I was worried that my driver couldn't see. He had thick glasses and held the paperwork about a half inch from his face!!?
Our plan was very late, but there was not problem They came to the airport even though no other traffic was flying and picked us up. Great job, will use the lot again
Shuttles needed better air conditioning...it was extremely hot.
I used to park at Parking Spot, but became knowledgable about Wally Park because a student I was teaching at HCC worked at Wally Park. He convinced me to change to Wally Park because it was new--had just opened, and your rates were more affordable, so I changed my place to park when traveling. I've been with Wally Park for as long as it has been opened. However, I the uncovered parking rate keeps creeping UP. Wally Park was once affordable, but that attraction has disappeared.
The shuttle from Wally Park to the airport was excellent. Very poor from the airport back to Wally Park, at least a 15 minute wait.

A/C did not work in the shuttle.
Called upon arriving back to Houston to determine where we were going to be picked up, and the lady was very rude. Waited more than 20 minutes for 1 Wallypark shuttle to appear. Meanwhile 15 The Spot shuttles had come and gone. Never again will my family park here.
Except for my car being vandalized while it was parked in your lot, the experience was acceptable. Suggest you consider some security!
We had to navigate some very deep potholes from the main lot to reach our parking lot, which was paved. The drivers were particularly polite and helpful at Rocket, the best I have seen.

WALLY PARK IS THE WORST LOT THAT IVE BEEN TO, THE ATTENDANTS DIDNT SEEM TO WANT TO BE THERE, THE DRIVER WHO TOOK US TO THE AIRPORT DROVE PAST US AND OTHER PASSENGERS SEVERAL TIMES. I'D RATHER PAY MORE TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. I DONT BELIEVE I'LL COME BACK TO THIS LOT.
our plane arrived 1 hr late. called to verifity shuttle at 1:30 a.m. & they were there within 5 - 10 mins. have used in past and will continue to use in future
Good Service, no complaints
I don't fly often. Parking my car has been one of the scariest things about flying for me. Thank goodness I did park my car in the wallypark. I might even fly more often now that I know I can park my car easily and safely.
Poor experience arriving. Good experience leaving. Left around noon on Wed, 5/13 and attendant could hardly be understood. She gave me my ticket and turned back to the booth, giving directions to my aisle while facing away from me. I had to ask her again, and she looked over her shoulder in discussed and said, "C on the right". The bus driver was no better. He was so big, he looked like he was poured into the driver's seat. He did not get out of the seat to assist with baggage (I am over 70) and did not give me location ticket. On the return trip very late on Friday night, around 11:30 PM, Daniel was the driver and was excellent. He let the flight crews out first, taking their bags to their cars and putting them in their trunks, but then he did that for each passenger. He was quite fast. I was last off and really appreciated the help. I asked his name and tipped him well. The girl at the booth was quite pleasant as well. I guess I experienced your worst and best drivers as well as the same for the booth attendants.
Found drivers kind, helpful, friendly, and informative. We found a $4.00 discount coupon. Would have been nice to find a larger discount or one day free, ect. A cold bottle of water would have been enjoyable when leaving the parking lot.
