    I recently reserved at Wally Park at HOU and loved the daily rate. However, I put down the wrong returning date due to the fact that it was at 1am and I didn't snap to moving the date to that day. The daily rate was not extended to me for the extra day and I had to pay a higher rate for my mistake. I wish they could have extended the daily rate to me even tho I was wrong on the date.

    As soon as we drove in the attendant was very unclear with parking instructions, when we parked in the "wrong" place she was also very rude in telling us where to park. The other employee was a bit nicer but not so much. The only good thing was the driver frank who was polite and helpful with baggage. On the return trip the shuttle took long to pick us up. I called to ask how long it would be before shuttle would come and once again was treated rude. The operator almost hung up on me without allowing me to even ask a question. When it was checkout time the lady at the booth was very unprofessional and did not cease her very personal conversation with her coworker, cursewords included. Overall I was letdown by this experience.

    I think that your Shuttle Buses need to be taken better care of. The driver's seat is all coming apart, and the back window was taped shut, but the tape came off so it keep flapping open.

    It was easy in and out of your parking lot. The shuttle bus was fast and friendly. When we were paying to exit the lot, the rep. did not ask how we made our reservation. She gave us a price way over the top of my online purchase. I explained to her that we owed only this much. She says I should of told her that, but I feel she should of asked. Isn't that her job?

    The website was easy to use, provided clear options, and gave me the best price. We paid two dollars per day under the quotes at the airport. There isn't much more you can ask for!

    5 star treatment here. I arrived and the manager Andre greeted me and advised me where to park. Not even one sec later they took my bags and right over to the airport. I use to park with Spots but now on the WallyPark train.

    Upon arrival, bus was on the next album from where I parked. It did not come get me in left. it was 15 minutes till someone came and got me. Is very aggravating

    Disappointed at the pick up service. There weren't enough shuttle buses to pick up passengers. The wait was long and there is no room to seat in the car, not even enough room the luggage.

    Difficult to find parking space. Several pickup trucks taking 2 spaces each. Had to squeeze out of the car and really had to pull the luggage out of the back sear. Parked on P row next to fence and had to walk almost to the very front before being picked up.

    Second time parking here and still the same great service. Very little wait time, even at 4 in the morning. We had to wait a little at the check out since there were 2 cars in front of us at 11:30pm. But all in all it is the best airport parking for me.

    AFTER ARRIVING BK TO HOU/HOBBY...GOT TO MY CAR IN A TIMELY MANNER., ONLY TO WAIT ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO CHK OUT WAS RIDICULOUS., ONLY ONE CHK OUT BOOTH, WITH 4 ATTENDANTS IN THAT BOOTH....PRETTY BAD WAIT., WHY NOT OPEN UP ANOTHER BOOTH,OR AN ELECTRONIC CK OUT SYSTEM?? I AWAIT A REPLY!!

    There was a slight delay when I arrived as the ticket machine was broken. I was given a handwritten ticket noting my arrival time. The shuttle arrived immediately and took me to the airport, The driver was friendly and pleasant at 6:00 in the morning. Upon my return, the shuttle was waiting. The second driver was also friendly. He assisted me with my bags at the airport and then took my bags off the shuttle when we returned to the parking lot. Will definitely use Wally Park again!
