    one star for getting us there, no stars for getting us back and if I could subtract anymore for lack of customer service with cashier, Kierra. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I found your services online and had good reviews so I moved forward in reserving a space. Drop off was great but pick up at LAX was horrible. We waited at least 30 minutes seeing two vehicles. One did not stop at the shuttle pick up but stopped at the hotel pick up, my husband and I were traveling with a one year old and two year old and running across islands with two kids and luggage was not something we could do. I even called and the girl who answered could barely respond, mumbling they are coming. We still waited at least 20 minutes and my husband was out waiting an island ahead so that he could flag the driver down, this time the driver didnt even come close to the stop and driving on the furthest lane out from the stop. My husband through the bags down ran after him and made him stop about two islands down. I then had to grab bags and kids cross back to the curb and get over to cross back again. This is highly dangerous and very inconvenient. I did let the driver know I was very upset and that he needs to stop, the driver only had 5 other people in the shuttle and was trying to take off without picking up waiting customers! I then went to register to pay and I shared with the girl that I was very upset, unfortunately I got the same girl that picked up the phone. She was unapologetic and quite obvious she didnt care about the customer and really about her job, her name is Kierra. Kierra then stated that she just started the day before, then why was there no energy! Why did this person already hate her job? The girl next to her apologized about the wait and I thanked her for being considerate. Kierra definately needs some customer service training, she really made it is to take the time to review the services at Joe's Airport Parking.

    The attendants were very helpful an friendly. The lot was easy to find and the garage was pretty good. Loved the remodeled elevator which started on the ground floor.

    Even though I had a reservation, JOE's parking lot was full and I was sent to another parking lot. I appreciate the covered parking but finding elevators to the first floor was challenging and took the stairs with all of my luggage. The Shuttle bus was excellent.

    Joes lot was full Even with a reservation I was redirected to another parking lot which accepted joes reservation. I will not use joes again.

    Not happy with how my vehicle was stored. I reserved a non valet covered spot and when arrived was told that there was no self parking spots available and they would valet my vehicle. That was good, but my vehicle was parked on the surface lot in the open. What I reserved, I did not receive.

    Joe's Parking is super close to LAX, and the shuttle service is frequent enough to make this a good choice for parking. The lot can be full sometimes, and I've had to park in the "valet only" spots (which made me a bit nervous). However I wasn't given any grief over it when I went to pay.

    Joes parking lot was full so I was directed to use Airport express and the cost for Joe's would be honored at Airport express. I have used Airport express and was familiar with how there parking lot works and is laid out. Two negatives for Airport express: (1) the elevators were out of service and (2) the shuttle took about 15 minutes to arrive and was totally packed for taking us to airport departure.

    When we arrived there were only VALET spots available. So I called and asked WHERE to park and was advised that the VALET SPOTS are fine. They need to change the wording on the available spots to make it a better experience. That was our only frustration.

    spaces could be a little larger for larger cars-- didn't see specific spaces for suvs, but otherwise it was pretty easy to navigate and was very clearly lit, important to me because i was there alone 5 in the morning.
