    I want to be able to pay the entire bill online, not have to make a payment when I arrive at the lot and am focused on getting to my flight. On the positive side, it's nice that the car was pulled out and waiting for me when the shuttle brought us back from the airport. (This, of course, requires that one leave the car keys at the parking lot.) We also very much that the shuttle to the airport was "on demand." In other words, it didn't leave just strictly on a rigid schedule, but instead left for the airport when we needed it.

    I had to call repeatedly to get a ride back to the parking lot. From the time of my first call to the time I finally made it back to my vehicle was one hour and five minutes. poor communications and shuttle vehicles lacking signage contributed to this very disappointing experience.

    Very disappointed in overall experience. Upon arrival I had to hand over my keys which I was not made aware of prior to on line booking. I was then charged the total amount of my bill at drop off. I had paid 8.25 of my bill at time of booking then charged the full amount at drop off location. NOT less the previous 8.25. I called the drop off from the airport and was advised that this matter would be noted and cleared up upon my return. The vehicle that transported me to the airport was a white van. I sat in the front seat. As we pulled onto the roadway I attempted to put on the seat belt. the seat belt was broken and failed to work, placing me in a dangerous situation, not to mention unlawful situation. Upon my return I waited 25 minutes at the BLUE 1 area of Tampa Airport for my shuttle back to the car pound. When the white van (Veterans) on the back window arrived a female asked the driver if he would drive her and her child to La Quinta Hotel. He loaded her bags into the van and detoured to the hotel prior to taking me back to the compound area. The female handed the driver 10 dollars and requested 5 back. I was appalled that this was a service I had paid for and was side tracked for a non paying customer. Upon getting back to the compound I explained to the drive the extra charges on my bill at drop off. He was kind enough to refund my visa the over charged 8.25.Even though there was no note on the overcharge on my bill that I had requested. The 5 dollar coupon I received from the internet was not honored. My vehicle was waiting for me upon my return inside the locked gates. The windows were down and the key had been left in the car while nobody was manning the compound. My vehicle was obviously parked under trees as it was covered in bird droppings. The driver then was bold enough to say "what no tip".. Tips are reserved for good service and being a satisfied customers not a requirement nor should they be expected for doing your job. Let along asking outright for a tip.. Very disappointed!!!!

    My car was not ready when I arrived at 1AM. The shuttle driver had to go to the lot 1/2 block away to retrieve my vehicle. He was not happy, and I waited 15 minutes for my car.The car should have been parked up front waiting for my PLANNED ETA.

    service was fine until we got to lot and attendant told us our car wont start. It was dirty and they never tried jumping it. We had to help the attendant jump the car with some broken down cables. Never got an apology or a thank you or sorry. Should have offered something. An inside light was left on either by us or them when it was parked. Won't use this lot again.

    The attendants were extremely helpful and fast (15 minute wait at take off and 10 minute wait at the return). My only complaint would be that there was a lot of bird droppings on my vehicle when I picked it up but for the price I was charged, I'd be happy to clean it off. I would use them again.

    We called for a shuttle while waiting for our luggage. We waited exactly where we had been instructed by Memorial. After numerous calls for a shuttle, we ended up waiting 40 minutes! That is unacceptable. Low price should not equate to shabby service. We will not use your service again.

    Did not recieve ticket stub or correct phone number to call for shuttle pickup when returning from trip. We had to call a cab to take us to the parking lot.

    It took a full 40 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport. At the time of calling the shuttle, I was told it would be 6 minutes. Overall it took more than an hour to get from the airport to the parking lot since we picked up 3 more passengers. This is way too long. Memorial needs to provide more frequent shuttles. I will use another company for sure next time.

    Used this on my last trip when I couldn't get a spot in my usual lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt, courteous service and plan to book again for future trips. As they get busier, hopefully they will step up the shuttle service to keep up with it.
