This was the first time`I ever had to wait over 1/2 hour, & I was very frustrated. I took a late flight, & had to drive home to Sarasota; so it made for an extremely late night. You need to plan for more staff when you have so many flights coming in late. Thank You!

I have used Memorial parking several times and have been really happy with their efficiency and how quickly I was transported to and from the airport. I will continue to use them whenever I travel.
We have used this lot numerous times, and will continue because of service.

Had to wait for two vans to pass us up but got there eventually. Paid ahead but the car was not ready. B+ C-

When I arrived to drop off my car, no one was at the parking lot. I called the phone number and I had to wait a while for the van driver to show up. This was a first for me to have to do that. There is usually several people working and always someone at the drop off site. Once the driver showed up, he was rushed, but I still had to wait. He wasn't particularly pleasant either. Maybe someone called out sick or something? It was not someone I have dealt with before either. I find the employees are usually super pleasant and very prompt. This was on August 20th around 5:30 AM. When I got back to airport on my return trip, I phoned for pick up and went right outside. The van driver was pulling away and I started yelling to stop and waving my arms. The passengers told him there was someone else to pick up. He seemed a bit put-off having to get me too. I was just a 3rd person in the van with one bag. Reuben isn't usually like this but 8/25 he was. Maybe it was near the end of his shift. I just didn't want to have to wait another half hour because that's usually what happens if I don't catch the van driver right away. When making a short trip (2-4 days), I have taken to using the airport's economy parking because I just don't want to wait around for the van. Theirs comes every 5 minutes. But I will say that for the price, I usually get very good service at Memorial Parking.
The cost to use the lot was very reasonable, the services of the attendants are very good such as their promptness and politeness.
30 minutes seems a long time to wait for pick-up at the airport, but then it is cheap parking. Have used you frequently and will continue though
On Friday morning (8/7), my wife and I returned on a red-eye from California. We arrived at TIA at 6:30 AM and after getting our luggage we went to the waiting area (Blue, Two). I called the number for Memorial Airport Parking at 7:00 AM. No one answered and I left a voice mail message. After a few minutes I called again. After no answer, I tried the cell phone that the driver has (it's on your voice mail message) and no one picked up. My wife and I tried both numbers 28 times between 7:00 and 7:45 and left multiple messages. I went to the manager of ground transportation at TIA and asked him. He tried calling several numbers too. Finally I took a cab from the airport to your parking lot for an additional $18.00. The two men at your lot were very nice and apologetic and said no phone rang there. We finally got home about 90 minutes later than we thought we would. We have used your service 10 or 12 times over the past couple of years but I am very frustrated after this experience.
I'll be using this service every time. Really great work. I even called while I was away to check in because there was alot of flooding in the area and they reassured me everything was fine and I stopped worrying immediately. Flexible with the times too, I came earlier than I said i would and left earlier as well and they accommodated me without skipping a beat.
Very good for short term trips out of town from the Tampa airport.
Shuttle time going TO the airport never seems to be more than 3-5 minutes. Shuttle wait time coming BACK from the airport to the car seems to be much longer than it should: 20-30 minutes most times. This has caused me to use Economy/Long-term parking at the airport when I know I am coming in late and still have a 2 hour drive home. Staff are always courteous though!!
1st time user good experience
Should have bigger shuttles instead of mini vans to fit clients. Had to wait at airport for driver to stop off other customers and then returned to get me and my party because there was not enough room in the mini van. The driver also told us he was the only driver in duty that night. This was a bit upsetting.

My vehicle had a broken tailight lens and was covered in sap. Trees should be trimmed back so this does not happen.
