    The wait time to be picked up from the airport was over an hour. I won't be using this hotel for airport parking again. I used valet parking so the last 2 questions were not applicable.

    After a week the car was packed with bird poop and it was parked next to a sprinkler. Apparently they made a bet on who was going to get the last parked vehicle in the lot. The car was terrible when they pulled up. I had it washed and cleaned before dropping it off.

    I had provided the flight time and the expected time I was going to be at the lot. It required valet parking and he informed me that the shuttle only ran every hour, which would have made me miss the flight. I asked why the site had asked for my information but didn't inform me that I wouldn't make it based on the shuttle schedule. He told me that it was in the contract. After reviewing the fine print on the receipt, it does state it but it was not clear when I was making the reservation. This was my first experience with your service so I was disappointed it was such a bad one...

    Despite the references only to the parking lot attendants, the shuttle service needs major improvements. I waited over 50 minutes for the shuttle and watched all the other services drive by at least 2-3 times before the Hyatt shuttle arrived. Enough to sway me to pay more for faster service.

    Being that I was gone 2 weeks I did have a little trouble finding the pickup location. My fault-If you were to staple and post it to the claim ticket that described the procedure. Like walk to Pillar 6 and proceed to center island.. Just a thought, thanks so much for your service. Your valet and bag servicemen were outstanding with the perfect attitude. Kudos to them!

    What really made this an unfortunate experience is that the shuttle only stops for 2-3 mins at the airport before taking off again. We tried to flag him down but he left. Next one comes back in 1 hour. Had to take a taxi which costed $23.00 from SNA. Got to the hotel and the shuttle was parked on the side unoccupied. If he wanted to wait around it would be nice if they waited at the airport.

    As others have mentioned, the shuttle leaves every hour on the hour. Easy to time on the way out if you plan ahead, but upon return, we were delayed, so we were at baggage claim when the shuttle drove by and had to wait an hour for the next one. But we knew that would be a possibility going in, and when we did finally get the shuttle, the driver was fantastic, and overall service was excellent.

    Be warned - shuttle only comes/goes on the hour and you will miss it since they don't wait at all. I waited over an hour since the shuttle was driving away as I walked up, even though I was informed by the Hotel Operator it would be there at that specific time. Parking is cheap, but not worth having to wait.

    Valet crew was excellent. I met with Brian the manager of the valet team when I pulled up he and explained how the operation worked and even offered me water while I waited for a shuttle. That was very unexpected but highly appreciated. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

    I normally only park at actual lots but this hotel was the most affordable so I tried it. The hotel is gorgous, in a beautiful area where you feel secure giving up your car to the valet. The valet area is slightly confusing. It is a very small area up by the entrance to the hotel. I had called earlier to inquire about the shuttle to the airport and was given instructions, otherwise I would have probably circled a few times. My biggest issue is the shuttle times. They only run on the hour to the airport and for pick up at the airport it is 15 minutes past the hour. There is no in between time, you are just forced to wait. My flight came in at 11:45 so I had to wait for over half an hour for a shuttle to come. The drivers are exceptional though, in fact all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes away from the airport in the shuttle. The shuttle times just make planning your arrival to the airport a little more difficult depending on your flight time as it may fall in between and you will have to get there very early or cut it closer than you'd like. Be prepared to wait if your flight comes in and you need pick up.

    Shuttle runs only once an hour. Missed it at the airport by 1 minute. Had to take a $20 cab ride to get the car. Shuttle was parked at hotel when I got there. I wouldn't do it again.

    Overall, the experience was terrific! The car was valet parked, the attendants were courteous, the shuttle was clean and the driver was very polite. The issue was the wait time for the shuttle. The shuttles only run 1x per hour!!

    The valet is courteous however the shuttle is only there every 1 hour. I had to take a cab to and fro to the hotel both the times.
