Had to pay extra as truck would not fit in covered parking
This is the second time we have used the Fulton Coverage garage, and like the first time, they were great. Everyone has a smile on their face and is very friendly. You don't have to worry about getting your cruise late...the shuttle runs continuously while embarking and disembarking. We will always use Fulton in NOLA.
They did not have enough people working where you drop off the luggage and it took a long time filling out the luggage tags, Then when they got your luggage down to the street one person was unloading them and was taking his time to unload. This is the first time I have had problems with them and I have parked there several times before. I have tried to get others to park there, but will think about before telling them again.
After cruising out of the Port of New Orleans before, I inew that the parking at the port was outrageously overpriced. I searched for a better option, and this was the first I found. I paid a third of port parking prices, had an indoor, covered space, and was able to ride the free shuttle to the port. The staff encountered, from the attendants at the garage, to the shuttle drivers, to the baggage handlers, were all extremely courteous and professional. This will definitely not be the last time I park here!

We parked here for a 7 day cruise. Easy to find and easy to park. We didn't have to wait long for a shuttle to or from the ship.

Day of departure was good, had covered parking paid for but was told to go to roof. Showed the receipt to an attendant taking bags and was told I could park lower if I wanted. Coming back to port, shuttle was quick and so were the bag handlers. Excellent marks for the departure crew. Will use again.

Your staff made the transfer to and from the ship very quick and easy. That part of the trip could be bad. However your staff know there jobs and did it well

Misplaced ticket and had to quickly follow other car out. No workers nearby to ask for assistance. Otherwise, very nice facility.
We have cruised from NOLA several times and always use Fulton. We have never had a problem and will continue to rely on them in the future.
We came in on the Carnival Dream Sunday and being priority debarkation cruisers were off the ship by 6:30 am. There was no shuttle at the designated area and we called the number on our yellow ticket. We were told that shuttles started running at 7am. We were also told that someone would meet us soon and within 10 minutes a van showed up. Driver was very courteous and told us that the Dream usually gets in early. Knowing that I would think you would have a van there at 6:30 not 7.. That was the only glitch in a great parking experience. This is the 2nd time we have parked here and will do so again next time we cruise out of New Orleans. Thanks for the service.

I think with the computer made reservations, it should not be required to print a copy to bring with me. Your location should have access to reservations made and look at their computers to verify payment. This is the most irritating part about the process. I have used your facilities no less than 8 times when I travel with Carnival.
we were not allowed to take our luggage to the car when we returned. I supposed so the attendant could get a tip for helping up? Not a big deal, but I like to tip because I want to, not because I feel pressured. I will use airport parking Company again.
