The complimentary shuttle runs immediately 24/7. The lot is 3 minutes from all terminals. Please plan accordingly and arrive ahead of time.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An extra charge of $1.00 per day will be added to oversized vehicles taking more than one space.

    Easy in and out. No problems at all. Shuttle drivers were friendly. We got lucky and shuttle was waiting for us on return.

    Hard to find, the address posted is different than what is given. Shuttle was inoperable at our arrival time, we were told repeatedly that we''d be leaving soon. Ended up calling a lyft and almost missed our flight. Upon returning it took twice as long for the shuttle pick up to arrive as everybody else waiting. We saw other shuttles arrive and depart 3 times over before our showed up. At least I have names of more professionally run parking lots now. Shuttle driver was loud, rude, and an erratic driver. I'm an LA driver and he made me nervous! No wonder the shuttles break down if that's how they're being treated. The office reeked when we walked in, the guys there we pleasant enough and reduced my total amount due to account for the unexpected lyft charge. It was an annoying experience and I won't be repeating it. I'll try one of the 20 other options or pay a little more to be on site.

    Parking lot attendant had us going in circle getting out of the lot, but not a big deal after dealing with trying to get out of the airport in the first place.

    Parked my car and on the shuttle to my airline within 10 minutes. Pick up was just as easy. Called the 800 number on receipt and was pick up from my airline within 10 minutes! I'll definitely use this parking lot again. Very close to the airport.

    They have no visible signs and I had to call to get directions at 430 am. You can't even see the entrance during the day either. I was a little upset because they charged me an extra day for oversize SUV. No other parking lot has done this before. I have a highlander

    This was my 3rd time to park there, this experience was better than the last 2. 1st time I fell face down out of the van, 2nd time a piece was broken off my passenger front seat.

    I found the staff professional and courteous, particularly when I dropped my car off. Their shuttle is new and clean. Everything went smoothly in terms of my airport drop off and pick up. Unfortunately, I asked that they change my oil and do my brakes while I was in Britain. They did neither. I was very disappointed because I have a busy life and this was a key reason I chose to leave my car here. I looked forward to returning to a car that was road ready. They didn't even mention the work until I brought it up when paying. The explanation was that the mechanic was gone for the "holiday weekend" (the 4th of July, a Saturday). Since they had the car for 7 1/2 days, this really didn't seem a justified excuse. Also, they pushed the synthetic oil (which my car does not need and which is typically more expensive). In the end, even synthetic would have been better than nothing. :(

    Address not clearly marked . and, I took one of the options of a car wash and interior cleaning. the night attendant who check me in stated 2 Items. One: that the deluxe wash was going to include a interior carpet and seat cleaning. and that because I was getting the wash the extra 1.00 aday for a f150 truck would be waved, neither on was true. will not go back

    Very good service to and from airport. Prompt pickup at airport. This is a very highly valued trait after arriving from day long flight. Very polite staff. Would suggest better signage and lighting in parking lot. Signage and entrance made it hard to know we were in correct place when we first arrived. Lack of lighting in parking lot made finding car on our return a little difficult. Should not be labeled as valet because we had to find our own car for ride home.

    I was happy to call the shuttle service, and not have to wait for too long for it to arrive. After a long trip, and waiting in lines and for luggage the last thing you want to wait for is a tie back to your car.

    You need to make it clear what name will be on the shuttle. I waited 20 minutes and never saw the shuttle. I had to take a $20 cab to get to my car at your lot. At 9pm, your customer service line doesn't pick up. I tried to call 8 times.

    convenient and cheap valet service near lax. they have a lot of auto services too which i found pretty nice. the lot is fairly close to the terminals so i didn't have to go really early
