Operation Hours

Seven days per week. Airport Shuttle runs from 6 am – 11 pm only! Customers can take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the Hotel Lobby, where they can enjoy free wifi, a coffee-to-cocktails bar, rooftop lounge (open from 5pm to 1am) and numerous restaurants. Breakfast buffet is available for purchase in the Gallery for $14.50 per person Monday-Friday from 6am-9:30am, Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10am. Lot is covered and valet.

    Never got shuttle as promised. Had to pay cab both ways. No one ever answered my calls to this facilty.

    The shuttle departs the hotel for LGA only once an hour on the hour. It is about 15 minutes drive time away from the airport. The real difficulty was in returning. We called to have the shuttle come get us but the woman who answered the phone spoke very broken English and we didn't have any confidence she understood why we had called. She indicated to my husband that someone would call him back. We suspected that the shuttle would only come on it's hourly swing and that was going to be almost 45 minutes from the time of our call so we caved and took a ($17) cab back to the Hyatt garage. The attendants couldn't locate our car which we had parked only two days earlier. After about 20 anxious minutes as they searched all around, the car was delivered to us but then they were scrambling for paperwork. We won't park here again if we can avoid it.

    I found getting to the lot a bit difficult. The receipt reads Hyatt Place Flushing in bold and colors. I put that in my google maps and was taken around the block to the hotel entrance.

    Just avoid this place. The free shuttle on the hour every hour was not true in my case. I got the driver "stuck in traffic" routine when the 7pm shuttle did not show up on 9/30/16. I ended up taking an Uber to LGA at 7:35pm so I would not miss my flight. Interestingly the Uber guy got me to my terminal in under 10 min. On return too I ended up taking an Uber because I completely lost trust in the driver showing up on time.

    Parking attendants were friendly and helpful... The issues wAs with the Hyatt staff in relation to the parking arrangements. The shuttle came every hour and fifteen minutes and no one informed us of this prior to leaving the car

    Busy neighborhood with a lot of pedestrians and traffic on a Saturday. Couldn't find the parking lot entrance. One way streets and "no left turn" signs. Missed the on-the-hour shuttle service but fortunately had planned ahead and left extra time. Might be a good option if you're staying overnight, as the hotel is lovely and the staff and shuttle drivers were very courteous. Cheaper than the airport lots, and a good option for budget watchers, but flight arrived late at night and at that point I just wanted to get my car and get home.

    On the way there, everything was very good. Pick up from the airport sucked. I know it was just a mistake but, The girl at the hotel gave the driver the wrong info. We waited for 1/2 hr after she told me 15 minutes then when I called back she told me 15 more minutes and didnt even apologize. Would use the service again just not this hotel??? Maybe, I dont know

    They hold customers to their return time, regardless if it's within the 24hr window. For example, if you drop your car off at 1pm Monday and select 8am Tuesday (the following morning) but return at 9am Tuesday morning (due to flight delays) they will charge you another day. Even though you have not been parked for 24 hours. That's a rip-off!!!

    Parking lot is at the back of hotel and not clearly marked. You can get caught in horrible Flushing traffic. Shuttle only runs once per hour.
