Upon arrival to the garage, please take a ticket from the machine. Drive straight up the ramp and park on the 5th floor or higher. After you park, register your vehicle by taking the elevator to the Front Desk located on the 1st floor of the Hotel. Please note your PARKING SPACE NUMBER (located on the ground at the end of your space) along with your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. There you will receive a DISCOUNT COUPON. The COUPON must be used to receive the discounted price for, final pay at lot upon your return. If the coupon is not used the discount will not be applied. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED IF THE COUPON IS NOT USED.
The airport is 10/15 minutes away on the hotel's complimentary shuttle, running every 30 minutes from 4am until 9am, every 20 minutes from 9am until 8pm, and every 30 minutes from 8pm to 1am.
The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours per day for your convenience.
Loews Chicago OHare (formerly InterContinental Chicago OHare) provides a luxury service at a low rate. The Loews Chicago OHare garage and shuttles are brand new. Services also include use of the state-of-the-art flight center inside the hotel so you can be updated on travel news. Loews Chicago OHare provides garage parking and is staffed 24 hours, meaning your car will be fully protected from the elements and secure. Upon your return, shuttles pick up domestic travelers at Door 1 of the Shuttle Bus Center; International travelers are encouraged to phone the hotel on arrival to OHare.

I like the covered parking.

I have always been very happy with my parking experience at the Intercontinental Hotel in Rosemont, IL. However, while I was gone on my most recent trip, they apparently changed their brand with no notification when I checked in for parking as well as at any time during my trip. This caused a lot of confusion when I waited for a shuttle at 10 pm at night for 40 minutes. Once I called them to find out what the delay was they told me about the name change and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. While I know this really isn't a problem created by airport parking reservations.com, it was very frustrating. When I signed up for parking it said Intercontinental as did all of my confirmation paperwork. The change in brand should have been shared with me and there were multiple times when it could have been during my reservation and check in process. A little forethought could have shaved this repeat customer a lot of frsutration after a long day of traveling. It also would have been nice if the hotel personnel cared about the inconvenience too.
It would have been nice to be told that the Intercontinental Hotel would be changing names to Loews. We waited almost an hour for the Intercontinental shuttle that dropped us off on July 18 to pick us up July 26.
This is the best system ever. We have used this site and this location before and are never dissatisfied. Will use it again in the future.

Great parking option!
The Inter-Continental scanner system in Park Ridge is still frustrating. This time, an attendant was at the gate helping each driver properly scan their ticket. I had tried four times, at four different angles, and would have been there forever if it had not been for the attendant.
Don't like not getting my receipt at time of payment. I still have not received it.
If you do not mind waiting for the shuttles, this is certainly the way to go. Clean, friendly and VERY cost effective. I had bad timing both ways and had to wait 20 + minutes for shuttle to airport and 40+ minutes for International pick up.
To the airport: shuttle was not in service so they put us in two cabs. Parking garage is always great, secured and covered. From the airport: Shuttle was prompt and brand new shuttle bus-very nice and good driver. We always park at the Intercontinental.
iPhone app was problematic and wound't let me purchase park for within the next hour. I kept receiving and error message which stated "need to use a future date". Maybe a bug in the app if the chose time is within the hour desired?

Parking was convenient and felt m ore secure compared to airport parking. It was also less expensive.
