this port city.
Wonderful Service!! I want to Thank two of your employees, Damien Aguilar and Nick Tillman. I went on a cruise on Oct. 26th to Nov. 2nd. alone. When I returned on Nov. 2nd. I was told to leave my bags on the sidewalk and go get my car. Being alone I was afraid to leave my bags and get my car on the rooftop. I asked a lady to watch my bags while I get my car. When I got down I wound up parking beside an empty sidewalk. I panicked and thought someone had stolen my bags. I looked through the glass building and saw everyone was on the other side of the building. I got my keys locked my car doors and ran through the building and scanned the sidewalk and spotted my bags. Your two employees explained the lady told them to watch my bags till I came back. They carried my bags to my car on the other side to the building and calmed me down. They even told me how to get to the road I needed to get on to head home. Thank You for having such wonderful employees. I will use your parking garage again whenever I go on more cruises out of your port. Thank You!!
This will be our 3rd year to park in Fulton Garage. Well worth the savings. Attendants are very nice & helpful. We always park on the roof. Never any problems.

We did not fly. We parked there for a Carnival cruise out of New Orleans.
