    I stayed overnight at the hotel on 6/9/15 and paid to leave my car at the hotel for 13 days. The park-and-fly service was amateurish and disorganized. I did not feel that it was secure. The guest lot was full, so I was told to park in the underground garage. I self-parked the car and asked for a ticket or receipt. I was told that because I had self-parked, they could not give me ANY receipt acknowledging that the hotel had my car. I asked FOUR PEOPLE, two at reception and two in the valet parking area. I asked to speak to a manager but was told it wasn't necessary. When I returned to pick up my car, I was able to walk in and drive it out of underground parking without seeing any staff. The exit gate opened automatically. If my car had been stolen while I was away, I would have had no proof that it was ever there. There seemed to be no security at all.

    Everything worked well. The car was ready to go when we arrived at the Marriott. I texted the number when we were at the gate. There was a lot of traffic, but once the van got to our spot, the driver got our luggage in quickly and we were off. He was very courteous and helpful. The attendants at the Marriott were also very quick and helpful.

    Biggest issues were finding the facility and finding the bus at my return. There are too many buses at LAX and yours not totally distinctive.

    Not only did we wait half hour for pick up, but when we got to the lot to retrieve our car, they had it waiting as we texted them when we landed. However, they had one cashier with a line of 10 customers and she was disorganized. She spent five minutes with each customer. It took nearly an hour to get our car. It was frustrating seeing your car 30 feet from you ready to go, but you couldn't. Also, once you paid her, she made you take a claim ticket and stand by your car another 10 minutes waiting for the valet to come bring you your key rather than just giving you the key when you paid. Such a disorganized and ridiculous process.

    Waited 30 minutes at the airport and another 15-20 minutes to get my car. Liked the valet service but wasn't worth it. Will go somewhere else next time.

    Two issues: You advertised the car would be in covered parking and it was not and that I could call from the airport to have my car brought up and "ready" when the shuttle returned me to the hotel. I called in to have that done and the car was not brought up as had been advertised.

    The online reservation service has one major flaw -- that the parking attendants are unable to pull up the files that show the amount of prepayment. It is a hassle to have to keep a paper copy of the receipt with you during the trip, in order to get credit for the prepayment - a real negative!!!

    The site was a little difficult to use. Then having to put some money down, but not all of it and then paying the remainder at the end was inconvenient. I took a while to be able to pay for the parking and get my car because everyone had to pay. I should just be able to pay up front and then pick up my car.

    After 40 yrs of parking at the Marriott often I have had it. Tonight I texted for my car an hour before I picked it up but the valet had to get it after I paid. Last two prior trips the bus took 40 mins to pick me up. You've lost a long time customer for every yr it gets worse.
