I will never use this company again shuttle took 1hr to pick me up and they could not find my car after 2hrs my car was found at a different dark lot with no security or cameras at all. My car had so much dirt and a dead battery someone had left my head lights on... The next day I found out that they have a 1 man operation @ night. Shuttle driver is your office attendant... They need more staff and security. NEVER AGAIN

The shuttle never took us to the airport, in fact nobody was there and when I called, nobody responded. I ended up taking a Taxi. When arrived from the trip, once again nobody responded, took again a Taxi, and had to wait for half an hour for someone to show up. Terrible service. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

We're not pleased with the customer service. We spend over an hour waiting to be pickup. The temperature was low and the chill factor, well you get the picture. From the time we called to the time, we were on our way home was around two hours, very unacceptable. There was only one attendant for all the customers arriving around the same time. I can only say poor coordination and oversight from the manager’s position on employee schedule. My family will never again reserve a car space again with this (Luxury parking) company.

Do NOT ever use this service if you want good courteous service. I stood & waited almost one hour (I am almost 70 yrs old) and watched the same Park n Fly driver go by 3 times before the unbelievably rude Ryan picked us up. He yelled at us and told us his service was a courtesy and if we didn't like it, we should take a cab. The price was great, but I will NEVER use this service again. No one should be treated the way we were.

Horrible, the web site says that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. We were finally picked up an hour and a half later after two phone calls where the attendant was very rude. He refused to give me a discount and I would never use them again. They would get a negative 5 out of 10 stars.

The Luxury Parking outside Ft Lauderdale airport, is definetly not luxury. The lot is small, the cars are parked in several rows deep and too close together. Upon our return we called as instructed and were told to call back after we got our bags and then once we had them were told that we would have to wait for half and hour because the attendant was by himself and could not come get my wife, 3yr old son and I until after he did his cruise port run. This at 11:00pm. We were forced to take a taxi to avoid standing on the street with a child and then had to wait for our car in a shady area at the rear of the facility until nearly midnight. We will never use their service again.

The pick up was a big problem. I could not find the driver; he waited in an inconvenient location; he could not speak English (I should not be penalized because I am not a Spanish speaker); he had trouble finding my car at the lot; he did not help me
