    Arriving at the airport after 9 PM our wait time was only about 2 to 3 minutes. We have used you for years BUT we do miss your covered parking.

    Parking lot location was moved after reservation was made and I was not notified of the new address. I booked covered parking, but covered was not available at new location; only uncovered. I would not recommend this lot. In the future, I will choose a different company.

    I was able to park without issue. I do hope there are plans to build covered parking and label the rows. It was the service and covered parking at the previous lot that kept me coming back.

    The directions to the new parking lot were incorrect. They were still painting the parking lot numbers when we arrived - but then they CHANGED the numbers on the lot after we left and took a picture of where we parked. There are no more covered parking areas which was a big plus on the old lot. The employees on site except for the bus driver who was great, were not friendly when we asked for where the exit was (since the temporary sign had blown down) and the cashier acted like she was very bothered when we presented the e-version if the registration parking form instead of an actual hard copy paper print out. We will look at other parking options for our next trip.

    After returning from 3 days in NY I could not find my ticket. I did have my reservation and prepay information. The attendant was very rude and insisting I must have the ticket to get out. I told her that was not possible and that what I owed Wally Park could be calculated off the Reservation. She did finally compute what was owed from the reservation information. This was exasperating after a 5 hour flight.

    I think they are still working the bugs out of the movement of the lot. Had no clue where the car was but the driver did based on the data written on the slip. Shuttle was slow but driver courteous and helpful with the bags.

    I was not happy with the new parking lot for Wally Park. The Parking lot does not look safe. And, on top of that I paid extra by using your service. This new parking lot doesn't look like it is ready to be used spaces and rows are not marked and on my way back to the parking lot I waited 15 minutes or longer for the shuttle to pick me up. When I presented my coupon with my pre-paid receipt to the lady to exit she didn't even bother to look at my in-out times and was not very friendly. I do not think I will be using this service in the future.

    The only problem I had was the card that they give you upon drop off stated that the zone was 9A and there is no longer a 9A at Houston Hobby. I had to call and get the zone pick up, when I did that they told me zone 3. As I wrestled around to make my self seen at zone 3, the shuttle passed me right by and went to zone 7 or 8. I had to run with luggage to catch the shuttle driver!

    I have used Wally Park several times. The attendants when you pull in and out seemed very surly sort. Even this festive time of the year they were far less than jovial. The bus drivers however are amazing and always seem to be in good spirits even at an arrival time of 4am. Overall with the cheaper prices and close proximity to the airport Wally Park is a good choice. However, I do find issue with having an app for my phone that allows me to pay a deposit and reserve parking, but does not allow me to simply show my receipt on the phone. To be fair every email and message on the app said YOU MUST PRINT RECEIPT. In a world that allows me to show my insurance to an officer on my smart phone I just figured it would come to reason that I could show it for a simple airport parking reservation. We also had a bit of a wait once at the airport. I saw other parking companies drive through several busses in the time it took to see one of mine. Again I find Wally Park simply satisfactory for parking a vehicle during a trip, over having to ask someone to drive us from my side of town. The staff is okay and drivers outstanding. I will continue to use Wally Park for my airport parking needs.

    The only problem I had was how unbelievably rude the last attendant who checked me out at the gate was when I returned to Hobby on Wednesday evening at 9pm. I'm a good man who would not normally loose it on a female but this one almost got it. From the get go she was glaring at me like she was going to spit on me or something. Then proceeded to argue with me about paying online even after I presented her with the receipt. The first attendant I had when departing on Tuesday morning was awesome, very helpful for a delirious traveler at 6am who didn't know where he was going.

    I returned from an 8 day trip and couldn't find my ticket. The attendant verified my entry from my airline confirmation and accepted the estimate shown on the partial prepayment receipt. No muss, no fuss. Good job.
