    I have used Wally Park several times. The attendants when you pull in and out seemed very surly sort. Even this festive time of the year they were far less than jovial. The bus drivers however are amazing and always seem to be in good spirits even at an arrival time of 4am. Overall with the cheaper prices and close proximity to the airport Wally Park is a good choice. However, I do find issue with having an app for my phone that allows me to pay a deposit and reserve parking, but does not allow me to simply show my receipt on the phone. To be fair every email and message on the app said YOU MUST PRINT RECEIPT. In a world that allows me to show my insurance to an officer on my smart phone I just figured it would come to reason that I could show it for a simple airport parking reservation. We also had a bit of a wait once at the airport. I saw other parking companies drive through several busses in the time it took to see one of mine. Again I find Wally Park simply satisfactory for parking a vehicle during a trip, over having to ask someone to drive us from my side of town. The staff is okay and drivers outstanding. I will continue to use Wally Park for my airport parking needs.

    The only problem I had was how unbelievably rude the last attendant who checked me out at the gate was when I returned to Hobby on Wednesday evening at 9pm. I'm a good man who would not normally loose it on a female but this one almost got it. From the get go she was glaring at me like she was going to spit on me or something. Then proceeded to argue with me about paying online even after I presented her with the receipt. The first attendant I had when departing on Tuesday morning was awesome, very helpful for a delirious traveler at 6am who didn't know where he was going.

    I returned from an 8 day trip and couldn't find my ticket. The attendant verified my entry from my airline confirmation and accepted the estimate shown on the partial prepayment receipt. No muss, no fuss. Good job.

    We make minimum of 4 trips per year. Don't act like I should know the routine. We're rushing to get to the airport, on vacation & return jet lagged. Don't get irritated if I forget the paper where I park; at least I remember where I parked and when I pay...so rude. Both drivers and attendants are rude. This is the second time I park here at the Hobby location and its the same thing. Your employees are rude and act like they are hassled but display a big sign that tips are not included in parking fee and is appreciated....my comment is EARN IT and just please be kind. I usually park at the Spot but the last two times it was full. I'm just saying sugar goes further than salt. Thank you.

    Great Service! I did not have long wait for departure or return for shuttlebus. Drivers were helpful. I misplaced the time/stamped ticket at entry to the lot. Wally Park honored the online reservations I made with specific times. I was within those days/hours. I printed out the hardcopy and showed the cashier. I was within the hours and WP charged me for appropriate times for length of stay. Otherwise, I would have had to pay the penalty. Thank You! I found the ticket later and would suggest some kind of logo printed on the ticket for easier recogniton. I will keep better track of ticket stub next time I travel. I will use WP again. It is really close to airport. Easy to access. Parking spaces were fine. I own a truck.

    The service was good. 4/5 1. Attendant was friendly and cooperated with me as I was not having the printed copy of my reservation,still insisted on bringing the hard copy of online booking next time onward. Usage of hard copy must be eliminated in today's world! 2. The parking-lot needs more lights near the fence. 3. There must be atleast one urinal restroom for customers. 4. Shuttle must be little bit more frequent. (when 8-9 parking-spot shuttles passed by then I could see 1 wally-park shuttle)

    After I reserved a spot and paid I got a message that told me I had to print out a copy and if not, I may be charged a different rate or be asked to pay for the full amount. I do not own a printer and would have appreciated knowing this information before hand. I called Wally Park and they told me the same thing- basically I had to remember while at a wedding to ask the hotel to print it out for me. It was a bit inconvenient, and I suggest letting people know before they pay so that they can make arrangements to have the confirmation printed.

    Electronic payment system was not working. The attendant had been on the job for more than 15 hours and was extremely flustered. We paid with cash even though we had been gone for 14 days but other customers didn't have enough cash. She apparently had no back-up system to accept credit card payments when the electronic payment system didn't work. We didn't feel confident that the records would be correct and that we wouldn't be charged again via our credit card.
