The drivers to and from the airport were quick and courteous. I was especially grateful for the driver Dan who arrived at the airport very quickly upon my return. My flight had been delayed, it was 11pm and cold, and I appreciated his help very much.
Everything went well.
Second time we've used this facility. Nice, inexpensive self-park lot. Adequate shuttle service (van) with friendly, helpful drivers.
The hotel was under renovation, so the parking lot wasn't great, good enough though.
The hotel shuttle was out of order when we arrived and they had a rental SUV. It took two trips to get all 5 people to the airport. Coming home the shuttle was repaired it was very fast and smooth
The person working the counter wasn't very pleasant or friendly nor was the shuttle bus driver, but hey! just remember you get what you pay for!

The driver answered a personal cell phone call. Didn't bother to talk to us at all.
The driver was great and interacted with my family. The hotel desk attendant was not in a good mood it seem like I was bothering him
Someone keyed the whole side of my car. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager as promised to determine what to do next
Luckily for us our flight was delayed 1 hour at which time there were no spaces for us to park. since we arrived at the lot i hour later there was 1 space open but others who had arrived shortly after us were told that no spaces were available. Way overbooked. Many cars were parked in the fire lane, not a good way to start your travel!
Very quick access to the CLE. We were pleased with the price as well.
Mass confusion and poor training on Howard Johnson's part. Plane arrived at 10:00, bags picked up by10:15 PM. I called at 10:20 PM. We were not picked up till 11:40 PM. Mary initially drop us off 2 weeks prior. And she wound up picking us up. She was great. The problem was mass confusion on management's part. There was a problem with an untrained driver. That is Howard Johnson's fault. What happened to us was inexcusable, especially that late at night with two small children. I don't ever want that to happen to anybody else. We we really should be compensated with some type of partial refund.

I would not use Howard Johnson again.
It would be helpful if someone would have answerd the phone when I was calling for a pick up at the airport. This happend Saturday, July 30th. It took me 30 minutes to reach someone at the hotel to send a shuttle. Very frustrating. Service from the hotel to the airport was fine.
Average lighting. Not fenced in. No problems.
when we arrived nobody would answer the phone. we tried calling multiple times. Finally called corporate and they couldn't reach anyone either. Luckily we were able to flag her down when she was dropping off another family. Had to sit and wait with for kids outside with all our luggage for an hour. Hotel Is in terrible condition. Looks like it is falling down and is torn up at the moment. Terrible service!
