    because of a late arrival after 11pm I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel, another $20. This with the cost of the parking for 5 days ($35) I could have had taxi service home to airport and back. I asked to be reimbursed for the taxi and the hotel denied. Next time Ill be more careful and weigh options

    I called for pickup after retreiving my luggage at 7:12pm. I was told that they would be there in 15 minutes. Well, they didn't pick me up until after 8pm and that was after I called to see where they were. I was told that there was an accident which I later found out to be untrue. I will continue to use the service but not with Marriott RTP. I would like to thank the driver Matthew who was kind and courteous during this time.

    I have used this service twice. The first time was wonderful. The desk clerks were great when I arrived and when I called to be picked up from the airport. The second time was terrible. I arrived to check in and head to the airport the clerk was rude and after about 10 minutes she finally called to see if I could get a ride by the shuttle and then I had to wait another 20 minutes. When I came back to RDU and called for pick up the desk clerk was rude and said she had no reservation for me and I said I was not staying in the hotel just had a parking reservation she said to wait in the hotel shuttle waititng area and someone would be there in about 20 min. I waited 40 minutes and called back. When I called back the desk clerk asked me again for my name and checked for a reservation again and I stated that I called 40 minutes ago about getting a ride and was told it would take about 20 minutes. She then stated that I must not be in the correct spot as the shuttle should have already been there and back. She would have to check and see what was going on. She then puts me on hold for 5 min. She comes back on the phone and said the shuttle was on its way.

    Friendly service, and easy-to-use parking system. Would appreciate later evening shuttle hours to accommodate flights arriving at the very end of the day; had to take a taxi back to the hotel after the 11pm cutoff, which cost nearly as much as the parking did. Around holidays when long-term airport parking is likely to be full, I would definitely use this service at the Marriott again.
