Had to eventually take a taxi and pay $19. Only one shuttle running. Van was a mess. nobody answered phone when I called. POOR!
This is not the nicest looking lot but it's very well priced and completely adequate. Sometimes you can wait a bit for the shuttle depending on how many people are travelling at the same time but rarely more than 15 minutes. I've been parking here at least 3-4 times a year for a couple years now and have never had a problem.
Dirty parking area Van was dirty and difficult to get in and out
The lighting in the garage was poor when we returned in the middle of the night. It took the driver 20 minutes to pick us up.
Took 2 calls and 30 minutes for shuttle pickup. 15 minute delay on dropoff. Very unorganized cashiering. Not worth the couple of bucks you'll save.

Inadequate lighting. Very dim and too far apart. My car was in total darkness in between light fixtures. For a woman alone, at midnight, this is just unacceptable. The elevator was dirty and full of leaves and debris. The parking numbers were so old and worn off it was hard to tell what parking space you were in.
We came back to a dead battery, but your attendant brought us a charger to get our car started. Excellent service. Thank you.
We have used this car park several times and they have always taken anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1 hour to pick us up at the airport. This is inexcusable!
The parking location was great. On return, we had to wait a while to get van to pick us up, had to call the van, wasn't aware I had to do that until I waited ten minutes. staff were nice about it and I would definitely use this place again.
Lighting in garage is totally inadequate. Elevator hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Check out process was clumsy at best. Shuttle to and from airport was one time--but the vans are seriously run down.
The young man and woman working the office were great.
40 minutes from when I called to when I was picked up is unacceptable.

Elevators dirty. Poor lighting. Shuttle took 2 calls and we waited 30 minutes. Vans are dirty with duct taped seats. Signage is poor on Van. The attendant was talking to a friend while we were trying to check out. (She never hung up during our exit and payment). I can see why parking is so Cheap.
Our car sat in your lot for nine days and would not start upon our return. The attendant on duty did try to start our car with a portable charger, but no luck. He ran across the street and borrowed a larger one form the next lot, and was able to start our. It cost us $20.00, I think you should invest is one of these larger portable chargers for your lot and lower the price for a jump that took only a second!!
staff was rude, unprofessional, and did not know how to use their equipment or their own rules. more interested in talking to each other and flirting with the drivers than with helping customers.
