    With the increase in parking fees at CLT, I tried the airport parking at the Microtel Inn and was very pleased. After checking in, I parked in the designated section and was immediately taken to the airport by their shuttle. Upon my return 3 weeks later, I called the Inn after collecting my checked baggage and was picked up (along with another couple) by the shuttle within 10 minutes. The shuttle driver took me straight to my car which was just as I had left it when I arrived. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttles were SUVs and worked fine for me but can't say how the response would be if there were more than 3 or 4 people waiting.

    I had a good experience parking at Microtel. The wait for the shuttle was not too long, and the staff were helpful. Everything was straightforward and affordable. The only thing I would recommend is being aware that you must sign a paper saying that any car damages are not the hotel's concern. I personally had no problems with this with my old car, however, at a different hotel nearby a friend had someone break into their front door.

    I arrived at 0815 for a 1025 flight. I was informed they only leave top of each hour. The shuttle arrived at 0922. I almost missed my flight. The staff at the hotel were rude and not in the least bit interested in the fact that they were late.

    Staff in unfriendly, shuttle is never there within 30mins and smells really bad. Have parked here few times for cost but it's absolutely the worst exp I've had for parking n it's the same every time

    ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN TERMS OF REMOTE PARKING. MICRO TEL STAFF WERE RUDE AND APPEARED TO BE UNINTERESTED. THE VAN DRIVER PUT 12 YES 12 PEOPLE IN THE VAN MADE FOR 6. HE KEPT WAITING FOR OVER 25 MINUTES CONTINUING TO PUT ADDITIONAL PEOPLE IN A FULL VAN MADE FOR 6 PEOPLE. UPON RETURN WAITED AT THE AIRPORT FOR 35 MINUTES INSTEAD OF THE "EVERY 10 MINUTES" QUOTED. MY WIFE AND I BOTH CONTINUED TO CALL AND WE WERE CONSTANTLY TOLD THE VAN WAS COMING BUT IT NEVER CAME. A VAN SHOWS UP NOT FROM MICRO TEL BUT ANOTHER HOTEL (BEAUMONT, NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING) THAT PICKED UP PASSENGERS WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE THEY WERE ACTING AS MICROTEL AGENT. WHAT A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR SUBCONTRACT PARKING.

    the hotel was very close to the airport which was very convenient, but the wait time on both ends were ridiculous. round trip, it added nearly 3 hours to our trip with unfriendly workers who did not provide customer service.

    I liked everything about this parking, except that we had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up when we arrived back at the airport.

    The website promised a gated, secure lot, but in reality it was simply a couple of spaces behind the hotel, no security, fences or gate. When making the phone call for pickup, I had to wait over 20 minutes in the cold for the next scheduled run instead of being picked up immediately. At least it was inexpensive.

    We had a good experience parking here. The woman at the front desk was very nice. We didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle.
