    Been using Wally Park for the last 2 years for good value/ service however they are now at a competitive price per day. Given the recent wait time of 30mins and that other parking places are slightly closer to the airport, we will look for other operators in the future.

    Woman at the checkout was very rude. We had misplaced our ticket stub. I showed her the reservation which had the amount due and a bar code. She was practically screaming at us.

    the airport pick up driver did help get the bags into or out of the bus. He drove like New York cab driver and threw us around the bus with the jerky stop, go and swerve maneuvers. I usually tip the bus driver but not for this ride.

    Parking area was fine. The pay booths at the parking lot have been in disrepair for well over a year. There is only 1 working booth. Additionally, this parking lot doesn't have you pay up front which means exiting the lot consists of waiting an additional 10-20 minutes in a line of cars. I have parked here several times before but will not be returning if I can help it. Time to get car: Wait for shuttle: 10-15 minutes (supposed to be 5) Drop off at car: 10-15 minutes Checkout line: 10-20 minutes (1 booth checkout that everyone must pay because prepay of entire stay is not possible with their system --- plus it's only 1 booth!).

    Long wait time for first shuttle, crowd waiting kept growing, 2nd and 3rd shuttle showed up together, needed both shuttles to get everyone on board. people from 1st shuttle still lined up waiting to get out. Even longer wait for people on 2nd and 3rd shuttle. Even though I filled out 6:45 am arriving to WalleyPark, and & 7:45 pm exiting, the printed reservation showed 12:00 pm for both arriving and exiting and caused further delay at exit to add another days charges.

    Upon return from my trip, we waited nearly 30 minutes for a shuttle. When the shuttle arrived, there were at least 15 patrons and some had to stand. When we arrived at the lot, there was a long line checking out. I was in line waiting to pay for at least another 30 minutes because there was only one line. Being tired after the flight, this didn't help the situation.

    This parking lot service is getting worse every week I park here.. There are only 2 buses running all day.. which means you are all under-staffed. Pathetic experience.

    The attendant upon my arrival was very indifferent. She could have cared less if I parked there or not. The driver was friendly but was an elderly lady that was not interested in helping with the bags. she was very patient with me as I exited my vehicle. On the return trip the gentleman driving the bus was extremely friendly and helpful. The young lady in the booth was pretty preoccupied with a phone call on her cell phone regarding her college homework and study group. I had to let her know I had pre-booked because she tried to charge me full price as she total my bill with out reading the paper. Overall, not a terrible experience except for the ants that found their way into my car. There had been quite of bit of rain while I was gone and there was actually a barrel in front of my vehicle warning driver of high water.
