    No shuttle for over an hour from Marriott suites despite 4 calls. Had to take a taxi to the hotel to get my car back, although the hotel did refund my fare. Going to look for other alternatives now for parking.

    Due to an accident the shuttle was not avaliable so the hotel got us a cab. The cab driver was rude, but the Marriott made it up to us, and were very gracious.

    Everything worked well except when I returned and went inside to pay for the 1.75 I owed the person at the elite desk was a little miffed that I had not checked in the car before I left on my trip. He said the direction state that I needed to come inside and check in the car or the car might be towed! I have retread the directions and no where does it say that. He kept bringing it up. Everything else was wonderful.

    Parking lot was very full as piles of snow occupied several parking spaces. I felt lucky to find a place for my car. All employees of the CMSO were professional and friendly. I chose this location specifically because of the excellent location.

    Waiting for a shuttle pick up at O'Hare has always been exceptionally long. Usually at least 30 minutes. Seems like many other hotel shuttles run more frequently. At least that is my impression over the three years I have used your service. Last night I arrived at the Terminal 5 and called as instructed. After 45 minutes I called again and made another follow up call after waiting one hour. The bus finally showed up after I waited one hour and twenty minutes. I was told after waiting an hour I should take a cab to the hotel. I found this to be an unacceptable answer to the service offered.

    After parking, it is necessary to check in with the hotel's front desk. When picking up your car, it is necessary to check in with the hotel's front desk again. The parking lot is A+ and safe, the front desk and shuttle personnel are A+. Will absolutely make this my first parking choice for ORD.

    The parking lot wasn't cleared of snow. Also, we didn't know to check in prior to boarding the shuttle, which caused some problems when we returned. Thankfully my car wasn't towed!!

    The only thing confusing was that you have to check in your car at the hotel but that is not clear when you show up. No signage gives you instructions.

    The only thing I didn't like was that we circled the airport again after getting picked up. After traveling all day, I just want to get to my car and get home (I also have a 2 hour drive home). However, this is the best parking for O'Hare that I have experienced. I have tried others and always come back to you. Love the shuttle drivers!! The cost is very competitive and I appreciate the good deal. Thank you for making my trip less stressful. No worries!

    I have used the Marriott Suites O'Hare location several times with great service each time. This time, weather events in other parts of the country meant that people were not able to get back to O'Hare to pick up their cars, so parking was very tight. However, I was still cheerfully accommodated.

    Return shuttle location at ORD is not easily found. Once found (across from Hilton) I had to call the parking lot at Marriott Suites to ask which door the pick-up shuttle would come to. Thanks.

    The parking (Marriott Suites) was safe and well lit. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable and courteous. The driver was very pleasant and I only waited 5 minutes for the ride back to the hotel parking lot. I will definitely park here again.

    Poor rating is due to the fact that shuttle service was advertised as running every 20 minutes until 2400 hours. I actually got to the shuttle service @ 2400 to find the shuttle NOT at the door it was supposed to be at, and ran down the street to find the shuttle leaving the curb. I was left in the middle of the street waving my arms at the shuttle and had to call to dispatch another shuttle. I was told by the next driver that the shuttle was full, therefore, the driver did not stop. I feel it would have been courteous to stop and tell me "I'm sorry sir, the shuttle is full. I'll radio ahead and dispatch another shuttle." rather than just driving away.

    Excellent experience. Everything as it should. Only comment was that I needed to pay an additional $1.75 at the lot for taxes. It would have been easier to pay the whole amount in advance and for you to have paid the lot on my behalf.

    The parking lot is great overall. Close to the airport, easy to access, and I felt my car was safe and secure. However, because this is at a hotel you need to go in to the front desk for both check in and check out which can be frustrating if there are other guests checking in or checking out. Additionally, I was at the international terminal and the driver must have forgotten to come pick me up because I waited more than 30 minutes. I had to make 2 phone calls and the receptionist blamed the delays on "traffic" at the airport. Anyway, it is a good service but I cannot recommend them for international flights.

    Marriott suites 6155 river road was great. When we arrived the lot was full so the front desk guy immediately got an employee to move so I would have a space and had the shuttle wait till I was parked. Very helpful staff. I highly recommend the Marriott Suites!!

