Directions to Marriott parking not clear. Parking lot not clearly marked as a Marriott lot. But, after inquiries, everything worked out.

Waited a long time for the shuttle bus from the airport back to the Marriott. Called twice to find out where it was.

The shuttle service during the return did not stop, and just drove by. I watch him drive by the normal stop area. I had a choice, leave my luggage and run after him or wait for the next. I waited for the next, not what I wanted to do after 14 hours of travel! Bottom-line my car was there on time and as I left it.

Everything was great except for the shuttle pickup service at United (terminal 7). Waited 15 minutes, then called Marriott and was told they were on their way. 15 minutes later called again, was transferred to shuttle service, was told two were on there way. Total wait = 40 minutes with two small kids at 10:30 pm. Suspect that most shuttles fill up before terminal 7 and never get that far before going to hotel, unless you call and badger them. All the people involved were very courteous and helpful, though.

I made reservations on line but didn't have the res. Number. The attendant told us she has no idea how to look us up without it. I had to go online and pull up the res myself

Very Impressed with the Marriott at LAX service. As soon as we arrived they took care of helping us get our luggage out of the car and checked us in for the parking, plus the shuttle was waiting, so we jumped right on. When we returned we did have to wait a couple minutes longer for our SUV, but that's because they gave it a free wash, which was awesome!!!!

Attendants at lot were excellent, driver of shuttle could be more helpful with bags. Also, took a long time to get car (valet) on returning.

When I arrive the gentleman in valet service was very courteous. However your bus driver that day was not very friendly. In fact I didn't get a hello or anything. She just yelled come on I am watiing. I had to explain to her that the valet was comin

This was my first time using your service. I will return. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused and no attendant was around. Had to go into hotel to ask and make sure I was in right place, but all worked out well and I got on a shuttle within minutes

Long wait for my car once arrived at Hotel. Texting my arrival from shuttle did not help to secure prompt delivery of my car, shuttle took also a very long time to pick up at terminal. Next time will use the Hilton parking facilities as i did in the

In LAX, United is located at terminal 6 and 7. Often, the shuttle do not stop and they display Express. I have verified this by noteing the Bus # and checking with Marriott. I have spent more than 30 min waiting often.

The Marriott at LAX no longer has its own shuttle busses. It now shares shuttle service with other nearby hotel(s). The shuttles do not appear to run as frequently and it now takes them longer to get to the airport since they have other stops to make

Waited quite a while for the shuttle to come, saw other hotel shuttles go by several times while waiting for the Marriott. This isn't the first time, pretty standard for them, however, I do like the location of their lot etc.....
