Located close to Buffalo Airport Millennium Hotel Buffalo provide complimentary luggage assistance and a shuttle service to and from BUF to support you on your journey. When you arrive at the hotel please pull into the area near the front door of the hotel and go inside and register your vehicle's) by filling out the proper passes and paperwork. Once you have paid the required fees, you can park your vehicle's) in the designated areas. You will then need to return to the hotel front desk to surrender your keys. All you have to do then is wait in the lobby for the next available shuttle to take you to BUF. When you return to Buffalo Airport the lower level outside of the airport to the far right is the area designated for Hotel Shuttles. Once you have obtained your luggage, please call the hotel by either the courtesy phone located on the lower level of the airport or cell phone at 716-206-8333 and notify the Front Desk of how many people in your party and that you have your luggage. Then proceed to the designated Hotel Shuttle area pick-up area and wait for the next shuttle.
We came in at about 12:10 am. The driver that came for us was not the regular person. S/he indicated that the original driver left his position early. The individual driver was ok but you can tell s/he really did not want the job.

I would never park at the Millennium again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The website does not advise you that you have to wait for their shuttle schedule, had it I would not have parked here or would have arrived earlier. The return was just as bad after getting very poor directions from Trish at the counter, waired 25 minutes in 29 degree cold with a handicapped child.
Don't waste your money here. Either be a hotel or a parking lot! I wouldn't park here again if it was a dollar a day and they through in an oil change! They only run the shuttle on THEIR schedule, but don't tell you that ahead of time. The van is old and in need of replacement. On the return trip, We waited 25 minutes in the cold for a van they told us would be ten minutes. Do yourself a favor abnd go to a real airport parking lot!

i was pleased with the location of this hotel (parking lot), close to the mall although i didnt go to the mall but it's nice knowing that it was there. the only thing i could suggest is, if only there would be a 'covered' parking lot, that would be really perfect. :)
I travelled from Ontario to fly out of Buffalo and was delayed at the border for two hours. I got to Millenium hotel at about 4:55 and the bus was leaving at 5:00, with next shuttle at 5:30. My flight was at 6:05. The check-in girl wouldn't ask the driver to wait for me (about 2 minutes), so I had to wait for the next shuttle at 5:30. Shuttle didn't arrive until 5:37. As a result, I missed my flight.
Walking to my car in the pouring rain wasn't fun. Glad it wasn't when I left.
My car was moved during my 2-week trip and when I returned, my battery was dead and I had to spend additional time at the lot getting a boost in the middle of a snow storm, NOT FUN!
