Operation Hours

24-hours a day, 7 days per week. Airport Shuttle runs from 6 am – 11 pm. Customers can take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the Hotel Lobby, where they can enjoy free wifi, a coffee-to-cocktails bar, rooftop lounge (open from 5pm to 1am) and numerous restaurants. Breakfast buffet is available for purchase in the Gallery for $14.50 per person Monday-Friday from 6am-9:30am, Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10am. Lot is covered and valet.

    Attendants were few; therefore they were busy and wait time was like ne'er than expected to pick up the car. Not too friendly to one who had questions regarding procedures.

    The garage had no record of my payment when I went to leave. It took 10-15 minutes to rectify the issue. The staff was great In fixing the problem.

    Parking attendants were friendly and helpful... The issues wAs with the Hyatt staff in relation to the parking arrangements. The shuttle came every hour and fifteen minutes and no one informed us of this prior to leaving the car

    Busy neighborhood with a lot of pedestrians and traffic on a Saturday. Couldn't find the parking lot entrance. One way streets and "no left turn" signs. Missed the on-the-hour shuttle service but fortunately had planned ahead and left extra time. Might be a good option if you're staying overnight, as the hotel is lovely and the staff and shuttle drivers were very courteous. Cheaper than the airport lots, and a good option for budget watchers, but flight arrived late at night and at that point I just wanted to get my car and get home.

    On the way there, everything was very good. Pick up from the airport sucked. I know it was just a mistake but, The girl at the hotel gave the driver the wrong info. We waited for 1/2 hr after she told me 15 minutes then when I called back she told me 15 more minutes and didnt even apologize. Would use the service again just not this hotel??? Maybe, I dont know

    Airport pick up once per hour is unacceptable. Took a cab to hotel to pick up my car - terrible. I will most likely not be back because of that.

    They hold customers to their return time, regardless if it's within the 24hr window. For example, if you drop your car off at 1pm Monday and select 8am Tuesday (the following morning) but return at 9am Tuesday morning (due to flight delays) they will charge you another day. Even though you have not been parked for 24 hours. That's a rip-off!!!

    Parking lot is at the back of hotel and not clearly marked. You can get caught in horrible Flushing traffic. Shuttle only runs once per hour.

    We indicated that our flight would arrive at 11:30PM (which was closer to midnight due to flight delays) but found that the shuttle from LaGuardia to the Hyatt/parking ended at 11PM so had to take a taxi to the hotel to retrieve our car. If we had known this before, we would have booked another parking area or taken the shuttle from Manhattan to the airport and taxi back to Westchester upon our return. When taking the shuttle from the Hyatt to LaGuardia we received mixed messages from the Hyatt personnel, one said that there was a shuttle throughout the night and another said that it ended at 11PM but to try calling them upon arrival in case the 11PM shuttle was still at the airport - evidently, there is a need to make sure that personnel are well informed about the status of shuttle times and the public to be informed when booking a reservation.

    Easy making the reservations on line. Difficult to find due to the sign for the garage was in a foreign language other than a small sign with initials. Did not know the shuttle only ran on the hour until it was booked. Expected a price reduction due to decreased number of hours.

    Staff at the lot and hotel were exceptional. The shuttle runs once an hour and never took shuttle to or from airport. Car service is between $20 and $25 each way. Ended up paying $45 just for car service because taking shuttle would have delayed trip to airport over 1 hour

    My front passenger side of car was scrapped while parked there. I didn't notice it until returning home. I read that shuttle only ran once an hour and that was fine leaving. However, while retuning I would of had to wait an hour for it to return to the airport to get me so I took a cab instead.

    A little pricey but at least I didnt have to park my car at the airport, standard for NYC parking...definitely saved money that way. Hotel shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. Great deal for the location.

    When booking the reservations shuttles to and from the airport are posted as every 10 to 15 mins. Once you book and print out your confirmation you'll see that shuttle departures from the hotel are only every hour on the hour. Getting back from the airport you're essentially told to call the hotel after you get your bags and a shuttle will come when they get a chance. A Garage attendant shared that the shuttle has taken so long at times that people have had to pay additionally parking fees. We ended up taking a cab to and from the garage. When we picked up the car the attendant asked me when I had dropped the car off and excatlly what time. Really??? Oh and I was asked to pay an additional $10 ,which I refused, for exceeding the amount of time I had reserved. I reserved until 9pm, we were there at 9:05 and would have been much later if we had actually used the shuttle service we'd paid for. don't park here unless you want a hassle or have a lot of time on your hands.

    staff was super friendly...but the shuttle system can be improved. Although it was a ton of traffic, I ended up taking a cab instead because it was faster. One of the attendants new my car instantly when he saw me, that was nice.
