Upon arrival to the garage, please take a ticket from the machine. Drive straight up the ramp and park on the 5th floor or higher. After you park, register your vehicle by taking the elevator to the Front Desk located on the 1st floor of the Hotel. Please note your PARKING SPACE NUMBER (located on the ground at the end of your space) along with your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. There you will receive a DISCOUNT COUPON. The COUPON must be used to receive the discounted price for, final pay at lot upon your return. If the coupon is not used the discount will not be applied. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED IF THE COUPON IS NOT USED.
The airport is 10/15 minutes away on the hotel's complimentary shuttle, running every 30 minutes from 4am until 9am, every 20 minutes from 9am until 8pm, and every 30 minutes from 8pm to 1am.
The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours per day for your convenience.

Services also include use of the state-of-the-art flight center inside the hotel so you can be updated on travel news. Loews Chicago OHare provides garage parking and is staffed 24 hours, meaning your car will be fully protected from the elements and secure. Upon your return, shuttles pick up domestic travelers at Door 1 of the Shuttle Bus Center; International travelers are encouraged to phone the hotel on arrival to OHare.

Easy to find, great location, parking instructions easy to follow!!! Park in on the shuttle in no time at all!!
Imagine that you have been gone 2 weeks but know you need the 2 tickets to retrieve your car. Imagine that you keep good track of where they are when you retrieve your luggage. You have been on a plane for 15 hours and your phone is near dead. No shuttles arrive, Loews is too cheap to be listed on any of the boards at O'Hare and you find that they have not provided a phone number on either the tickets OR the handy sleeve they provide. Nobody at O'Hare will help so you are at their mercy til the next shuttle comes by 52 minutes later. What kind of a company refuses to put a phone number on the tickets they provide you? Their excuse was that I should have the reservation paperwork. I did, it was in my car. I need the reservation to get IN and the tickets to get OUT. Poor execution on their part, find another garage.

Getting to the airport was a breeze. Unfortunately, the wait time to return to parking after I'd cleared customs was much longer than anticipated. Might have been a little more tolerable had my flight not been delayed 2 hours.
We love parking at Lowes. It is very safe and easy to get to. Front desk clerks always know the drill so it makes for a quick check in. Rates are always as promised.
The discounted parking price was good. However, we needed to bring in another car to move stuff from one car to another, and this "parking" cost us $20 for less than an hour. So, be careful with very-short-term parking there.
There is no attendand by parking exit. I did not know who to show my invoice. Had to come back to hotel and find someone. Parking exit is on one way so if you do not look for personel vefore leaving parking then they charg you regular fee (3 times discounted). Parking itself and shuttle excellant. Information about how to pay not clear.

Ramp itself is relatively small, so be prepared to make lots and lots of circles as you go from level to level.
This a well run operation with attentive and obliging staff. I have recommended this option my friends who travel and leave their cars at the O'Hare.

I highly recommend using Loews for parking and a stay. I parked for 15 days for a great price with great people who made sure I was delivered and picked up at the airport. Really nice staff! I will be back and have told my friends.
The parking lot was super easy to get to/find. The hotel and shuttle staff were very friendly and eager to help. I left my family at the hotel entrance and went to park my vehicle and when i got back the shuttle was already there and waiting for us, the man at the hotel desk was very quick to help us and get us on that shuttle. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

Return driver was rude. Told my adult son he could carry his own backpack. Decided not to tip for lack of service and he made rude remark. Van was not full with only 6 customers. Did not meet us at designated door at airport.
To avoid the traffic and high parking fees, we parked here and took the blue line into Chicago. It was easy to get to the parking garage and get the parking ticket validated. We rode with a friend to the Rosemount station and caught the train who went to the city for a day with us. On our return, we walked from the Rosemount station to the parking garage (about a mile). The shuttle would have picked us up if we had called.
