    Waited over 1hr and 45 min to be picked up from airport to be returned to your lot. Your shuttle driver was making excuses. The van was full and our party had to split up to be picked up. You lost our business.

    I have been parking here for many years but in the last few months is been a very bad experience too many cars in the lot hard to find parking space and the shuttles both going and returning are taking too much time last trip I almost lost my flight due to all this now I have to add one more hour just to deal with parking lot. Also now you have to get out of the shuttle go to the office pay and then to your car and go to the gate and go to the kiosk to get out. Too much they should keep it the way it was have a parking attendant at the kiosk and you just go to your car and you are done. I hope that management is reading this email. It is not none of the workers fault is management trying to do more with less.

    Used this lot for the first time this week. Overall a very good experience, even when dropping our car off at 3:00 am. The attendant was very helpful and friendly with the shuttle bus ready to go. The return was the evening of the June 10th around 11:00 pm. Although the car was waiting, which is what mattered, the cashier was anything but friendly. Not the kind of welcome you would expect. Not even a thank you. After almost 9 hours in the air, the last thing you want is a grumpy welcome.

    when we were paying for the parking the attendant at the desk was going to charge me double than what I was quoted over the internet. I felt my records should be in the system, and there should not be any mistake in that way. I also felt that she was trying to over charge because she didnt ask if we had booked it in advance, or if we had any information to prove what we were suppose to be charged.

    I did not know where to park my car and had to get out and ask. if someone was by the gate my parking would have been quicker and due to being late with traffic on the freeway I was late for my flight.

    Except for the waiting time, the experience was great. I did the self serve parking and liked the clean bathroom, snacks and friendly service. I was a little nervous about the distance between the parked cars, but my car did not get any dings. I will be back to Joe's for sure.

    service is ok!, but waiting time at the terminal where they need to pick up us is terrible. we waited for 40 minutes until one bus picked up us and i have a little boy. it is too stressful

    As a first time customer, all the signs at the entrance can be a little confusing. One of them says "Employee Parking Only". There are also two street addresses for two entrances from the Century Blvd. Once inside, everything is fine.

    Easy and efficient. Saved a lot of money! Joe's Parking was terrific. Lots of shuttle buses. They even had Peet's Coffee, water bottles and cookies in the office.

    I do not like the terminal 1 drop off point and never call for the shuttle to pick me up from terminal 1. i always walk back to the parking lot. i think the drop off point was designed by a fool.

    Aside from the mess at the airport the parking folks are great. It is a bit confusing to read the bill when you get discounts and it takes too long to pay.
