We make minimum of 4 trips per year. Don't act like I should know the routine. We're rushing to get to the airport, on vacation & return jet lagged. Don't get irritated if I forget the paper where I park; at least I remember where I parked and when I pay...so rude. Both drivers and attendants are rude. This is the second time I park here at the Hobby location and its the same thing. Your employees are rude and act like they are hassled but display a big sign that tips are not included in parking fee and is appreciated....my comment is EARN IT and just please be kind. I usually park at the Spot but the last two times it was full. I'm just saying sugar goes further than salt. Thank you.
My new place to park after years with another company.
I wish the driver would have told us when he drop us off were the pick up would be when we came back.
Great Service! I did not have long wait for departure or return for shuttlebus. Drivers were helpful. I misplaced the time/stamped ticket at entry to the lot. Wally Park honored the online reservations I made with specific times. I was within those days/hours. I printed out the hardcopy and showed the cashier. I was within the hours and WP charged me for appropriate times for length of stay. Otherwise, I would have had to pay the penalty. Thank You! I found the ticket later and would suggest some kind of logo printed on the ticket for easier recogniton. I will keep better track of ticket stub next time I travel. I will use WP again. It is really close to airport. Easy to access. Parking spaces were fine. I own a truck.
all was excellent but price a little too high!
The service was good. 4/5 1. Attendant was friendly and cooperated with me as I was not having the printed copy of my reservation, still insisted on bringing the hard copy of online booking next time onward. Usage of hard copy must be eliminated in today's world! 2. The parking-lot needs more lights near the fence. 3. There must be atleast one urinal restroom for customers. 4. Shuttle must be little bit more frequent. (when 8-9 parking-spot shuttles passed by then I could see 1 wally-park shuttle)
I have used this parking lot before and am extremely satsfied .No waiting going or coming. very prompt service. I do recommend it.
This was the best parking. Easy Breezy.
The lady working the entrance gate was not very friendly. She was to short with me.
After I reserved a spot and paid I got a message that told me I had to print out a copy and if not, I may be charged a different rate or be asked to pay for the full amount. I do not own a printer and would have appreciated knowing this information before hand. I called Wally Park and they told me the same thing- basically I had to remember while at a wedding to ask the hotel to print it out for me. It was a bit inconvenient, and I suggest letting people know before they pay so that they can make arrangements to have the confirmation printed.
driver drove pretty fast and erratic.
Shuttle was there when we parked and when we arrived at the airport.Would definitely recommend Wally Park, nice clean shuttle and fast service at a reasonable price.
On check out, the attendant was rude.
Electronic payment system was not working. The attendant had been on the job for more than 15 hours and was extremely flustered. We paid with cash even though we had been gone for 14 days but other customers didn't have enough cash. She apparently had no back-up system to accept credit card payments when the electronic payment system didn't work. We didn't feel confident that the records would be correct and that we wouldn't be charged again via our credit card.
The covered parking is plentiful and spaced well.
Great drivers. Very helpful and courteous.
I just would like to say that would be great if we could pay the full price in advance, instead of just the reservation, which is around 25% of the price. But the rest was really great!
Exit attendant was reluctant and slow to acknowledge my presence at the gate. Talking on a phone and engaged with another attendant while I waited in my car. No directions to be found on my tickets as to how to access the shuttle when returning to HOU. No answer on parking lot telephone when I tried to query about shuttle. Learned where to go from a Parking Spot shuttle driver. Wally shuttle driver had no clue where my car was, fortunately I had memorized what was on the ticket that I had given him.
My main concern with this parking lot is that the spaces are way too narrow ! It would be nice to have a section with wider spaces for trucks and vans. There certainly were enough trucks in the lot to justify larger spaces. I suspect most of us would be willing to pay $1 or $2 more to prevent dents and dings to our vehicles.
I had no trouble finding the lot. The staff and bus driver when I got there were very helpful and courteous. The shuttle was very prompt when I parked and when I got back. However, I drive a 1 ton megacab dually. I got in the lot and parked with no problem. But when I got ready to leave, I couldn't fit through the one lane they had open at the booth. I asked the girl working what I should do. Her response was not helpful. She said I don't know. So I asked if I could pay her and go out the "in" gate. She said no. I then asked again what can I do (I couldn't imagine I was the first dually to ever park there), she said "I don't know". Again no help. Finally I said can I follow one of the buses out, she said no because it only lets one at a time out and she didn't have a clicker. So I asked again. What can I do. She said again "I don't know" offering no help. So when the next bus came by I just looked at the driver and he motioned to me to go to the out gate for the buses. When I did he used his remote (like a garage door opener) and let me out. it was simple yet this one employee made it hard.
