    Dropping off my car at the Hilton Dulles was quick and easy. The hotel van driver was waiting for me to check in my car and immediately took us to the airport. He gave instructions on where to locate the hotel van upon returning to Dulles airport. When we returned, the van was outside waiting. The driver had ice cold bottled water on the van for us, helped with our bags, and provided superior customer service. I highly recommend them for convenience, price, and service. Wish I'd have know about this service sooner!

    Parking lot had a lot of taped off areas that could not be used. Had to park extremely far away from shuttle pick up at hotel, which was challenging while carrying 2 suitcases and a computer bag. I always travel in flip-flops to make it easier to take off shoes when going through TSA at the airport. I parked for 11 days, so I saved aroiund $30. Overall, this was not worth the savings, to worry aout coordinating the shuttle time with departure and then the extra time of shuttle after arrival.

    Normally, I would have rated the "good" to "excellent" only the hotel is under construction so it was a little more difficult to find and park.....but not too bad. Everything went smoothly only bus from Dulles back was at least a 15-20 min. wait....it seemed every hotel van but ours came by......

    We arrived at Dulles at 9:00 pm. Just missed the 9:15 pm shuttle and had to wait until 9:45 pm. There were probably 25 people waiting to take the shuttle so we did not get on. Had to wait until the next shuttle came. Lot's of people were waiting and mad and there should have been shuttles provided every 15 minutes since so many people were trying to get on. The shuttle drivers were very courteous but the long wait after we arrived may cause us to reconsider using this service again. Although the economy parking fare is higher, there are constant buses available to go to the economy parking lots.

    the shuttle did not arrive at the provided time, and when I called the hotel, they informed me that the shuttle service has stopped, due it it being late, and I should take a cap, which is unacceptable since I did ask in advance if they do pick up at my arrival time (1.00 am), and they said yes. not to mention that when I walked to the pick up location, I've noticed that almost all other hotels were picking up their customers except for the Hilton.

    Our second time parking at the Dulles Hilton -- this time there was building work in progress near the main entrance, so there would have been no cover while waiting for the shuttle had it rained--fortunately, it did not. The shuttle departure and arrival times were what we expected.

    It was not clear from the prepaid reservation how to actually use the lot. we found we had to check in at hotel and get a windshield banner for the car. when told where to park, many parts were blocked off which had spaces.....and cars with the airport sticker on their windshield inside. Definitely convenient except for access from dulles toll road - need to circle back coming and going to avoid toll if coming from DC, so allow time for this. Otherwise, great and convenient

    Hilton parking worked very well, shuttle on time both delivery and pickup, drivers helpful and courteous. Parking lot was big but parking spots are on small size.

    Shuttles are every 1/2 hour (:00 & :30) so you must time it well. While I know it's not Hilton's primary business to rent parking spaces, maybe they could have a speedier and better-marked parking program. I was told to park on the very back row to the left of the hotel. All the spots in that row were taken, making me worry about the choice of spot I made (with no time to return to the hotel to ask). Did they oversell their parking or is proceeding to the next-to-last row ok? I worried the entire trip. Some airport lots better mark their approved spots. This was not a huge problem, just a means of worry. The hotel staff knew the program and shuttle service well, which put me at ease.

    Got in at 5;45am called hotel and was told to driver would be there by 6:15. Driver never showed up until 6:45. I was not happy. Will not use your hotel again for that reason

    Hotel did not expect the influx of customers (i.e. hotel customers + customers only for parking only) waiting for being picked up from the airport. Shuttle was too small and on sporadic schedule. Worst, a particular driver accelerated his speed without stopping once he saw the crowd of customers!!! Repeatedly phone calls to the hotel lobby only to get the answer that "they will be sending another shuttle" which lead to another 40 minutes waiting to no where. Had to call the Uber to take us back to the parking lot to retrieve our car. Will never ever park our car there.
