Located at 9920 South La Cienega Blvd. ValueParkLAX is on the right upon entering from 99th St. Pull a ticket from the entrance and park on levels 2 and above. Height restriction, clearance, of 6'8".

Airport Transportation

Transportation is provided to and from the airport 24 hours a day on modern shuttle buses. Shuttles run about every 15-20 minutes. Complimentary luggage assistance is available.

    I am a first time user of ValueParkLAX. The service, friendliness and courtesy of the staff was outstanding. The parking garage was easy to find, clean, well lit and safe. I will use this parking facility again.

    We were very pleased with the garage and especially with our driver Carman. We returned from a 5 week trip and had been up for 25 hours on our arrival to LAX. It was great to be met by such a pleasant and happy person. Great attitude and a nice lady. Parking fees were as agreed. I would recommend this facility.

    Absolutely wonderful. Self parking, took elevators down, waited for shuttle 15 min, dropped us off at the terminal. Coming back called for shuttle waited about 10 min, dropped us off at the parking structure, got our car and showed the attendant our receipt printout and was on our and very good thanks

    Used Value Park twice now and a shuttle was waiting upon arrival. Never had to wait more than twenty minutes at the airport for the shuttle back and staff are very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to/from. Will be using this service as my regular airport parking.

    We arrived very early in the morning (4 am) and there was no staff at the garage. We figured things out but others arriving at the same time were not as lucky. A staff member or 24 hour number would be helpful to address concerns/questions.

    I parked here because the lot I used to park at is no longer so great. My experience here was generally positive; the wait for the shuttle going was 10 mins and about 10 mins when I returned. The drive to/fro is 5 mins door to door. The lot is a bit weird in that the spaces are very small and I nearly had to park on the roof-top even though I paid the full rate. The elevators work fine. One noteworthy issue: they have a sign that "LOT IS FULL- RESERVATIONS ONLY" when you get there, but there is nobody there to enforce that. So if you actually have an RSVP, you may in fact show up to find the lot without spaces (almost happened to me).

    This is a great option for LAX parking. Even though the spots are kind os narrow for a car there are usually plenty of spots that you don't have to worry about finding a space within the 6 floors. They are connected to QuickPark and they have tons of shuttles. I have used this place many times and every time the most I had to wait on a shuttle either going to the airport or coming back to my car is about 2 minutes. The shuttles are up kept and the drivers are better then other places I have been through. I recommend this place any day.

    There is low clearance in the parking lot, which is posted. However the speed bumps are placed right under the beams leaving even less room if you have a truck. When I called for the shuttle they said it would be 10-15mins, we waited over 35mins.

    Everything was good, will use this parking lot next time. Shuttle goes every 20 min, so if you're late just for 2 min, you have to wait almost 40 min, so it's fair for this amount of money. Overall experience is fine.

    The main problem was upon arrival. Finding my car blocked by another vehicle. I called down to the desk to ask for assistance. It took more than 30 minutes for the attendants to find the proper key to the car blocking my vehicle. At 1am, this felt awful. It left a sour taste in my mouth, with respect to your company's service. My parking reservation indicated that I would be returning at 12:30am, so why was there any issue retrieving my car? The vehicle blocking my car should have been moved prior to my arrival. I am not sure I would use this parking lot again because of this experience.

    Did not like that cars had to be valeted and cars were stacked too close together and behind others making navigation through the parking lot difficult and dangerous. I did appreciate the courteousness of the staff.

    It was an absolutely horrible experience parking at ValuePark LAX. The shuttle picked us up from the airport but when we got to our car, there was a van blocking our car. We could not get out even though we paid extra for the self parking option. We requested the attendant 3 times having to go down from the 5th floor where we were parked to the ground floor to repeatedly request one of the attendants to move the van that was blocking us so we could drive home. They continued to ignore our requests and we waited 40 minutes before someone actually moved the van. It was a terrible experience for us and we will never ever use ValuePark again.

    You might consider putting up a more visible sign on the corner of La Cienega and your drive way, at night i passed it once and had to make a u-turn and come back regrds V.N.S
