Enter ValuePark LAX off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 1 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and just across the alley to catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX. This shuttle service is shared with 405 Airport Parking. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'7". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    This service made it so simple to park my car securely. Unfortunately, after an extremely long day of traveling & being exhausted, I took the wrong shuttle. I still managed to get to the correct parking lot & picked up my car with ease. I would definitely recommend this service!

    The last time I used this parking garage the elevator worked when I arrived but upon return the elevator did not. late at night, parked up on the 7th floor with a 60 lbs suitcase, this situation was not ideal. Soo anyone who has used this lot since June 16th, does the ELEVATOR WORK? Thanks a lot!

    There were only two shuttles running at midnight, but both were full. The first one passed me up and the second one stopped and left terminal 5 full. Suggest more vans to pick up and deliver. Both pick up and delivery were over 30 minute wait.

    When we arrived quite early in the morning staff went out of their way to call ahead and find out our correct terminal information since it was not listed on our boarding pass and American Airlines operates 2 terminals at LAX

    I have never ever experienced such disorganized and awful parking and the shuttle service. They said they get to you in 20 minutes. It took them 1 hour + time to get to me and 20 other passengers who were waiting to get back to their car. No help with the luggage and no apology. I had to call 5 times and every time an unfriendly person answered and lied that the shuttle is in the airport.

    1.) Going to the airport, the shuttle wait time was more than 15 mins. Fortunately, traffic was OK so I did not miss my flight. 2.) Coming back to the parking lot, the shuttle skipped the terminal I was at. Then, a few minutes later, a 2nd one showed up. 3.) I've always been charged more than what's written on the reservation confirmation. I use this parking facility often. But, I simply don't understand why I can't be charged what was calculated ahead (agreed upon).

    Over 45 min wait for the shuttle. Luckily for us we were in terminal 4 since the shuttle was already crowded and once we jumped on it was completely full. I felt bad for people in terminals 5-9 who I'm sure had been also waiting a long time only to see the shuttle pass by because it was full. Between texting for shuttle pick up and getting our car out of the lot, it took 1.5 hours.

    Got lucky as the shuttle was at the parking lot when we left and happened to be right outside terminal 3 when we returned. I would say if you had to wait very long for the shuttle, it's more a factor of the tremendous amount of traffic at LAX. Traffic at LAX can be hit and miss. We arrived back at midnight on a Wednesday and the terminal traffic was bumper to bumper. I will use this lot again because it seemed secure, was inexpensive if you reserve online in advance, and has self-park.

    The return shuttle took over 30 min to arrive and it was extremely full. Several people could not get on and some stood in the doorway. I called and they told me another shuttle was already dispatched and should arrive very soon. I waited another 30 min and the same driver as before. They lied and I found 2 extra shuttles parked. Good thing they didn't charge me the extra time because the shuttle took over an hour.

    It would have been nice to see a sign posted at the elevator stating it was out of order when we returned. Level seven wasn't fun to walk up to, and the attendant didn't seem to care about the inconvenience it caused.

    I suggest attendant at parking booth places a sign on booth when he leaves unattrnded. We waited approx 7 minutes not knowing what to do. Placing a sign would give customers a clear indication that attendsnt will be back.
