    This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had since moving here over a year ago. I returned from a trip on August 17, 2014 after departing to Atlanta on August 14, 2014. I spent 10 minutes waiting for the employee, Olive, to finish with my credit card and open the gate, but instead she comes out of the booth, walks around to the back of my car, and writes down my license plate number. Of course, she didn't seem to find it fitting to explain to me what was going on and why I was waiting. When I inquired what the problem was- she states that my ticket isn't able to be read. She then phones to the supervisor. I could hear her giving information several times to her supervisor that included the time and date on my ticket. She then asked if I had my boarding pass- I stated I didn't have it as I had completed my trip. She continued to not tell me any information and demanded I back up and return to the gate so the camera could take a picture of my license plate again without explaining to me anything going on. Again, she is awaiting response from the supervisor. Then the supervisor shows up along with 2 other employees and I had to explain to them that I left on Thursday morning and just returned. She made me go online on my phone to show my trip as well as give her my ID, and asking me why I was there on June 25 because the cashier told the supervisor that my ticket had been swapped- although it was sitting in my car the entire trip. After over 30 minutes of waiting, I was handed my credit card back and a receipt was given. Neither the cashier or the supervisor stated sorry for any inconvenience nor did they apologize for the poor treatment given. The cashier was too busy trying to get home as it was at the end of her shift and the supervisor was too busy talking to other employees to care enough to understand how angry I was at this situation, particularly at 11pm at night. The staff treated me like a criminal and had the poorest customer service I have ever seen since moving to Miami. I am extremely disappointed that any human being would be so rude to any other person. DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU CAN.
