Good experience. Will use it again.
Issue when trying to catch the shuttle from the airport. Nobody was answering the phone to tell me when to pick the shuttle up from. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport back to where my car was.
I will use the airport parking again
Used Marriott Miami and everything went well. Would definitely consider using again.
I parked here for seven days for a trip that I took from Miami airport. The whole process was simple and pleasant until I returned to my car to find the doorlock had been punched out and someone had entered my vehicle. The contents of the vehicle were strewn about. I'm still not sure what's missing. The Marriot campus is large and long term parking is against the fence which runs in some remote areas of the lot. It's easy for a criminal to recognize that your car will be there for a while. Of course I can't blame airportparkingreservations.com but it's important for potential users to know that security must be lax at this hotel. Hotel security stated that they were surprised because they have patrol units out. Just be aware of this should you decide to park here. I rated the condition of the lot as poor due to this security issue.
Overall a good experience
I was confused by the north and south on the direction but finally found it
I love your service, but it was hard to locate an empty space. I have to walk from the parking space to the Marriot Hotel to get the shuttle.
Marriott staff aren't really interested in helping their guests at this property
Miami Airport Marriott parking is excellent! The staff is the absolute best; definitely the most courteous of all the hotels in the area! IN AND OUT WAS SIMPLE! Shuttle was frequent. This is most important when travelling!
the marriott is a very nice lot for Miami airport. the attendant gibes out water bottles as a courtesy
No damage to the car
attendants were not around to direct or answer questions
Overall great experience
it was ok
excellent service Im a very happy first time costumer Thank you all
We called the Marriott three times to get proper directions because Miami International is so confusing...we were still told to turn the wrong war to get to the hotel. But after we found it--service, parking etc were fabulous.
No problems and all went smooth.
make sure you do not park under any of the trees along the fence line of this lot (you have to park on the fence line). the trees will really mess up your car between the sap and bird droppings. Wish they would have told me about that when I was parking.
Had to park in a remote lot, but it was OK.
