I could not use my credit card at kiosk. Kiosk did not take it. There should be a way to pay at the kiosk. Also the directions to get out of parking are very poor.

My experience at the InterContinental was great! The parking lot was very easy to find and very close to the airport. The parking attendent was more than helpful. He reviewed my return instructions with me very clearly and took the time to ensure I understood exactly what to do. I would absolutely use this service again.

The shuttle was way too far from the terminal for people to walk. Horrible for older people. We wound up having to get a taxi back to the hotel, as the shuttle was full, and no one answered the phone when we called to see about timing for another shuttle. I probably would not recommend this again, unfortunately.

Directions to entrance could be simplified. Felt like reading a treasure map. Shuttle was prompt both ways. I ended up ignoring my print out, as it made my eyes cross, and called a human at the front desk to get out. Don't lose the red ticket! Parking fee went from $178 to $69.

Problem with payment kiosk. It ate my credit card and jammed. Took nearly 30 minutes after which time we headed to the hotel front desk to pay for the parking. Parking lot attendant was surprised that the kiosk malfunctioned.

Overall it was a very positive experience. I would recommend, however, that you enhance your directions to the bus shuttle center in O'Hare. I finally had to ask Security where to go to catch my return shuttle ride. Other than that, I would definitely use you again.

The shuttle staff had no idea what was going on, gave me wrong information, I ended up missing 2 shuttles because of the inadequate help I received. The first person I spoke to was nice but new, the second woman that came on the line after him was rude and told me the shuttle ran every 30 minutes (instead of every 20), and did this the day before when I arrived so I had also missed a shuttle on my way out as well. Then she sent me to the front desk regarding the issues and Tim helped me, he was very nice and went out of his way for me. Then he ended up having to get his manager on the line who was inpatient and short tempered with me in front of an entire group of customers and staff members, which I felt was extremely disrespectful. Then after his outburst he walked to the office behind the desk without a word of explanation to me as to what was going on, and made me stand there for an unreasonable amount of time, considering the circumstance. Due to the issues I had, not only was I standing out in the cold, sick, for almost an hour, I was late getting home to be with my husband on our anniversary (I needed to be home by midnight to see him on the actual day), and was charged for another day parking since I went beyond reservation. Parking process & system at Inter-continental is horrible - especially when time is critical. The Parking garage communication system is horrible. My receipt was printed on my exit ticket and the exit gate ate my receipt. I walked away w/o a receipt with no way to re-cover. If I was the Inter-continental I'd look for a better operation system, company and service. There are far better ways to manage this entire process-checking in & out system are very bad. I'm considerng using competitors next time.

I have used the service twice and will use it again next weekend. I typically get to park on level 7. Very safe and secure, Very nice hotel. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for shuttle to go to the airport. I have never had to wait more than 5 for the return shuttle. it can take 20-30, but I am lucking i guess, and both times were at midnight. Its hard to find shuttle pick up area from terminals, but thats the airport layout not the service. I will never park anywhere else. For the price, it is the nicest, safest secure lot i have found. I accidentally left my trunk open when i left on a thursday, and my items were still in the trunk when i returned, nobody messed with anything, but my battery had died because of the trunk light. I called the front desk from the phone in the elevator waiting area, they had someone there in 5 minutes to jump me, again this was at midnight! great service!!!

The card got demagnetized and taking care of that was a pain. I had to back out, park the car again and go all the way to the lobby of the hotel to pay for it. This added 45 minutes to the whole process and it was already late at night. I would not go back there again.

Parking at the InterContinental is convenient and has worked very smoothly both times we've used it. Parking in a covered ramp feels more secure, the service is excellent, and the price is on par with open lots at the airport.

Easy to get to for parking. Ramp was well lit and the shuttle bus was very clean. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. The only problem was finding the pick up location when getting back in to the terminal. I just asked a staff member though and they pointed me in the right direction.

