1.We recommend you arrive at the Airport 2 hours in advance of your departure. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal. 2.When arriving at the Marriott Suites Hotel, please take a parking ticket, drop your luggage off under the shelter of our front door canopy and then proceed to any convenient parking space. We offer a Self-Park parking experience commonly know as Park & Lock. You keep your car keys. 3. Shuttle Bus service operates 24 hours per day. 4. Shuttle Bus Times subject to change during the holidays. Please call lot to verify times. Please call the front desk at 847-696-4400 to arrange for pickup during on call hours.

Shuttle service is every 20 minutes from 5:05am until 11:00pm. On Call every 30 minutes from 11:00pm until 5:05am.

Additional Information

Marriott Suites are a popular and professional parking operator open 24 hours a day. They serve O'Hare with the areas largest parking shuttle bus fleet. You can park, board our shuttle and ride directly to O'Hare Airport Curbside. Marriott Shuttles operates 24 hours a day and copies of USA Today are available during the morning hours. They also offer free baggage assistance and accept all major Credit Cards. Car care is available, please inquire upon check-in. The shuttle bus times are subject to change during the holidays. Marriott Suites ask that you call the lot to verify times. Marriott Suites advise that you arrive to park 30 minutes prior to the time you need to be at O'Hare, collect a parking ticket, drop your luggage off then find a parking space. They offer a Self-Park parking experience commonly know as Park & Lock. You keep your car keys. When you arrive back to OHare Airport, proceed to the Bus/Shuttle Center area for shuttle pick-up. The Bus/Shuttle Center is centrally located between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Follow the overhead signs in Baggage Claim areas (Lower Level) of each Domestic Terminal to the nearest underground Pedestrian Walkway. Take Elevator Centers 3 or 4 and press the Bus/Shuttle button.

    Excellent lot and service. We took the "L" into the city & for that reason we would park at the Marriott O'Hare next time because you can walk to the Cumberland station from that hotel - saves two stops and avoids the shuttle altogether.

    PROs: The parking lot was nice and secure. The staff and procedure upon arrival was excellent. CONs: Find way back to the Marriott O'Hare Suites on North River Road after returning was a challenge. You have to take the train to Terminal 2, go downstairs, outside, then walk thru a Hilton hotel to get the the airport shuttle pickup point n the other side of the street. This wasn't clearly explained in the instructions and thankfully an airport employee knew where I was trying to go. Also, I returned after 9pm so after checking out once I returned getting through the parking gate was a challenge and not well explained. I finally had to call a number on the pay console at the gate (even though I already paid) to be able to exit.

    The only thing that was inconvenient was that I had packed my reservation confirmation and when we picked up the car I had to take time to go into the hotel business office to reprint it because they could not look it up at the hotel.

    The parking was quick and easy and issue free and the value is excellent. We would have paid twice the cost using a taxi travelling back and forth from our public transit deprived location. We got our shuttle back and forth from the airport easily based on the instructions provided. The only questionable thing is the hotel lobby where we went to pay for the remainder of parking had us fill out a sign in sheet for our car. It seems she was under the impression that we needed to fill that out when we first parked, but she wasn't pushy about it and just asked us to fill it out when we paid. I don't believe the instructions state anything about filling in a car sign-in sheet. When we exited with the validated parking pass the reader showed the full original price and said we had an invalid parking pass, but the gate opened anyway with no hassles.

    No shuttle for over an hour from Marriott suites despite 4 calls. Had to take a taxi to the hotel to get my car back, although the hotel did refund my fare. Going to look for other alternatives now for parking.
