    I don't fly often. Parking my car has been one of the scariest things about flying for me. Thank goodness I did park my car in the wallypark. I might even fly more often now that I know I can park my car easily and safely.

    Poor experience arriving. Good experience leaving. Left around noon on Wed, 5/13 and attendant could hardly be understood. She gave me my ticket and turned back to the booth, giving directions to my aisle while facing away from me. I had to ask her again, and she looked over her shoulder in discussed and said, "C on the right". The bus driver was no better. He was so big, he looked like he was poured into the driver's seat. He did not get out of the seat to assist with baggage (I am over 70) and did not give me location ticket. On the return trip very late on Friday night, around 11:30 PM, Daniel was the driver and was excellent. He let the flight crews out first, taking their bags to their cars and putting them in their trunks, but then he did that for each passenger. He was quite fast. I was last off and really appreciated the help. I asked his name and tipped him well. The girl at the booth was quite pleasant as well. I guess I experienced your worst and best drivers as well as the same for the booth attendants.

    Found drivers kind, helpful, friendly, and informative. We found a $4.00 discount coupon. Would have been nice to find a larger discount or one day free, ect. A cold bottle of water would have been enjoyable when leaving the parking lot.

    Everything was great until we got back to the lot and there was a huge line of cars waiting to pay. We waited in the line of cars for 40 minutes until we were able to pay and leave.

    We arrived shortly after midnight. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to pick us up after three different people had called, (including us). Each time we were told "the van was on the way". Since the parking facility is only about 5 -7 minutes away, this is inconsistent with the information provided to us. Once the driver arrived, he seemed to do all he could to get us on our way in a timely manner. The Cashier at the check out gate was very surly. As you are a Customer service enterprise, the tardiness of the Van and the poor attitude of the Cashier were not a very good reflection on your business to consider your facility for our future trips.

    I've parked at WallyPark for years. But I'm never going to park there again. Yesterday, there was a 50 minute wait to pay and leave. That's just unacceptable.

    The woman who checked us in, with braids, didn't greet us. She was rude and unprofessional. She directed us to park in row H and seemed unpleased with her job. Not a welcoming experience.

    I had a gift cardwith a 40 dollar balance. Had planned on using that and pay remainder with debit. Total was 50 dolars. Imagine my surprise at 2 am when told they could not do split payments. I have never heard of something so stupid. I do it all the time,grocery stores,restaurants,etc. Luckily,some of my purchases had not posted to debit so I could use it. This is my 4th time using the facilities but do not know if I will be back

    I've used this facility 4 times and have had a great experience every single time. My car has been safe. The drive to and from the airport has been prompt. The personnel are polite and helpful. The price is reasonable. Great facility.