Overall was happy with parking - good rate for indoor parking. Only criticism was with the shuttle service. We arrived in the hotel lobby at 8:32 on a Wednesday morning, with the understanding that shuttles ran every 15-20 minutes. However, we were informed that the next shuttle wouldn't leave until 9:00. Fortunately we had plenty of time prior to our flight, so this didn't cause a problem. Would park there again.

This is an indoor garage. For Chicago weather this is the best place to park your car especially in the winter. It is less then 10 minutes ride to the O'Hare airport and their shuttle bus is very new and comfortable. They will not charge state tax, so it will end up about the same price as those cheaper rates garages.

Called the hotel and told them that I was ready to be picked up, they told me that they would pick up in 5-10 minutes.....forty five minutes later still waiting. I called the hotel several times and the hotel staff was very rude and short. Not impressed with hotel staff at all. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always left satisfied, not this time.

Parked there three times so far and really like the place. It is indoors and I do not have to give my car keys away. The shuttle is a very nice vehicle and only the pick-up afterwards at the transportation center is a bit of a hassle as it requires a short walk (did this with children and managed to do so - but some people might not like that "feature"). Will park there again, especially as I like the easy access to and from the freeway (I-294).

We had an excellent experience parking for our 10 day trip out of Chicago O'Hare. The shuttle was on time departing and returning----and the covered parking was convenient. Last time we used a competing off-site parking facility---our vehicle was covered with pigeon droppings. The payment process is easier than it sounds----we had no problems.

I was more then happy with this service. The parking ramp we choose to park in (Intercontinental Chicago O'Hare) was great and the shuttle was the best (very clean awesome driver). We followed all directions and had no problems at all. Just make sure to leave your self some time. The ramp was a bit full. This service saved us a lot of $$! After spending 4 hours to fly half way across the country it was ironic that it took 1 hour to get to my car 2 miles away. I waited at the shuttle terminal for 20 min. but there wasn't any shuttle. I then called the hotel, they said the driver was just leaving and would be there in 13 min. 20 min. later he showed up and announced that we would need to make an additional stop by the train station. It took an hour from the time I picked up my luggage until I sat in my car. I don't know if I would do Intercontinental again but the value was good.

I recommend clarifying the specific location of the shuttle pickup at the airport, as I found this confusing. It needs to be stated that "Door 2" is directly across from the airport Hilton Hotel, and not by the baggage claim area.

The driving directions from the south are very confusing; we ended up using our GPS instead. But the parking directions are excellent, and the facility and the personnel there were great. The Bus/Shuttle center is easy to find and well-marked. The shuttle ran a little less frequently than expected, and was jammed with tourists on our return, so we had to stand for the trip back to the parking facility, but that stuff happens. All in all, a very good experience in a very nice facility.

Could not find it and there were no helpful signs for first timers. The attendant was very rude and tried to make me feel like an idiot that I didn't know where to go or how the system worked. Also had to wait forever at the airport for the shuttle. Only positive thing is that the shuttle has very comfy seats. I will def use Park and Jet for now on however.

From Parking to Pick up, my experience was exceptional. The staff approach to guests needs are exceptional and commendable. And the price you pay is fraction to what the service you get. The parking lot attendant was a gentleman. I had extra bags on return and the front desk went all the way to my car with me to make sure i can handle all the extra luggage.

The actual procedure once you reach the parking garage is rather confusing. You must read all of the fine print on the confirmation sheet to know to go to the 2nd floor of the garage to check in and it doesn't tell you anywhere that you have to pay at an automated machine on the 1st floor in a room by the elevator.

A wedding reception at the hotel filled the whole parking garage and valet parking attendants had a whole lane in the garage full of parked cars blocking hundreds of cars in their stalls. I almost got stuck but managed to wiggle my way out.

Shuttle driver was told I was flying United Terminal 1. On the shuttle were many people including a flight crew. He bypassed Terminal one and dropped off all others, then remembered I was Terminal 1 and had to go back, making an illegal turn to get on the right road.

