Enter ValuePark LAX off of 99th Street and La Cienega Blvd. Obtain a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle on levels 1 and above. Proceed down the elevator to the 1st floor and just across the alley to catch the complimentary shuttle to LAX. This shuttle service is shared with 405 Airport Parking. Please note that the garage has a maximum clearance of 6'7". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.

The clearance at this location is 6’7” which makes it ideal for most vehicles. The team at ValuePark LAX is onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.     Waiting time on the departure - less than 5 minutes, but waiting time on arrival was approx 45 minutes - not good.

    You can easily find the two tall parking structures and I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Wish they had offered me new customer special discount, but I enjoyed great services for less than $8 per day. I am glad that I did reserve my parking here despite some of the negative online reviews, and just wanted to say "Thank you!" My friend is convinced to follow suite for his foreign trip through LAX as well, and hopefully others will find my honest review and judge it for themselves.

    I have been traveling out of LAX for years and this is one of the best parking facilities that I have used. Primarily, I am motivated by price and this was the best I found. With that said, it is also conveniently located and the shuttle has a good frequency level.

    The staff is great. Unfortunately, we waited over 25 minutes for the shuttle to take us from the lot to the terminal, and we had to make several stops along the way to the terminal. As such, we arrived at the gate just in time to board our flight. We arrived in plenty of time for our flight. This is a good company with good staff. Next time we use this group, we will add another hour to our arrival time.

    Perhaps all the stars lined up, but we had zero problems. We had an 8:30 Sunday morning flight on 11/6. We arrived at the structure about 6:45 am and found a parking spot quickly. The shuttle was waiting and we hopped right on. The was very little traffic in and around LAX and I'm sure that makes all the difference. When we returned the following Sunday about 11:30 pm we found the red "hotel and courtesy shuttle" sign. I was just about to text the driver, when he drove up. I waved him down and was back to our car lickity split. Both the driver and the toll guys were both quite friendly and courteous. I am sure the amount of time it takes for the shuttles to do their loop depends greatly on what day and time you fly. Century Blvd and LAX traffic can be a bear, so plan accordingly. It once took me 1 hour to make it through the loop to pick someone up at LAX on a Wednesday at 11:00 pm! So its not always the shuttle drivers fault if it takes a long time.

    Used Airport taxi service on returned , 1 hr. waiting for Value/parking shuttle at B terminal, unacceptable probably will not use Value/parking in the future. (ask attendant what happen, says shift change and amount of traffic that day.) I have used Value /parking in past with no problems, was very pleased. Thank you in this matter.

    First shuttle to Airport was full had to wait 25 minutes for second shuttle. Waited 23 minutes for shuttle after I called on my return. Then had to make a extra stop at a hotel.

    The parking lot was fine. But we waited 25 minutes to be picked up and it took another 30 minutes to get back to the parking lot. One hour from the time I texted to be picked up to the time we got back to our car. We could have walked to the parking lot faster!

    Very good drop off experience; well marked, easy to find, prompt shuttle, courteous staff. On return we texted per instructions, and after about 15 minutes called, at which time the attendant said "I'll send someone right over" as if the text had no impact. Shuttle arrived packed with people so we had to stand cramped in among bags in aisle. When we tried to leave, there was no one in the attendant booth, and when the gal showed up she wasn't very pleasant. Not bad, but could have been better.

    The shuttle to the airport at 3:30 AM arrived quickly and the driver loaded our bags for us. He dropped us off right where we needed to be. The shuttle back to the parking lot at 9:00 pm was also quick and very helpful loading and unloading our bags.

    Always use Value Park when flying out of LAX. Attendant at the booth is dry, but efficient. Shuttle drivers are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Service quality is consistent.

    This is my 2nd time parking here in less than 1 month. Shuttle to airport fairly easy and problem-free maybe because it was Sunday morning. The return, waited 45 mins for shuttle to pick up. During the wait, Saw other shuttle pass by multiple times.

    We waited 30+ minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and take us to the airport at 5:45am. Upon return, I waited over an hour and was told they only had 1 driver working. I had to get an Uber to bring me to the garage and then wait for him to show up as well. Management discounted my fee due, but I will more than likely not use this lot again.

    Wait times for the shuttle to take a large group of us waiting was way too long about 49 min. The parking lot attendants could have cared less. Waited over 45 min at LAX to see even 1 shuttle when I saw many other parking lot shuttles multiple times makes their rounds. None from LAX parking/405. I had to text them. Will NOTuse again and have used multiple times
