Marriott Suites are a popular and professional parking operator open 24 hours a day. They serve O'Hare with the areas largest parking shuttle bus fleet. You can park, board our shuttle and ride directly to O'Hare Airport Curbside. Marriott Shuttles operates 24 hours a day and copies of USA Today are available during the morning hours. They also offer free baggage assistance and accept all major Credit Cards. Car care is available, please inquire upon check-in. The shuttle bus times are subject to change during the holidays. Marriott Suites advise that you arrive to park 30 minutes prior to the time you need to be at O'Hare, collect a parking ticket, drop your luggage off then find a parking space. We used Marriot for the first time when parking at O'Hare and were very happy with the service. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle when we returned home, but it was within the every 20 minutes that they advertise. We would use them again.
The check out machine did not work correctly the first time. It is also very annoying to have to insert 2 tickets. Had a long wait at the International O'Hare terminal waiting for the shuttle
Only issue I had was their parking lot is small. However they did have provisions for parking at the bank next door, which worked out fine.
The woman who picked us up didn't even open the door at first. She Did not offer to put the luggage in the back and if she couldn't lift it, I would have. As a woman myself, it would have been easier to put my big suitcase in the back, rather than try to get it up into the bus & down the aisle to my seat. She did not speak at all or acknowledge the passengers. I know there have been a lot of changes at this hotel, but this was the worst pick up service I've ever had. I'm not sure she even got out when she first arrived to call out or make sure people got on the right bus or saw the shuttle in the crush of shuttles. Many other drivers did this and always do. I've been parking at this hotel for 9 years and have used other places, but this was the worst service I've experienced. The front desk staff was very nice, but if your first impression is at the airport being picked up-you'd question ever staying.
This shuttle at the airport didn't even pull up to the designated pickup area between doors 1-3. Then after we waited almost 25 mins we hopped on another nearby hotel shuttle to bring us back. It was ridiculous. Other shuttle drivers come out and announce the shuttle and wait 5-10 mins before taking off and to assure they have all riders on board
Incorrect directions on parking receipt for the frequency of the shuttle - said it ran every 20 minutes when in fact it runs every half hour - also would be nice if the receipt instructions said what door the shuttle picks up at the transportation center at ORD - other than that great service and very friendly/helpful shuttle drivers

I prepaid for my parking the desk provided me with three different paid keys them they said just hit the help button and we will put u though. I had to back up With people behind me three different times frustrating to keep getting out to be told to hit the help button

I have used the service before and find it convenient and consistent. Shuttle wait time was a little long this trip (about a half hour) but otherwise very good service.
On the return shuttle (i.e., shuttle from airport to parking lot), the van was horribly worn and had poor signage. In addition, the driver took personal calls on her cell phone during the trip.
More convenient to travelers and near to the airport. Want to use it again.
I have parked here a number of times in the past with very good service. This time I was not informed that the shuttle was no longer allowed to drop off at the terminals. Upon arrival at the airport we were taken to the shuttle center and not given any instructions on how to get to our terminal. Determining where to go from there and the time it took for my train to get to my terminal were enough of a delay to cause me to miss my 8:30am flight. After sitting at the airport the entire day, I was finally able to fly out at 6pm. I lost out on a day in Florida and incurred additional costs for my flight. If I had been informed ahead of time of the change in drop off I would have made sure to arrive much earlier. Just a simple instruction from the driver may have been enough to allow me to catch my flight on time.
...the dropoff location the driver took us to at ORD was terrible - we had to walk a block and cross the "Arrivals" auto and bus lanes to enter the terminal when we should have been dropped off upstairs at the terminal on the "Departures" level...
I use this parking service about once a month. I usually stay at a different hotel however it was sold out on this trip. The part I did not like with this hotel is the need to check in at the front desk both at the beginning and end of the trip; waiting in line with guests checking in or out. I have not had to do this at other hotels and can make you miss a shuttle to the airport or waste time when you just want to get on your way home. Otherwise, everything was fine with this stay. The drivers were very courteous.
Close, convenient, safe. When I showed up to get my car, I could not find either my parking ticket or my print out. The young man at the desk accepted my online phone documentation and gave me a new parking ticket. I'll keep parking there!
The air flight was torture due to AA making the seat distance jailhouse close. Worst comfort ever & will always try to avoid AA if possible. The parking reservation and process was excellent as usual.
It was a good experience, quick shuttle to/from airport; easy to find, treated well, excellent price.