Wish I would'be known about this long time ago instead of paying the high O'Hare parking all this years, getting soaked walking to my car during down pour and having to clean off the snow on my car during blizzards. It was not clear where to go to pay for the parking. The hotel concierge did not know. Fortunately one of the hotel staff knew and was able to direct me BACK up to the 2nd floor...rather frustrating...however, I would most likely use them again unless I find somewhere cheaper.

I am recommending to anyone I know who is flying out of O'Hare. The rate was extremely cheap, everyone was courteous and it was an easy in/out. In addition, our car battery was dead when we returned and the attendant had a jumper available immediately so we could be on our way. Everything was as smooth as could be expected.

We parked at the InterContinental parking garage and waited for over 40 minutes at the airport. After calling 3 times they said that the driver passed. The driver never drove passed and finally a 2nd driver came. We will not use the InterContinental parking service b/c of the drivers. The people working the garage were very pleasant and helpful.

the parking worked OK, but getting back to the car location (Inter-Continental Hotel) was time-consuming, with approx 6-7 escalators/elevators and two shuttles required, especially due to our arriving at Terminal 5 but the pick-up being at Terminal 3.

Everything was perfect until we went to check out and pay. As we stressing our transmission on the hill exiting the Intercontinental, the ticket machine would not recognize our ticket and the bar would not go up. We called the attendant, it took him several minutes to come out, only to take our ticket and credit card, leaving us in the parking lot for 15 minutes (thank heavens we convinced him that we did not want to sit on that hill and he let us out of the lot). It turns out that our ticket somehow became activated - he indicated that if it is placed near a credit card, that can happen. On our last trip, we used the service through the Hyatt, it was painless. This was not a good end to our trip, I doubt we would risk this happening again. In any event, customers should be made aware if this is an issue.

Horrible shuttle service. On the way to airport driver decided to drop of some people in restaurant. We were late to airport. On the way back we had to wait for an hour because one bus just passed by like a bullet without stopping. I tried to run after it but driver did not bother to look in the mirror. When I picked up my bags at the airport, it was very difficult to figure out where to go and catch the shuttle. The airport baggage area does not show directions to airport shuttle services. That was very frustrating for me on my return flight

The parking deck was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Going to O'hare the shuttle was great but the one returning us to the parking deck was not clean and the back seat was full of water from a leaking air conditioner and two of the seats were very filthy with a variety of stuff on the seats. Also,the seat that I was in was almost fully reclined and would not retract upward. It was only a short ride but it would have been worse had it been a longer ride. But will use this service at this location again in the future.

This is a fully automated service with punch in-out machine. When using your service the customer need to go through a clerk or attendant for the discount to apply, the instructions were not clear about this. Customer in a hurry need to be aware of this. Overall it was a good experience. I save money and will use or recommend your service again.

Directions on website were incorrect, but when we called for assistance, they kept us on the line and talked us right to their parking lot.

Waited for a long time. Many other hotels shuttles came 2 times and even some came 3 times before the Intercontinental came. The driver did not get out to load the bags into the back and that was not good service at all. I had to lumber thru the shuttle with my carry on and suit case. That was not a problem since I can carry it but then the shuttle got crowded as it picked up more people at more stops and I had to sit uncomfortably with all my luggage. I saw others experiencing this as well. Additionally, There was no effort made to help anyone get their luggage off the shuttle either. This is not the service I expect from Intercontinental. I could easily use another service for such low end attention. The parking was fine, however, it is the shuttle time that will make me look to other services.

