HOLIDAY HOURS: Luxury Airport Parking will be closed 12/24 7pm - 12/25 8pm and 12/31 8pm - 1/1 8 pm. Shuttles leave every 45 minutes starting at 11:00 am to 4:15 pm for drop off . The pick up is on demand every and due to long traffic lines after 9:30 am we ask to try and get out prior to 9:30 to express pick up and not very long wait times. There is a $3.00 surcharge per day for over size and commercial size vehicles. Please arrive in time we do not leave customer behind the shuttles are a complementary service.

    I had just had my car painted one week before the trip and came back to find the paint scratched off my hood. No explanation was given as to how this happened. There were no apologies or offers to repair it. I was simply given an email to file a complaint to. The staff was nice enough and the location was extremely convenient, but it wasn't worth the damage to my car.

    We waited over an hour for our shuttle to pick us up. We tried to call several times ,but nobody anwsered after the first call. We finally paid $i0.00 a person to take us back to your parking lot

    We were picked up at the ship terminal. Made a wrong turn going back to the parking area. Could not turn around. Backed the trailer into a pole. Hit the van into the trailer. Hit the roof van trying to turn into a 8'6'' garage. Picked up by another van to get back to the parking area and then waited for the van and trailer with our bags to return from the ship where they picked up other people!!! Disaster!!!!!

    I say the condition of the parking lot was poor for us because it was valet parking and when we got back and got our car...found fast, little black ants running around in front of both front seats at our first stop for coffee a few miles after picking up the car. Also, the car had lots of leaves on it so I imagine our car was parked near a tree with ants in it or under it. Never did see our parking spot because of the valet parking. FINALLY think we got rid of them with tons of ant bait in the car after a week of treatment.

    Terrible experience. We checked in and were given a number to give them when our cruise returned, which we did; however we were first told the shuttle was on the way. After about 1/2 hr to 45 minutes, we called again, went to voicemail, tried 3 more times, went to voicemail, other people waiting for Luxury were waiting and trying to call also. Finally after about another 1/2 hr, we called, finally someone answered, and were told they were having trouble getting in the "seaport", not sure what that meant. After another 1/2 hr, 3 in our party took a cab to Luxury site and picked up our cars. Was just a mass of confusion there; and also had to PAY for the cab to get the cars; (just noting there were 8 in our party and not able to get a shuttle back to the lot to pick up our cars, ALREADY PAID FOR BY THE WAY. Consider us stranded in Ft Lauderdale, Fl.). Will never use Luxury again and definitely would not refer any of my friends to them.

    It took us more than 2 hours to get from the cruise ship to the car lot - only 1 driver doing both pick-ups and drop-offs at the busiest cruise ship day of the week (and he was very good). I will not use this spot again - would rather pay double the price. Maybe if they charged more and paid their drivers a fair wage, they could improve

    My tires were low. Their machine was not working so I had to go to a gas station to put air in my tires. You carry your own luggage and my car was dirty when I got it but they expect a tip, really? Basically, you get what you pay for. I would rather pay $20 at the port knowing my car will be in a better condition.

    Good service for the price. We did not have to wait at all but others that got off the ship earlier did wait. Could have done 2 runs I guess. The place is a bit dated and in need of s refresh.
