I have used Jet three times in one year. The drivers have been very nice, bring the shuttle to my car and load my luggage. They are located across the street from the airport so the transfers are short and sweet. They arrive within 5 minutes of my call for pickup from the airport.
Traveling out of Des Moines and the parking was close to the terminals and priced much lower. I am serious when I say everything was perfect. Easy to find and quick shuttle responses.

I prepaid my reservation and gave the receipt to the attendant when I first came in. When I returned to pick up my car I had no evidence that I had prepaid. I told the shuttle driver that I had prepaid and he believed me, but if he had not believed me I would have had to pay to get out of the lot. This needs to be tightened up.
I would really recommend Jet Parking to anyone looking for a place to park their car when flying out of DSM. The parking lot is right across the street from the airport and half the cost of parking at the actual airport. The lot is fenced in and there is a shuttle that will take you across the street. I have used the service a few times and all of the drivers have been friendly.
We pre-paid for our parking through the website. When we arrived, the attendant opened the gate for us to let us in so we did not receive a ticket. Upon arriving at the terminal, the attendant took the printout of my receipt for parking and gave me a business card with the phone number to call when we returned. He said that was all we needed. When we arrived back in Iowa late (about 11 pm), my husband went to get the car while I waited for the baggage to arrive. The attendant asked him for a credit card and wouldn't let him out of the lot until I called him and explained we had prepaid and the original attendant didn't give us any ticket or receipt when he dropped us off. It was a big frustration and inconvenience. You would think they have some sort of record or list of those parkers who had prepaid. If not, they need to provide better instruction so we are able to come and go without inquisition.
Difficult to use online payment reciept, perhaps sign on credit card machine to day wait for attendant. Also, there should not be sevice fee for reservations and online payment.
They even cleaned my windows off from the current snow fall.. Will totally use a gain

The attendant was nice but did not know I prepaid and did not tell me to wait inside in the heat or that it would be a 20 minute wait. She also did not have my key that I was told I had to leave behind. Don't know why I had to communicate my arrival date and time.
This was my first time using an off-site parking lot and I found it easy to use, and efficient in operation. No complaints.