I've been loyally parking at the Intercontinental Hotel since I moved to the area 5 years ago and have always been pleased. My last two experiences, however, have been dissatisfying. I thought the previous one was just a fluke until I waited for 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle yesterday. Some hotels and parking spots literally had 3 shuttles come and go while we waited. A couple of the drivers made jokes to us when they saw us still standing there, offering to take us where we needed to go. I saw the Intercontinental shuttle go through the terminal once during that time, but it did not pull into the area where hotel shuttles pick up passengers, it just continued through the terminal. As I said, once, I can chalk up to a fluke. However, this is the second time I've waited more than 30 minutes in the past 2.5 weeks, and last night it was nearly an hour. I find that unacceptable.

The detailed directions on what to do with tickets, and where to go were fabulous, however, they were in error with respect to pick being shown at Door 1 for the Intercontinental Hotel shuttle pick up...it was actually Door 2 and almost missed the shuttle! Also, the shuttle does not run often enough. I waited 30 minutes for my pick up. Not good.

I am giving this parking lot a POOR rating due to the lousy shutttle service. It took them 45 minutes to pick me up from the shuttle center on a Saturday evening at 7 pm. I watched other hotel and parking shuttles come by 2 or 3 times as often before the Intercontinental hotel shuttle came by. If you have time to waste by waiting for their shuttle, then the parking is OK. A hotel of this caliber should have more frequent shuttle service at a busy airport like OHare. Even the Holiday Inn shuttle was there 3 times in the time span of this shuttle.

We did the park & fly at the InterContinental Hotel by O'Hare. I was very satisfied except the directions for checking out need to be a liitle more clear on the confirmation page that I received via email. Maybe some signage would help as well....I did not know which floor to pay at until I had to ask.

On the whole, it was a very good experience. I would certainly do it again. My only complaint is that the hotel shuttle was very late on the airport pickup side and wound up with ~10 people standing during the ride back to the hotel.

Randy was the parking attendant that I got to deal with checking in and checking out. He is just simply amazing. He was so kind and caring and just speaking with him that short time you can tell he loves his job. i will for sure come back and park again just because of the chance to be able to be served by him agian. One of the shuttle drivers (do not remember his name) talked to some airline crew member on board the shuttle (I was sitting in the far back). In this conversation he was making disrespectful comments in regards to a previous passenger who "lost" her purse. I thought that was a bit distasteful and left me wondering what he is going to tell other people about me later. The driver "on the way back" was perfect, though.

the return shuttle was a bad experience. Called and was told it was on its way. Called 10 minute later and was told we missed it and another was on its was w/in 5 min. Called again, was told it should just be arriving. After boarding we were told we were making an additional stop at the train station. (nothing in the directions/info mentions several stops) In total we waited 39 minutes for this shuttle. The gal at the info booth/P. garage area was very rude @ unwillling to get out of her chair to come to the booth to help me. She told me to walk over to her sitting a a table to ask my question-

One item I was disappointed with was the fact that I booked my spot in a garage the day before my trip and when I showed up they said the lot was full. I had no idea where to park nor did I have the time allotted to find a new parking garage. Fortunately, they found one empty spot in the ENTIRE garage, but nonetheless it was nerve wracking to think I might not have a place to park!

The gentleman who was on duty when I came in (June 21st around noon) did a tremendous job of explaining the process and was extremely politeI! The young lady who was there upon my return (June 28 around 2:30 p.m.) was very helpful when my tickets did not work at the exit. I will definitely recommend this location and will remember it for myself!

It is not clear that the lot requires personal check-in at second floor booth after you park your car. It took swiping 4 different credit cards at the exit gate of the garage (left side exit) before the reader read a card.

My second experience with this lot in a month, and the same slow shuttle service. I called and was told one of the shuttles was being repaired, so there would be a half hour wait. The estimate was correct, but at the hotel there was a shuttle parked out front with the motor running, and two parked in back that looked just fine. Despite the fine indoor parking and close proximity to O'Hare, I will look elsewhere next time. After a long travel day with flight delays, a shuttle delay is the last straw.

