Luxury Airport Parking - FLL provides a fully-secure and comprehensive service located near to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Transportation provided to and from the airport terminal with our compliments, as well as an exceptional car wash service available for an additional fee. Please arrive at Luxury Airport Parking at least 2.5-3.5 hours before your domestic flight (3.5-4.5 hours for international) to allow ample time for check in and transportation. When returning, please call upon arrival. The shuttle will pick up outside Baggage Claim in the outside lane. Unfortunately we came at the time when you were involved with returning ship passengers - at this point the parking lot was on overload as were the attendants. Fortunately we left extra time to get to our flight and so we were OK. Our car was unbelievably dirty when picked up - we couldn't see out front or back windows (I guess the next time we stay, we should have car washed. Have left car in open lots before and never had them so dirty when we returned.
As soon as i returned from my trip i called for pick up. The person said 30 minutes. Noneone came to pick me up. Two hours later I had to call a cab. Until today I haven't received a phone call. I called Silvia,the supervisor, I told her if she had hear my massages about been in the airport with a hungry and cold one year old. She said she didn't. I am sure she heard about my situation because she had the perfect answer for me. She said that their job is to park the car not to pick people up at the airport. When I asked for refund she hang up. Acting upset
Waited over 3 hours buy the Off Airport Parking area and the driver never stopped by the pick up area, we kept calling the service desk and a couple of times the office person answered the phone and put me on hold without asking and she would hang up after a few minutes waiting in line and when i would call back it would go to an answering machine and never received a call back from anyone to asked me where I was or where the driver would pick us up. I took over 3 hours my kids and I were very tired and very hungry waiting all that time. The lady in the office was very rude and treated me with disrespect when I finally got thru after trying for 2 hours. I will not recommend Luxury Airport Parking to anyone. I would rather pay more next time for a better service.

All good except for the pick-up. First, waited a full 35 minutes from the time of call to the arrival of the shuttle. Then, the shuttle driver didn't seem to know how to merge in traffic. Then, after we had left the airport pick up location and were about to leave airport, dispatch advised that they had just received another pick up request at the location we had just left, AND dispatch advised driver that there was no need to return, driver returned anyway. Result was that it was more than an hour before I got to my car. More like an hour and a half. Totally unacceptable.
When I called for pickup it went to voice mail. It took over an hour before anyone picked us up. During the hour we waited we called several times to find out what was going on, but no one would pick up the call. This was the worst experience I have ever had in off site parking.
I asked for a car wash and when I returned, it wasn't done.
prior to leaving I waited thirty minutes to catch the shuttle, thought I was going to miss my plane. On return, I followed the instruction printed out for me that said to call first, then go stand by the sign that said Hotel and off lot airport. I went and stood under the sign. After waiting thirty minutes or more the rude service driver said I should have went to the right when I came out of the terminal of Jet Blue, instead of to the left. the instructions didn't say that. I thought there was only one sign and as a matter of fact, I asked an airport employee to point me in the right direction. The driver said it was my fault, not his, in a very rude manner. Still I gave him a five dollar tip. Then get to your lot and find a "small dingy" on the back left side of my two month old brand new Chevy SUV. I knew there was no point in reporting it, they would have said that was my fault too. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
I keep giving them another chance, but it seems to get worse everytime I go. I can understand if they're busy, but I tried calling six times within a 45 min period and they never answered the phone. Other companies had shuttles that made 3 trips back and forth and they didn't come once within 45 min. This was my last time there.

We had to call several times when we arrived back at Ft. Lauderdale airport. Guy couldn't find our keys, car wasn't ready to go as promised...
The parking lost is very convenient to the airport, wait time is minimum, and the guys are friendly

Experience was good. The receptionist were courteous. I called them from the airport and as I reach the parking lot the shuttle driver got my key right away.

This was one of the quickest and easy pick-ups I have had. Luxury Airport Parking was clear on where to get picked up and the van promptly arrived. The van was clean and the attendant was cordial.
