I felt a bit pricey (for long term) as compared to other hotel parking I have used in the past.,
Hotel has changed name from Quality Hotel to Howard Johnson with no mention of this in the directions. Flying out, both the desk clerk and driver were very friendly and courteous. When I came back, I called the hotel and asked when the next shuttle was. She said quickly: "on it's way", and hung up. It arrived 31 mins later. The driver was very gruff and curt, barely (at best) answering questions and not helping to load passengers even though we had a completely full van with multiple elderly passengers. About 1 min from the hotel he becomes Mr Personality, reciting his "tip speech".
Information about how to find the shuttle at the airport should have been provided on the confirmation paper or by someone at the hotel. The driver from the airport to the hotel was on a personal phone call the all duration of the ride.
It was a holiday weekend and the parking lot was oversold. I had to park on the edge and prayed my car didn't get towed. The lady at the front desk was worthless when we complained that there wasn't any open parking places because she just started working there. The shuttle bus to the airport was great. The return trip was totally different. Some guy in everyday clothes was driving and had his friend riding along. The wait was over 30 minutes when the shuttle was supposed to run every 15 minutes.
There was no parking attendant or a gated parking lot. Also, I did not see any cameras so you're parking at your own risk.
Process was smooth and simple. Only problem was that we missed one shuttle by a few minutes and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one.
Staff was so rude and unfriendly when I called at 12am to know what time the next suttle will be at the airport. She told me the suttle had stopped even though it says on the website that it stopped at 2am. I almost got stranded at the airport at that time of the night until another suttle driver offered to drop me off to pick up my car.
The location was excellent. It was close to the airport, and just took a short shuttle ride to get there. The return shuttle ride was right on time.
DO NOT USE them! I waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle to come pick me up! Every time I called to see where the driver was the person at the front desk said he was on his way but it took him an hour and half to pick us up from the airport that is like 7-8 mins away. When he finally did arrive his friend was riding in the front seat with him! Lord only knows where these two had previously been but it definitely wasn't picking up customers.The spots are uncovered but it's conveniently located near the airport. I will never use or recommend any one else use Quality Inn and Conference Center to park their car.

I had no issues with the actual shuttle or the drivers. However, it's ridiculous that I had to call the hotel constantly because NO ONE would pick up. And when they did pick up they didn't even say the name of the hotel they simply said "Can I help you? " I would like to continue using this place as my parking lot while I fly but if I have to go through that again then I will not.
The Quality clerk at the phoenix location were polite and overall nice. However, the drivers were a nightmare. Not an hello, opening or closing doors or helping you with your luggage. Nobody explained to me when I parked at the hotel that three different shuttles form Quality hotel pick up passengers at the airport so I have to be sure I have to ask the driver if this shuttle goes to the location I seek. Drivers dont talk so you have no info, guidance, when you enter the shuttle. Therefore I ended up into the wrong shuttle and that after waiting 40 minutes at the airport. I arrived at the wrong location and I had to wait 30 minutes to get a new shuttle to get me back at the airport and then I had to wait another 40 minutes for the right shuttle to arrive. On the airportparking website it says the waiting time for this location is 15 minutes, the hotel description says 30 minutes which has been confirmed at my arrival there. But truly it is 40 to 60 minutes. Very unhappy with this experience, and I am not even telling the whole story. Originally, I reserved at days inn but they cancelled at the last minutes pretending a tree was blocking the parking lot. Of course I had to fight to get the difference paid back or should I say I got a airportparking credit. I don't fly often so I don't know when I will use that, thus they win because there is a big chance I won't use it in time.
There were no parking spaces left to park in. The shuttle driver directed me to park at the end of the parking row in a non-space. During my trip, I was concerned that my car would be towed or side-swiped from the traffic trying to get around my car. I was relieved when I arrived and my car was in good condition. Other than not having enough parking spaces, my experience was positive.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I arrived to find a COMPLETELY full parking lot. There were cars parked everywhere. In the yard, on the curb, in the middle of places that were not actual spots. I ended up having to take the very last spot that any car could possibly fit which was halfway in the grass and halfway on a yellow curb. Walked inside to fill out the paperwork then sat for ~20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Upon my return I waited for 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, I called and the attendant assured me that the shuttle was on the way. I proceeded to stand in 30 degree weather for another 15 minutes until I finally broke down and begged another shuttle driver if he could take me. He took me straight there (I was the only passenger) and BOTH of their shuttle vehicles were sitting in front of the hotel...not on the way to the airport. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! You could not pay me to park here again.
Everything workout good until we started to leave the parking lot, there were no attendant or kiosk where to checkout.
Although I registered and paid on line, when I arrived, I was told the lot was full and they weren't accepting reservations. I had a flight to catch and, as I mentioned, I had pre-paid. Luckily, although without help, I found a spot that wasn't a parking spot. The price was right and Victor, the driver was helpful with my baggage, but I would not chance this facility again.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is not labeled correctly. I went back at a holiday midnight and no one answered the phone when I was trying to ask where the shuttle is. Everything else was great.
Better information on how to reach the shuttle from Atlanta International would have made us less stressed. It was an easy process, but we asked a lot of nice people for directions.