Shuttle service runs every 1/2 hour. We waited 35 min. for the shuttle. I called 10 min. after arriving to the pick up spot and they told me they were on their way. We were picked up 25 minutes later. By time they arrived, the shuttle couldn't hold everyone waiting. Other companies picked up people 3-4 times while we were waiting. I am terrible disappointed and regret parking at Intercontinental Chicago.

The payment process at the Intercontinental is terrible. This is the second time I have used the service and have had trouble. The kiosk in the hotel does not work and when you hit the call button, no one answers the phone. This time I had to walk to the parking booth, and pay there. The attendant said he would buzz me out. When I got to the exit, no one buzzed me out and no one answered the call for help. I had to honk my horn repeatedly and FINALLY someone came to let me exit. This is the second time this has happened. Otherwise, I like the location, but please remedy the exiting procedures.

The directions were not clear about going to the second floor parking office to receive the voucher. We went to the lobby check in and had to wait in line (for others checking in) to be told we had to go back up to the second floor parking office. Small glitch but if we were running tighter on time, this would have been frustrating. Good service. We will use it again!

When we arrived to register, there was a post-it on window saying "be back in 5 min" After waiting 20 min, I called the phone # and the guy said that he would have someone there in just a moment. Girl came shortly after with a coffee and kept asking us what time it was. We were late for the 4am shuttle and had to rush all through the airport to get our flight because of this. Everything thing else was fine. Not happy with the post it girl!!

This is the first time I used this service. I will be doing this from now on. It is fast, efficient and cheap. I had one problem at the garage using their automatic pay kiosk which didn't credit my correct reserved fee. I called an attendant and he promptly corrected the problem. Great parking service. Will recommend this to others.

It was completely frustrating at O'hare. I had no idea where the shuttles pick up passengers and there was no one at the O'hare information desk. Everyone gave me different directions. I finally had a K9 officer ask me if I needed help. I had a ride from the Inter-continental Hotel to the airport so I had no idea where the drop-off at O'hare is located.

We had terrible time paying when we returned. We used the kiosk in the hotel, it didn't work correctly, an attendant came to assist us and gave me my ticket and said we were good to go. When we arrived at the gate in the parking deck, we didn't have the correct ticket. Another attendant had to come and help us twice to get us out. You can't hear anything on the speaker when you press for help.

Upon our return, we called immediately to the hotel to notify them we were ready to be picked up. The shuttle did not arrive for 25 minutes even though the hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport. The driver stated that the traffic was so heavy he couldn't get there sooner. However, when we entered the main road there were almost no cars on the road. I don't think the traffic changed significantly in the 5 minutes it took to load and get back on the road. We like the hotel and location but I'm not sure we would use them again. This is the second time it has happened.

The kiosk at the hotel did not work. It would not read credit cards. The machine does not accept cash. We had to contact the attendant who came came down, tried the machine, saw it didn't work and took us upstairs so we could pay for our parking.

When we called for the shuttle to pick us up we were told about 15 minutes. We waited almost 45. The hotel is only 10 minutes away. There was at least 12 people waiting. Most of them had hotel reservations. very disappointing!

Had to wait almost 30 minutes for the first shuttle and then they stopped just as we were about to leave the parking lot to pick up two more passengers. We had waited over 5 minutes for additional passengers when the hustle arrived. I don't believe the shuttle should have stopped to pick up the extra 2, they could have waited.

Problems when the machine read my ticket upon return. For my 36 hours of parking it read something like $238. Attendant was able to reconcile the problem but oh what a scare!

When I arrived at my destination, it occurred to me that during unloading my luggage, I may have forgotten to lock my car. I called the Intercontinental Hotel and a wonderful person named Rochelle not only offered to have someone check the car, but would lock it if it was unlocked, AND she called me afterwards to tell me that every thing was good, and I should enjoy the rest of my trip. I did, in no small part to the reassurance offered by her small but important gesture. They have my business for all my future trips.

Having to stop at the booth after parking is inconvenient. The machine jammed after inserting our tickets to exit/pay, which meant we had to wait for an attendant (while stopped at an extreme angle). The attendant apparently had no way to extract the jammed tickets. So--entry and exit need fixing.

