The Holiday Inn shuttle was late to take us to the airport and late to pick us up at the airport, after I called to let them know we had arrived and had picked up our luggage. For our next trip, I think I will use a different hotel.

Review Guidelines

Directions:

Direction 1

FROM SAN JOSE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Go out of the main exit of the Airport (You will be on Airport Parkway) and continue straight until the third stoplight. Make a right on Old Bayshore Road. Go across First Street. We are on the corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Direction 2

FROM SAN FRANCISCO & THE PENINSULA:
Take 101 South (San Jose) to the Brokaw Road/First Street exit. Go straight through two lights. We are on the corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Direction 3

FROM SACRAMENTO/STOCKTON:
Take Highway 5 South (Los Angeles) to 205/580 West (Tracy/San Francisco) to 680 South (San Jose) to 101 North (San Francisco). Follow 101 to the Brokaw Road/North First Street exit; make three consecutive lefts (Brokaw, North First, and Old Bayshore). We are on the corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Direction 4

FROM PLEASANTON/CONCORD: Take Highway 680 South (San Jose) to 101 North (San Francisco). Follow 101 to Brokaw Road/North First Street exit; make three consecutive lefts (Brokaw, North First Street, and Old Bayshore). We are on the Corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Direction 5

FROM OAKLAND/FREMONT/MILPITAS:
Take 880 South (San Jose) to the Brokaw Road exit. Turn right at the light and go straight about a mile or so. Stay on the left hand lane. Turn left on Old Bayshore. We are on the right hand side on the corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Direction 6

FROM LOS GATOS/SANTA CRUZ:
Take 17/880 North (San Jose/Oakland) to the First Street exit. Turn left at the light and go about a mile or so. We are on the right side on the corner of First and Old Bayshore.

Arrival Info:

Please arrive at Holiday Inn San Jose 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When arriving at the lot, you will be directed where to park your vehicle. Shuttles leave every hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm.

Airport Transportation:

Shuttles leave every ½ hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm.

Operation Hours:

Shuttles run from 5AM to 11PM.

Additional Information:

Holiday Inn San Jose offers secure airport parking at a great rate. They provide transportation to and from the airport terminals on modern and clean shuttle buses that leave every 1/2 hour on the hour from 5am to 11pm. Please arrive at the Holiday Inn San Jose 15 minutes before you need to be at San Jose Airport and you will be transported free of charge and recieve help with your luggage. A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Pier and Amtrak Station. Car care is available while you are away. On your return to SJC please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area to contact hotel for shuttle service. The operator will direct you where to wait for the shuttle.
