    We parked at Knights Inn early in the morning on the Wednesday before thanksgiving (the busiest travel day of the year). We parked in time to get to the airport early anticipating a long line at security. The people at the hotel waited until they were enough to fill the whole van to take us to the airport. We nearly missed our flight because they were being slow. When we got back after our trip, the shuttle took an hour to get to the airport and it was about 40

    The shuttle driver is very patient, I have a another friend got delayed 10 mins. He let me get on the shuttle and waited for my friends because it's cold outside.

    This reservation was made for December and upon arrival at the parking lot, the attendant refused us because the parking lot was full (other drivers also had reservations). They didn't even bother to notify us that the parking lot was full and that all reservations were cancelled (which didn't even show up online). Being turned away (in a very rude tone) upon arrival was not a good start to my day. I have used many other parking lots that offer the same service at the same price and never have had this issue. Overall, very disappointed.

    This place is one of the cheaper option and still really close the airport. When I got there they were able to take me immediately to the airport - no waiting.

    The parking lot was very affordable but the mini-van was small for our family of 6 (including our luggage). We were also unable to use the seat-belts in the back seat which I didn't like since we were traveling with small children.

    The parking lot was not safe. Our car battery was dead when we arrived (not the fault of the lot), but they charged $20--cash for a jump. The shuttle was some what prompt, but we could not find anyone to help us and had to call the hotel for help. We will NOT be using this parking lot again. It was less expensive and we would have gladly paid more for a safer spot for our car.

    When I called for the shuttle upon our return, the person answering the phone said to give him 10-15 minutes. When I called back 30 min later, the same person told me that the shuttle had been past my pick up point and not seen me (which it hadn't), then he told me to take a cab to my car and he would pay for the cab. Why not just tell me that your shuttle is down and to take a cab in the first place? Lousy service, will not park here again.

    delivery to airport was ok on oct 23rd but on our return could not get in contact with shuttle-they would not answer the phone-so we had to spend $ 37 on a taxi-after waiting around for an hour-not a good experience

    There were not enough seats to accommodate the customers booked. Reservations system was your own receipt. Horrible experience. Will not use Knights Inn for parking again.

    This lot was not secure, we parked near the office but did not feel that this lot was not properly patroled. next time we will use a secure lot. Everyone was very courteous
