Transportation provided to and from the airport terminal with our compliments as well as an exceptional car wash service available for an additional fee. The shuttle will pick up outside Baggage Claim in the outside lane.

Everything went smoothly
Very disappointed in being charged an oversize vehicle fee. The only reason I paid it is because I had to park and meet my airline reservation. I park my F150 pickup truck at offsite parking often and this is the first time I've ever been charged an additional fee for an oversized vehicle. Will not use this parking facility again and will not recommend to others.
I had a wonderful experience, from drop off to pickup. I will definitely use Luxury again!!!!
Do not be scared off by some of the negative experiences people had here- this is a 5/5 star place, and I will tell you why. #1- The shuttles were on time. When we left, they took us right away to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle was already at the pick-up spot- we didn't even have to call. #2- Our car was secure. They moved it when we arrived, and it was in the same spot when we left. No damage at all. #3- We (unfortunately) left valuables in the car and they were still there when we returned. When we were cleaning out our car, we left some gift cards under a seat and they were not touched. My husband also left his Oakley sunglasses in the car by accident, and they were also still there when we arrived. Yeah the shuttle is a bit dilapidated, but it got us there! Cannot say enough positives about this place. Book them and you will have a worry-free vacation.
The shuttle drivers were both pleasant. I called to get directions and they were very helpful. The lavatory was clean. We were pleased with the service.

It is the first time that I use Luxury Auto parking and I was not impressed about everything. Once I am getting back to the airport and to wait for the courtesy shuttle, the wait time was more than 30 minutes. Overall, they do get the job done, however it was not impressive enough for me to stick with them. I have reserved with another parking provider for my next trip of travel ... Will see
I have used various parking lots for the past 6 years. I have been pleased with every one upuntil now. When we got to the facility it was obviious that they were short staffed. My husband and I along with another customer had to hire a cab to get to the airport. I complained to the owner and he was arrogant and nasty. Informed me that he did not need my business. He will never again get my business.

Great service -the shuttle driver remembered me from before and is great at his job! I didn't catch his name but he drove Wednesday night Jan. 22nd at around 9:30pm. Please thank him for his continued great service!
The attendant when I dropped off my car was courteous and efficient. The comments refer to pick up alone. Driver told me he would be by in 15 to 20 minutes. This was already unacceptable, made more so when he did not arrive until almost 40 minutes had passed. When he did arrive there was no greeting ("hello" would have been nice) no help with my bag, and he chatted with someone on speaker phone which treated me to a fair amount of profanity at both ends of the conversation. There was no explanation or apology for any of this. I would not use this garage again and recommend that you disassociate your network from them unless there is satisfactory explanation--although it is difficult to conceive of one. The driver picking me up at the airport was surly pretty foul-mouthed and when given what I thought was a fairly substantial tip didn't say thank you . . .
This was the first time we used this lot. It was convenient, easy to book the reservations, and close to the airport. Upon our initial arrival to the lot to park our car, we had a bad impression. The gentlemen that drove us to the airport was borderline rude. He made us feel like driving us to the airport was a hassle and we were uncomfortable. Plus, the van that he drove us in was not in very good shape. Either way, we arrived to the airport in one piece so we could fly to our destination. When we arrived in Fort Lauderdale after our trip, we collected our luggage from baggage claim and per the instructions of the parking lot attendant, called the lot to let them know we arrived and scheduled a pickup. I had to call 2 or 3 times to get a hold of someone and then waited for no less than 30 minutes for pickup. The person we spoke with sounded agitated and was rude. We were picked up between terminals 2 and 3. During our trek to the parking lot, we learned that the main van broke down due to a battery failure causing many people to not have space in the small working van to be picked up. As a result, many other customers waited more than 45 minutes to be told that there was no room in the van and they had to wait longer. They were very upset. When we finally arrived to the parking lot to pick up our car, it was pulled up for us which was nice. However, we asked for the car to be washed while we were away and it was not. The car was in the lot for 1 week which should have been more than enough time. I do want to say that the driver that picked us up from the airport was very capable and nice. He was under a huge amount of stress with the breakdown of the main vehicle and handled it well. This driver left a good impression on us. Our overall impression was negative. Unfortunately, our experience was a prime example of getting what you paid for. We are not planning to use this lot again as a result.
Every time I've used Luxury, they were always punctual and courteous. Definately will use them again.
pick up wait time was 55 minutes. when i arrived at the parking lot it took another 30 minutes to get my car for me! thats a total of 85 minutes, not acceptable seeing as I called in advance and asked to be picked up. hence also informing them i would be expecting my car....
Luxury parking is not a reliable service. We waited over an hour for the shuttle! The van was in poor condition with both rear seats torn and many plastic parts broken. It was the least expensive but not worth the aggravation,.
