Joe's has always been great for us.. However, it seems like some changes are afoot as when we returned half the parking lot was roped off... Maybe they are planning to resurface the lot or something. Hope it does not affect our future reservations.
What happened to your office? Why is the MCar business taking up much of your parking lot? Extremely difficult to get to shuttle stop. Took shuttle 15 or more minutes to pick up at LAX terminal on return. Not very pleasant experience this time.

The only thing that worried me was finding a spot once I pulled into the lot to self-park. I was unsure if there were spots there. But the drivers and the attendants were all very nice and the lot is very conveniently close to the airport!
Parking lot was fine. Wait time was stressful. Watched a ton of other people get picked up over and over while we just stood there frustrated. I called 3 times. The "Parking Spot" must have come by 5 to 7 times and other parking shuttles came numerous times as well. VERY frustrating!
Both times the lot was oversold and I could not park in the covered parking and ended up on the roof. I would prefer covered parking.
Entry to the parking lot was unclear, since it asked for identification of various sorts, and we had none which applied. After parking to the side and finding an attendant, we were informed that we only had to push a button which was very small and hard to find on the entry panel. Also, our wait time was over 45 minutes at the airport, made two phone calls to the office, and when we boarded the shuttle nearly 24 people boarded the shuttle (this was around 11:45 pm).

It was very easy to find and park. The driver to LAX was quick and efficient. When I got back for my return to the lot the phone rang 10 times when I called for pickup. 5 minutes later I saw one of their shuttles drive right by me - empty. 15 minutes later the next shuttle showed up and I flagged her down. She was harried and harassed (who wouldn't be trying to get in and out of the crazy pickup areas) but she was nice and helpful and answered my questions with a smile. Final checkout was easy - pick up my car, drive down to the office and get a receipt, scan it at the exit and leave. The only thing confusing was where to leave my car while I was in the office. There are no clear directions for that, so I just parked in a space that was probably supposed to be for one of their shuttles.
Easy to find. Shuttle drivers were nice. I like that there are humans around the Joe's shuttle area to answer questions, and help you load or unload your bags. Office and restrooms were clean enough and it was nice to be offered a bottle of water. Many services seem available, including detailing and valet service. Only complaint is that I paid for "Covered" Self-Parking and the only available spots were on the top floor which was uncovered :( I would defiantly use again.
Just my 3rd time using JOE'S...so far so good...the last time the shuttle wait was pretty long (over 20 minutes) but overall it's all good. thanks, Steve
Takes too much time to pay
We were at terminal 3 on a Sat at around 10pm. Took 30 mins to get picked up. There was a buildup of people just waiting to get on a shuttle. Our terminal stop alone filled a shuttle. Terminal 4 a customer kicked the door since driver said we were full. Terminal 6 a group was screaming to have him stop and even had a lady run for the shuttle when he didn't stop (because we were full). Overall horrible experience with Joe's. Mgr said they had no drivers and all their drivers quit. So basically customers are suffering now. Avoid Joe's.

Joe's Parking is excellent choice, not only because it's nearest to the airport and easy to locate, but because its service is excellent, the parking itself is safe while the parking price is minimal comparing to other airport parking places such as from the nearby hotels
This is more a review of the airport pick up service. The shuttle driver watched several customers struggle with getting their luggage onto the shuttle and made no effort to help. One customer, who obviously didn't know if this was the right shuttle or not and seemingly spoke very little English tried to ask for help with figuring out if this was the correct shuttle. The driver's response was to yell "Where are you going?" even louder. :-( Not happy at all when you consider how kind and courteous the drivers here used to be.