The shuttle service to the airport was fine; the shuttle service back was atrocious. The Intercontinental Hotel needs another 1-2 shuttle buses in rotation to meet the demand.

Directions to the hotel were a little sketchy. Directions to where the shuttle picks up at the airport were very bad. Ohare is a big airport and there was no mention as to where Door 1 was located. I had to ask an airport employee for directions.

On the way to the airport, driver stopped for gas. For 10 minutes!! On the way back, after we had already left the shuttle center, the driver decided to circle back around to pick up other guests who had waved him down. Both times, the shuttle trip took longer than it needed to. If there are going to be 20 minutes between shuttles, they should at least be prompt and speedy.

Impressive from beginning to end. Great nightly rate, very prompt (and extremely comfortable) shuttle service, and having my car enclosed in a gated garage while I was away was a nice piece of mind. The shuttle drivers were extra friendly and even helped me retrieve my cell phone that fell beneath the backseat to where I could not reach it. I was traveling by myself with a toddler and they ensured that getting to and from the airport was as quick and painless as possible. I will definitely use Airport Parking in the future and park at the same hotel whenever I can!

The reader could not read my card. Instead of making me try again, the attendant could have just taken my payment. I was already tired from travelling all day. I was not happy that i had to go out of the terminal to find the bus station acroos from the Ohara Holton Hotel. The only problem we encountered was we had to wait on the shuttle for 50 minutes upon arival. We called the number on the coupon 3 times and the attendent said there were three shuttles running. If that were true it would not have taken 50 minutes for a shuttle to arrive at door #2.

Upon arrival, I was told that the shuttle would arrive in 3 or 4 minutes. This quickly changed to 20 minutes which put me at risk of missing my flight. It actually came in more than 30 minutes and then only after I repeatedly asked the desk clerk to contact them. Had the TSA agents not taken me through priority check-in, I would have missed my flight. ...The final flight of the night with only sold out flights for the next two days. As it was, I boarded 4 minutes before it departed the gate. The shuttle issue was completely unacceptable. I would never use this lot again.

We are very happy with the service and cost of the parking. We really like the Intercontinental garage. It is nice to be covered at all times when walking to shuttle.

We accidentally left on an overhead light in the car, but the parking lot attendant happily jumped the car for us and we were on our way. We will never park in the O'Hare long term lot again, this was WAY better!!!!

The only problem I had was finding the entrance to the garage and getting back on the south tollway coming out. More signs are needed. Otherwise it was a good experience and I plan to use the service again. It will be easier now that I know where I'm going.

The instructions for "retrieving a vehicle" at the end of a trip - at the kiosk - are extremely confusing and caused me additional trauma at "check-out". I encourage all users to seek assistance from on-site personell at the check-out machine!!!!!

Had not used this service before, I was in a hurry to catch my flight and completely forgot the instructions to stop at the booth to get the discount coupon. When I returned I was directed to the booth and given the discount coupon and all was well.

Upon arrival to the garage, please take a ticket from the machine. Drive straight up the ramp and park on the 5th floor or higher. After you park, take the elevator to the 2nd floor of the garage WITH YOUR PARKING SPACE NUMBER (found on the ground at the end of your space) and register your vehicle at the Parking Garage Booth. There you will receive a COLORED discount coupon. The COLORED coupon must be used to receive the discounted price for, final pay at lot total on your return. Payment instruction and return shuttle informaion form will be given at this time. Failure to use the discount coupon may result in a full price total parking per day. Proceed through the lobby of the hotel and board the shuttle at the main entrance of the hotel.
Airport Transportation:
The InterContinental Chicago OHare provides a luxury shuttle service 24 hours per day at no additional cost. The state of the art shuttles depart the hotel every 20-30 minutes, depending on time and day of week.
Operation Hours:
