Enter ValuePark LAX off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 1 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and just across the alley to catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX. This shuttle service is shared with 405 Airport Parking. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'8".

Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

    The return shuttle took over 30 min to arrive and it was extremely full. Several people could not get on and some stood in the doorway. I called and they told me another shuttle was already dispatched and should arrive very soon. I waited another 30 min and the same driver as before. They lied and I found 2 extra shuttles parked. Good thing they didn't charge me the extra time because the shuttle took over an hour.

    It would have been nice to see a sign posted at the elevator stating it was out of order when we returned. Level seven wasn't fun to walk up to, and the attendant didn't seem to care about the inconvenience it caused.

    I suggest attendant at parking booth places a sign on booth when he leaves unattrnded. We waited approx 7 minutes not knowing what to do. Placing a sign would give customers a clear indication that attendsnt will be back.

    Rate not based on 24-hr day. Returning flight was delayed 6 hrs., so even though I was well within 3 days (73 hrs.), I was charged for 3 days plus an extra $6 since my arrival time changed from the original time. The one and only elevator was not working so had to climb 5 flights of stairs to retrieve car...not easy for an elderly person. Attendant was clueless to broken elevator and didn't seem to care.

    Excellent price and location. Shuttle drivers are helpful loading and unloading our lugagges. One minor issue was the elevator. It was broken when we returned from our trip so i had to climb the top roof to get my car. Overall, i rate this parking lot/structure 9/10.

    Shuttle sat for 25 mins waiting for others to come. I understand not leaving someone behind but they need more shuttles so when there are already 7 people on the bus they can take off. Other then that, it was fine.

    I WAS LUCKY TO GET A CLOSE PARKING SPOT THIS TIME AND I ALSO CAUGHT A SHUTTLE RIGHT AWAY GOING TO LAX. COMING HOME I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO "TEXT" THE NUMBER AND DIDNT REALIZE THERE WAS A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO CALL USING MY PHONE SINCE IT WAS IN SUCH SMALL LETTERS ON THE CARD GIVEN TO ME BY THE FIRST DRIVER.     Coming in attendant at the parking garage was OK. Were sweating bullets because we were running late, so I might have been a little too anxious. Shuttle driver was happy and uplifting. That was a good change, good karma. We made it just in time. Coming back we did not even have to call for the shuttle. As soon as we got out of the terminal we saw it coming. Driver was courteous and helpful. I paid less than my balance on the contract. Good service. Only issue is that the parking garage does not have floor level handicap parking. I Parked on the 5th level and had to use the stairs.

    The wait for the shuttle on the return trip was about 25 minutes. I would like to praise the attendant the day of my return. 5-9-16 at around 1pm. I was traveling with my 86 year old mother. I left her at the arrivals while I got the car from the garage. On the shuttle my mom called and was a bit confused as to where I was. I was concerned the minute there was a call from her and subsequently dropped the ticket. I handed him my reservation and explained how I dropped the ticket. He was extremely helpful, and did not try to over charge me due to the lost ticket incident. I appreciate his understanding the circumstance. I will use and refer your garage to others. Thank you
