    The shuttle pick up from airport was extremely slow!!! We had waited for almost two hours for the shuttle to be picked up from airport ( we called for airport pick up at 2:30 pm and got to the parting lot at 4:30 pm). The worst thing was that my car had a large scratch (6 inches long) on the right side of back bumper, that was not there prior to dropping my car off. Tried to communicate with site manager, but no responses as of right now (already two days)!!!

    Everything was alright. No problems. We didn't use the shuttle as we were going to LaGuardia airport, but they were ready to give us a ride very quickly if we needed it. Good choice for the price.

    Parking lot is very crowded. My car had a large scratch on the passenger door that was not there prior to dropping the car off. I have been waiting for someone to call me back about it.

    Everything went smoothly with my car being parked here for a week. The shuttle wait time is longer than some other places (due to distance) but the price can't be beat so I can't complain. I will use this service again.

    Great value for the price. I just missed their shuttle so they drove me to the airport in a van so I wouldn't miss my flight. My car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived.

    Do not park here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My car was left on the street and it was towed. They are not trustworthy. They did not respond to my phone calls or emails. Don't be foolish.

    BAD PLACE. drove up 0n dec 27th with are pre paid invoice. they would not come to the gate and said they were full. l call the number which the owner he pick up the phone he has very bad attitude and said fine a different place or you will miss your flight. just as we were leaving the gate opened and a car drove out. they still would not let us enter and told us to get lost. stay away from this place.

    I parked my car for a week at JFK Park N GO. My winter jacket was not in my vehicle when we got back. The management denies any responsibility. Also when we got back to the attendant demanded to see my email confirmation code again even though they had it when I checked in and had prepaid.

    DAMAGE TO MY CAR FROM EMPLOYEES SHOVELING SNOW OFF MY CAR with metal shovel. Dropped car off Thursday January 21, 2016 early AM. No issues. Blizzard hits on Saturday January 23/24 Come back from travels Monday night the 25th called at 10:12pm for pick up van arrives 11:16pm. I had my three year old daughter with me in van no car seat or DOT approved seat for children. Wife had to hold my three year old while driver was going down expressway driving and using his Iphone which is also illegal. When I questioned why no child car seat they said they mainly transport adults and if so adults have car seats with them. I was traveling to a destination wedding where no car travel was required. Main concern is awaiting for owner to provide an estimate and to fix my car! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE contacting BBB and Local authorities to include media if needed.

    I reserved a spot here back in October 2015 for a December 27 stay. Upon driving down the street its located on, we noticed that it was a very dark and desolate area (uninviting). After turning around several times we finally located the address (it was not clearly marked with the address or name) and it was closed, no lights, no activity. I called the number on the reservation and someone answered "hello" (not even the name of the place). I asked if I was speaking with Park & Go, they said yes. I proceeded to tell him that we had a reservation, he cut me off mid sentence and said "we're full, so we're closed, apply for a refund & you'll get you money back", then he hung up on me. Whats the point in making a reservation, especially 2 months earlier if they aren't going to hold a spot for you. I'm currently awaiting my refund, but I would never make another reservation nor would i recommend them to anyone. IMO they don't even deserve the 1 star, but i had no choice. I had to end up parking at the Long Term lot at JFK for $80 more than what I was supposed to be paying with them. I guess you get what you pay for, not sure i would have felt good about leaving my car in that area anyway.

    Used this place when it was called the parking place on 9/3/15. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle when they said it would be 15 minutes. Older 18 passenger van. We called 3 times to be picked up and it took over 30 minutes when they said 15. You get what you pay for, cheap but we got in and out of the airport successfully.

    Do not use this place. I made and paid for a reservation through this site. The next day I called the lot to confirm my reservation. I was told the reservation was received and that there were no problems. On the day of my flight I showed up at the lot to park and found the gate locked with a big sign on it that said " No reservations. Closed". I called and was told that were full, would not honor my reservation and that I should go back to the site I booked on and await instructions about parking on South Conduit. I wound up driving back home and taking a cab. I was lucky that there wasn't any traffic or I would have missed my flight but I wasted tolls/gas to and from JFK to NJ plus time and aggravation. They were absolutely no help and could not care less. Do yourself a favor. Don't use JFK Park and Go. Use a reputable lot and call the lot direct. As far as this site, I'm still waiting for a reply to my e-mail.

    Far from airport; depending upon traffic perhaps 30 minutes. Because they only have one van means that drop-off/pick-up can add 1 hour each way. I waited 57 minutes for pickup from JFK; plus travel time to the lot of 20 minutes (because it was 5AM there was no traffic). It is a very small lot and is poorly run. It will soon be out of business.

    DO NOT USE! THEY DON'T HONOR RESERVATIONS. I reserved a spot on Christmas, was greeted by locked gate and handwritten note "No reservations. Full". Missed my flight trying to park elsewhere and lost a day of holiday vacation.

    My overall experience was great. They should have someone standing at the front giving directions or a sign that states what you should do. Overall, the attendants were great the service was pretty fast. Note: you have to go to the office when you enter to fill out paper work.
