Arrival Info:

Upon arrival to the garage, please take a ticket from the machine. Drive straight up the ramp and park on the 5th floor or higher. After you park, register your vehicle by taking the elevator to the Front Desk located on the 1st floor of the Hotel. Please note your PARKING SPACE NUMBER (located on the ground at the end of your space) along with your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. There you will receive a DISCOUNT COUPON. The COUPON must be used to receive the discounted price for, final pay at lot upon your return. If the coupon is not used the discount will not be applied. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED IF THE COUPON IS NOT USED.

Airport Transportation

The airport is 10/15 minutes away on the hotel's complimentary shuttle, running every 15 minutes from 7am until 11pm, and every 20 minutes from 11pm until 7pm.

The Loews Chicago OHare garage and shuttles are brand new.  Services also include use of the state-of-the-art flight center inside the hotel so you can be updated on travel news. Loews Chicago OHare provides garage parking and is staffed 24 hours, meaning your car will be fully protected from the elements and secure. Upon your return, shuttles pick up domestic travelers at Door 1 of the Shuttle Bus Center; International travelers are encouraged to phone the hotel on arrival to OHare.

    I love everything about this service.... except the shuttle. I use the service nearly every week and love the facilities, cost, etc. The shuttle may actually work fine for several weeks... but then a problem. Particularly when arriving at ORD Terminal 5 (Intl) the pickup to get back to my car can be horrible. Yesterday, I got off my plane, through customs, and onto the curb in 15 min and then it took nearly an hour and 3 phone calls to the hotel to get to my car.

    The shuttle drivers both TO & FROM O'Hare to Intercontinental were terrible. One fought with the valet as I dropped my bags off before I went to the garage as I was traveling alone & with large items. The driver made the valet load the bags on van due to tipping, I'm sure. He then proceeded to pull out of parking lot & block 2 lanes of traffic to get out of hotel & a very busy street. He drove like a mad man to get us to the airport; tailgating etc. On the way back I was greeted with a grunt & very sloppy looking driver. Not courteous or at the standard of this level of hotel. I would rather pay more & park at the Renaissance where I know they are friendly & consistently the same drivers. Not worth it.

    have used parking facilityat least 5 times this year and have always found it good value . The shuttle bus does not always pick up regularly from term 5 we have had to wait over 35 -40mins on at least two trips with multiple phone calls to hotel .

    Great place to park, car was inside and staff was very helpful with any questions and explained process clearly, shuttles every 20 and the shuttle was there to pick us up shortly after arrival. . highly recommended this place.

    Shuttle service could've been a bit more prompt. Parking lot was great b/c it was a covered garage. When you pick up your car, do you have to go into the hotel and walk to your car. Would likely park here again.

    Wayfinding was not marked very clearly. More signs near the elevator would have been wonderful. If you're from out of town, it's not easy to understand where the parking is in relationship to the hotel. But this was my first time to use this and it worked. Thanks! Sue

    I liked the indoor parking, easy access from I-294, and a pleasant place to wait for the shuttle in the Intercontinental. Only problem was poor directional signs inside O'Hare to the Bus/Shuttle Center.
