    This was the first time that I had tried Air Marino. It was a good experience. The attendants were friendly and very helpful. It was nice to come back to a cool car and I suppose a warm car in the winter. My flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight so had to use 1 additional day at the parking lot. When I called at 1:30 am Stan was very friendly and courteous. He assured me that it would be no problem to just add a night onto the bill. Overall I was very satisfied with Air Marino and will be using them again.

    the staff was awesome and very attentive. Our car was waiting for us upon our arrival and the A/C was turned on for us as Pittsburgh was already HOT & HUMID...ty for that :-) We only wish the parking area was covered by a roof. Other than that, our experience with AIR Marino was 100% satisfactory ty AIR Marino :-)

    My only negative was when I called for airport pick up. The phone rang for 3 mins the I hung up and called again waiting another 3 mins. Unacceptable Someone should be able to answer phone--- even if when answering you are put on hold for a min. I don't mind waiting for the shuttle but do mind when the phone is not answered in a timely manner.

    1. guidelines to the visitors need to be given clearly. 2. empathize with any of the delays with the customers while they locate the cab when they return. yelling at them will only bring bad remarks to the company.

    Air Marino was wonderful. Easy to find, no waiting for the van to take us to airport. They loaded and unloaded our luggage. Upon return, pickup was fast and again our luggage was loaded and unloaded. Every employee was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and would use again when I fly out of Pittsburgh.
