Located at 9920 South La Cienega Blvd. ValueParkLAX is on the right upon entering from 99th St. Pull a ticket from the entrance and park on levels 2 and above. Height restriction, clearance, of 6'8".

Airport Transportation

Transportation is provided to and from the airport 24 hours a day on modern shuttle buses. Shuttles run about every 15-20 minutes. Complimentary luggage assistance is available.

    Had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle back from the airport after the first shuttle was full. I had to call to request another shuttle because driver failed to communicate with the main office.

    shuttle was totally sucks, I was waiting there more than 1 hr and they just wait till they collected more passengers then they could come to pick me up. they were lying that they sent 3 shuttles to pick me up but couldn't find me, that's impossible and unbelievable. I was there to look all over and I saw other shuttle companies 3 or 4 times in that one hour and I didn't even see this Parking Center shuttle once. So bad!!!!

    Had to wait 40 minutes for pickup at airport. Called 3 times and was told "I'm on my way." Was told it was only going to be 15 minutes when I first called. Vans are small and old.

    The shuttle took over half an hour to pick us up on our return. Our immigration and customs including baggage collection took only 15 minutes. We spent more time waiting for shuttle.

    One of the cheapest, but it's because this parking lot service is one of the worst. Will never use this parking lot again. Poor service, POS shuttle, rude attendant, poorly lit parking structure, poorly maintained lot, negatives are endless. I got much less than what I paid for, even if this parking lot was one of the cheapest.

    The attendants at the lot could not be lazier and more useless. When I arrived, they said a shuttle would leave in 5-15 minutes, despite 3 people and 2 vans being there. 30 minutes and several complaints by me later, one of the people finally left, and there was NO reason we couldn't have left earlier. Coming back was worse. I will never park at this place again.

    Welcome home to us! Before we even left your garage I had to change a flat. My tire had a screw in it! The attendant wasn't even apologetic she just showed us the back of the receipt. Thanks a lot!

    The only complaint is that the shuttle service for pick up at the airport is a bit slow. Other than that, everything else was good.

    IT was awesome, because it was very cheap, our car was safe and they got us back and forth pretty easily. My only complaint is that the shuttle had no seat belts, and that no one told us to look at the space number, so we thought we were oon the 6th floor and wound up looking for a car for a while after a very long trip. Otherwise, awesome!

    I applied a discount, which worked at first, only to disappear in the payment confirmation page. Wait time at the airport was 20 minutes for shuttle pickup. Should improve.

    I think that their should be at least 2 vans dispatched for departing flights to make sure that customers make it to the airport on time. The call from the airport back to the parking structure was excellent!

    The outbound service was good. It was the pick up service that is lacking. The attendant lied about how long it would take to retrieve us and then once we were in the van, we had to hear him lie to others just like he had lied to us.
