    Joe's Parking is excellent choice, not only because it's nearest to the airport and easy to locate, but because its service is excellent, the parking itself is safe while the parking price is minimal comparing to other airport parking places such as from the nearby hotels

    This is more a review of the airport pick up service. The shuttle driver watched several customers struggle with getting their luggage onto the shuttle and made no effort to help. One customer, who obviously didn't know if this was the right shuttle or not and seemingly spoke very little English tried to ask for help with figuring out if this was the correct shuttle. The driver's response was to yell "Where are you going?" even louder. :-( Not happy at all when you consider how kind and courteous the drivers here used to be.

    NO one seemed to care that the shuttle was not picking up at the parking lot. Got three different answers about the wait time. Going to use a different parking service next time

    The first 4 levels of the lot were reserved for monthly and valet. It was a bit misleading to have to keep going up to the 6th floor before I could find a spot- I realized when I left that there was plenty of parking on the downside of the lot. As for shuttle, I waited a bit upon arrival and decided to walk from terminal 5 to the lot- it was a while before one of the Joe's shuttles actually passed me so I am glad I was in the mood to walk not wait.

    I have 3 complaints that will make me strongly reconsider using Joe's. 1. Empty parking spaces are hard to come/difficult by even w/ a reservation. This eats up a lot of valuable time getting to the airport. 2. The shuttle to airport can sometime stake up to 15 min to wait for/depart. This is too long. 3. My biggest complaint: I have waited up to 30 min on 2 occasion for pickup even w/ calling it in. Just unacceptable considering the most recent wait time I counted 4 shuttles for the Parking Spot (Both Century & Supelveda) and 3 for Wally, 2-3 for most others incl hotels. Once we got on the bus we barely could fit since it was mostly Shearton guests.

    Got the lot and not many open spots had to park on top of the garage. Then had to wait 35mins. For deliver to the airport. It caused me to miss my flight!! Not everyone got on the shuttle cause Soo many customers were waiting for a shuttle to arrive.wait 2shuttles did arrive but one guy had to goon break! Then the next shuttle just parked and said he was not in service. Several people had to vent in order for Joes to get a shuttle over to us. Then we were packed like sardines cause everyone was probably in my situation were we had to rush so we didn't miss our flights. To Top this whole weekend getaway for a family Tragic Event-Funneral! I get back to LAX and I have to wait literally close to an hour for a pickup at terminal 1!!! I will never recommend this Company even to my enemies!! I complained to management and there excuse is we need to hire more drivers. Really this the the level of incompetence we as Top dollar paying customers have to deal with!!?? It doesn't take a degree to drive people around from point A to Point B!! Please!!!

    with the utmost of respect as I am sure the shuttle driver needs this job, what a jerk. First he almost ran me over then he drove past me, and was the only driver I have used in 10 years that I didn't tip. The gals on the inside who took my money were lovely, kind and funny.

    Be clear that the shuttle is shared with the Sheraton; some of us don't look at the whole shuttle! I've always had a good experience with Joe's parking, dating from the days when it was Allstar. Thanks.

    If you want the customer to prepay before they arrive, why don't you have the customer scan their reservation slip upon arrival so the customer does not have to present their reservation slip upon departure.

    Took over 30 mins for shuttle to pick up from terminal, plus driver passed us once. We are not not happy and after trying your parking service a few times this was our final experience using you. We are now looking for another parking service. Due to your service and very poor pick up from the terminal, we will no longer use you and I will tell others not to use Joe's as well. M

    I didn't have high expectations but nonetheless I was impressed. I parked with Joe's for 4 nights, I arrived back after midnight, texted per instructions to request shuttle services. I followed the instructions for pickup location (the entire process is very easy and clearly explained) and I was picked up within 5 minutes from my terminal. Moreover, once I found my car I realized my battery had died and I needed a jumpstart. At 1:30 in the morning. One of the employees helped me, was very efficient, and quick. I was able to head home withing 15 minutes from the moment I got off the bus. Overall, a good experience! Thank you, guys!

    I waited over 1 hour for a shuttle on Sunday 31st July, after travelling for 25 hours. I called after 25 minutes and a lady in the office assured me there was a shuttle arriving in 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later a shuttle arrived that was full.I have used this facility for over 10 years, before it was Joe's, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady at the desk when I went to pay was not very understanding, and did not seem to phased at my complaint.

    It was not clear where to go when we entered the lot. We drove around for at least 20 minutes trying to find a space that we had reserved online weeks prior. All the empty spaces we saw were valet spots which required addition fees. We only found a spot because we found someone leaving on the 5th floor of the garage. The shuttle driver took awhile to get there and drove erratically. Coming back the driver didn't help us with our bags even our smaller one that was clearly under 35 lbs (the limit for their drivers). It was unclear how to pay for our stay. Turned out you had to walk over to a portable with your entrance ticket and a print out of your online reservation then scan your receipt at the exit. Unusual. We'll avoid this lot in the future.
