Somewhat confusing. Attendants were helpful but necessary.
Easy to find and very secure..
I was not pleased with my arrival. We were running late to get to airport. We got checked in n was told to get on the shuttle. The shuttle guy wouldn't let me on n said I had to wait 15 min. (No one was on the shuttle) I informed him that the check in guy told me to get on as our flight was leaving soon. He told me again I had to wait n then drove off. We ended up taking a cab to the airport. I was already stressed about being late n this didn't help. On the way home, however, the shuttle was very easy to use. I would say we waited no more than 10 min to pick it up to get back to the hotel to retrieve our car.
I've always had good experiences parking here...this time, the attendant was missing for 15 minutes....the shuttle left and I missed my flight (I know, too tight a schedule so I take part of the blame but I have never been hung up by a missing attendant here before).

It was a good experience and I will use the service again. The wait time for the shuttle both at the Marriott and at the airport was 10 - 15 minutes.
Arriving at 5am, the staff was not there. Then someone came and was not very friendly. He explained stuff to me and when I asked a question he answer and said 'I told you already'. He had an accent and was hard to understand. I felt he was rude on a couple of questions I asked.
Shuttle was quick, driver and others very helpful.
Everything fine with the lot and attendants. What I would not understand is why would the platform charge me for 3 days, when I was staying for 2 (less than 48 hours). How do you figure out the number of days?
Easy quick ride from MIA
The long term parking space is usually behind Marriott's Courtyard, which is behind Marriott's Hotel. The shuttle picked me up from the hotel, but dropped me at the Courtyard, which save me some walking.
Safe, easy, close by, frequent shuttle runs, reasonable cost. Will use this parking exclusively in the future.
I saved about $70 by paying you in advance instead of paying the Mariott directly. The shuttle service was excellent.
I usually park here when I travel and my experience for the have been usually good, but I would like to know if you required the shuttle driver to assist passengers with their luggage.

The morning staff for assisting us with parking were great, but the night staff should be fired and your story about 15 minute wait times at the airport was an complete lie....I called the hotel after 20 minutes at the arrival level and the phone staff was rude and unprofessional...call the second time and the were worse...same female phone person, at approximately 9 pm....