    The first driver was great. He was courteous and helpful. He was polite and friendly. He helped me with my bags and was a pleasure at 3:00am when I arrived at the Marriot. He rec'd a $5.00 tip. Salvador on my return trip, stood by the back of the bus and expected me to bring the bag off the curb right to him, I wheeled it to the curb and he just looked at me and waited - remind you it was 2:30 in the morning and I had waited along with others for OVER 30 minutes for him in the rain after each of us had called to request the shuttle at different times. I personally clocked my wait at 35 minutes but others were there before me. He then asked which location and I said I wasn't sure and was pulling out my papers to check the address and he yelled at me that I had to tell him or he couldn't take me. He could see I was looking for the paperwork and I snapped back at him. He also drove way to fast for the wet conditions. And the excuse we were given for taking so long , there was alot of airport traffic (at 200 amm I don't think so) I did not tip him at all. My tip for Salvador get a new job !

    Everything was great except for the pick up. I was told to call for the driver upon my return since the drivers do not regularly service the international terminal. Upon my return, I called just when I was picking up my luggage and I was informed that the driver would pick me up at 5E and asked my name, which I provided to the operator and told her there were four in my group. I got my luggage and went to 5E. As soon as I arrived, I saw the van and the driver drove away. I called the operator who apologized, but I had to wait over 20 minutes for another bus. I don't understand why the operator would ask for my name and then either not pass it on to the driver or the driver did not check to make sure I (and my other three travelers) was on the bus. Next time, I will try another parking service.

    We called upon arriving as we did not know where to go, front desk helpful. When arrived front desk mgr, Steve, prompt and courteous. Check in in mi utes, waited for shuttle and delivered to Intl Terminal 5 first. Start to finish 29 minutes. Clock work!!! Thank you!!

    The Marriot Suites has 2 buses that are supposed to run every 20 minutes. This is not the case. They apparently have 2 buses but the wait is closer to 30 minutes and then the bus driver pumps you for a tip. He literally hung on to my bag trying to get me to hand him a tip. Will not park here again.

    It was great service although our car was moved without telling us due to the parking lot being re-painted. When we returned to find our car not left where we had parked it the attendants helped us find the car but took 30 minutes and made us think our car was stolen. They took a percentage off our bill which was nice but they still should have alerted us before we picked up the car!

    I will not use the Marriot parking again. Their shuttle service is TERRIBLE. It is so slow it is worth paying more to one of the other lots to not just come back from an international flight and wait anothre 45 minutes to START to go to your car! Never again.

    Upon our arrival back at the airport we called the hotel and we were told that the shuttle would arrive in 10-15 minutes. When it did arrive 30 minutes later, the shuttle was full and we were told that another one would be there in 6 minutes. However we had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. Awfull

    I would have given the shuttle service excellent, but the horrible weather really prevented timely shuttles. So for the weather it was excellent, but in an absolute sense it could have been better so it god the good rating. I would use this service and lot again in the future.

    I got caught coming back to O'Hare international earlier than expected due to flight diversion during the blizzard of 2010. I left O'Hare, was diverted and returned to O'Hare many hours later the same day. The staff made an adjustment in my fees as I parked for one day instead of the 5 I reserved. The staff at the Marriott couldn't have been nicer. I would park here again.

    Marriott Suites is a great lot. The only down side is having to screw around with the O'Hare Bus Shuttle Center.

Marriott Suites are a popular and professional parking operator open 24 hours a day. They serve O'Hare with the areas largest parking shuttle bus fleet. You can park, board our shuttle and ride directly to O'Hare Airport Curbside. Marriott Shuttles operates 24 hours a day and copies of USA Today are available during the morning hours. They also offer free baggage assistance and accept all major Credit Cards. Car care is available, please inquire upon check-in. The shuttle bus times are subject to change during the holidays. Marriott Suites ask that you call the lot to verify times. Marriott Suites advise that you arrive to park 30 minutes prior to the time you need to be at O'Hare, collect a parking ticket, drop your luggage off then find a parking space.
