    Excellent location, close by and easy to find. Reasonable price. AC on shuttle needs maintenance and lot needs repair.

    Attendants were very rude and seemed uninterested in helping, and were more concerned with playing on their phones. The shuttle drivers were very courteous and professional.

    My wife asked, while on the van to return to the lot, if the lot supplied bottles of water like the other lots (certainly the case at IAH, if not at HOU). If you did supply water when leaving, it would be a great addition to the service.

    My truck hatch cover was broken into during the time it was parked there. I'm not too impressed with security. (Lighting was poor in that area).

    The drivers were great and helpful, however the cashier had a horrible attitude when I went to pay she was not helpful at all. I reserved a covered parking and when I returned my car was dirty as it I had left it outside, it looks like the roof had a leak.

    There was no attendent at the booth when I arrived, which was sort of confusing. Both drivers of the shuttle were excellent. I used GPS for the address and it took me to the wrong place, not your fault, but that was confusing. I did see the actual lot, so that helped.

    got picked up from our car first thing in morning at lot, however, when returning to airport the next week, we waited in the HEAT over 15-20" for a shuttle.....meanwhile, at LEAST 3 shuttle buses for parking spot and others went by us.....
