Attendants at lot were excellent, driver of shuttle could be more helpful with bags. Also, took a long time to get car (valet) on returning.

I stay every other week at the Marriott Valet. They are excellent!!!
Had to wait quite a while for the return shuttle. Otherwise everything was excellent and I would definitely use you again at the Marriott.

This was my first time using your service. I will return. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused and no attendant was around. Had to go into hotel to ask and make sure I was in right place, but all worked out well and I got on a shuttle within minutes
Excellent location, courteous attendents. The pick up time at the airport was too long. This was my 3rd time at this location hopping that it would be better than the last time; it failed again.
Long wait for my car once arrived at Hotel. Texting my arrival from shuttle did not help to secure prompt delivery of my car, shuttle took also a very long time to pick up at terminal. Next time will use the Hilton parking facilities as i did in the

It is nice to park at the LAX Marriott because of the backup for other services such as the restaurant.
Your parking lot is easy to find, safe and next to the Marriott. When in the LAX area we will not park any place else.
I was gone 11 days to Hong Kong. Upon return, I found that Marriott LAX had blacked out their phone number off the stub. In the past you could call upon return so that they could pull your car out ahead of arriving back on the shuttle. This s/b co
