    Joe's might have given us a heads up that there was major construction going on and we needed to allow more time to figure out where the temporary office was located, as there were no signs. Other than that, great service as usual!

    After reading all the reviews on line and I was hoping it wasn't going to be bad. I used Joes airport parking to give it a try.. Sure enough the service are bad. Our shuttle driver was very very pleasant and professional. Waiting for the shuttle itself was horrible. Seems like only 2 shuttles are working around 10:55PM. The office staff at the trailer are extremely unprofessional. Must re-train your staff Joe's Airport Parking IF YOU WANT A HGHER RANK STARS. I wasn't going to leave a review but since you're sending me the survey ... I guess you guys are really taking into considerate to improve your service for a better business. That's a plus sign if Joe's Airport Parking can improve all their service for a better business in the future.

    Hard to find a parking spot as the lot must of been overbooked. Cars were parked behind other cars in the self parking areas.

    The initial advertised price was a little deceiving, as it is for more days than we needed, but it was still the lowest price I could find. The process seemed a little confusing at first, but employees were helpful and in the end the process was very simple and quick. Especially on our return we were driving away easily within half hour of leaving baggage claim.

    This was the worse parking lot experience we've ever had in over 30 years of travel. We landed, got our luggage, called and waited. 15 minutes later we called again and were told the van was at terminal 3, while we were at terminal 4. 10 minutes later we called again, and they said we must have missed the van. This went on 3 more times as we stood outside for nearly an hour. Turns out they only had one van operating and lied to us 4 times, over nearly an hour. Absolutely awful experience, horrible staff that lied to us repeatedly. Really bad experience...

    We always have a great experience at Joe's! They are nice and helpful. The lot is extremely convenient. The one thing we are disappointed about is....they no longer have cookies or donuts!!!!!

    It's easy to go to the same place and get a wide variety of experiences. We've only used Joe's once so far, so I'm not sure how representative our experience was. Having said that, it couldn't have been easier or more convenience. Unlike some of the hotels parking services we've used, the outbound shuttle was immediate, and we only waited about 5 minutes for the return trip after we landed. Our car was blocked in due to a full lot, but the staff was very friendly and quickly freed our car. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use Joe's again.

    There is very tight parking spaces and few parking on ground I'm assuming they do this so customers can park at the parking structure which you have to pay extra for. The lady's at the front desk well mainly one that I spoke with over the phone and also checked us out the parking was rude and has very poor attitude she is no help at all. The price overall is great and it's very close to the airport!

    Available parking requires winding up 6 or 7 levels in a very crowded structure. Allow extra time to find a spot.

    Attendant at payment desk did not explain how to get out of the gate at the exit. With help from another customer we did get out but held up the line a bit. Now we know for our next visit. We had reservations but when we got to the lot the sign said lot full except for reservations. Since there is no attandant at the gate you have to take a ticket to open the gate. Would have been helpful to know this ahead of time - like include this on the reservation instructions.

    Waited almost a 1/2 hour for the shuttle and another 40 minutes in the shuttle. LAX traffic was a nightmare. But since there was only one shuttle we were crammed with at least 20 people and luggage. Finally made it out, only to have to stop at Sheraton hotel, to drop off and pick up more. Major reshuffle. Joes had recently acquired the Sheraton lot and passagers. Finally get to lot. Total time from walking out the airport door..1.5 hours. Need more shuttles. As I was waiting, I saw 5 shuttles from one of Joes parking lot competitors pass by.

    This was my first time parking at your lot. I think I will be a repeat customer. However: Signage at the lot needs work. Nothing apparent to send me into the garage structure. Cones, signs that say "Self Park This Way" ? I drove around the main lot for a few minutes until I asked a valet. Your staff was very nice.

    the wait time at airport is just ridiculous. I called in for pickup, waited 35 min before seeing 1 Joe's Parking driving by without stopping because it's already full. I had to call in again, and waited another 10 min before another shuttle came. They blamed it on the traffic jams at terminals before where I was at; but I see 3-4 shuttles from other parking lots/hotels driven by while I was waiting
