24 hours a day. We run our complimentary shuttle from 4:30am-midnight daily.
Everything worked out great. Found a great parking spot, checked in a front desk and the shuttle wisked me and the gf off to the airport a minute later. You need to call hotel when your plane lands, so they can send the shuttle to pick you up. I did this while I was waiting to de-board, and the shuttle was waiting for us outside of the baggage claim with a hotel guest who also had just arrived. Note that the hotel shuttles stop running at 12 midnight. I was under the prior impression that they were available 24/7. Our plane was scheduled to arrive at 11:40 pm, so I was concerned that we might have to pay for a cab to get back to my car, but the plane landed early and the shuttle was available.
Marriott staff at CMH is very friendly and accommodating. We will use this park and fly again! Thank you!

My wife and I are both in the military, and therefore are often separated by many hundreds of miles. This service proved invaluable in easing some of the stresses of holiday travel, and allowed my family and I to spend a much more meaningful time together, without having to feel the money dripping out of my pocket each day. The shuttle to and from the airport was waiting for me at my arrival, and departure, and there was an extremely professional and polite driver who was very helpful. This service was so useful and wonderful! I will definitely be using this service again within the coming years!
The driver was very courteous when we got picked up. He even brushed off the snow on our car that had been sitting for 9 days. He went above and beyond.

Our return flight landed late and we had to take a cab back to the Marriott lot; hotel did pay the cab driver.
Aside from the shuttle not running until 430am which wasn't listed anywhere my experience with parking at the marriott Columbus airport was great. Everyone was very helpful and made that part of my trip much less of a worry. I will definitely use this service when I travel again.
No one piked up the phone to request the shuttle from airport. I had to use taxi. It cost me additional $15
Rates were VERY affordable, parking was convenient, and very available.

The shuttle was not running to get me back to my car. My airline was late coming in and I had to take a cab back to the Mariott to get my car which cost me $13.00.

We had to be shuttled back via taxi, because the shuttle was at the mall and wasn't going to be back anytime soon. The hotel did pay the taxi fee, though. I greatly appreciated that. Thanks!!!
