The Holiday Inn shuttle was late to take us to the airport and late to pick us up at the airport, after I called to let them know we had arrived and had picked up our luggage. For our next trip, I think I will use a different hotel.
Arrival Info:
Please arrive at Holiday Inn San Jose 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When arriving at the lot, you will be directed where to park your vehicle. Shuttles leave every hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm.
Airport Transportation:
Shuttles leave every ½ hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm.
Operation Hours:
Shuttles run from 5AM to 11PM.

Holiday Inn San Jose offers secure airport parking at a great rate. They provide transportation to and from the airport terminals on modern and clean shuttle buses that leave every 1/2 hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm. Please arrive at the Holiday Inn San Jose 15 minutes before you need to be at San Jose Airport and you will be transported free of charge and recieve help with your luggage. A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Pier and Amtrak Station. Car care is available while you are away. On your return to SJC please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area to contact hotel for shuttle service. The operator will direct you where to wait for the shuttle.
