I've done this twice and would recommend to anyone wanting to save on airport parking fees.
Next time I will just use the airport economy parking - the shuttle to the airport parking lot is much more frequent than the Hilton's shuttle. The shuttle was at capacity in the morning and you had to walk a roundabout way through the hotel to get your parking permit.

First time I used this location. Hotel under construction. Hard to locate main lobby to check in shuttle slow both ways.
The construction at the front door of the hotel caused some issues with access. I had to go some distance to register my car, then again to park it, and finally to get back to the shuttle.
The shuttle picked us promptly at the airport, and the return tirp to pick up the car was easy and uneventful. We will use this service again
I missed the 5:30 AM shuttle and had to take an Uber to the airport... The day before I preemptively inquired about the situation and was told a taxi would be readily available. The ETA was 15-20 mins so I had to call an Uber which negated the cost savings of parking this far away from Dulles. The hotel is not conveniently located.
The facility was under construction but even with those challenges it was well organized. Very good service as the driver went out of his way to drop me closer to my car than the designated area. Well done. I am happy
On September 25 we had some difficulty finding the location of the Hilton Hotel. We missed the Towerview turn and drove a couple of miles too far on McLearen before getting directions from a gas station. Then, when we arrived at the Hilton Hotel, it took a long time to find the check-in desk because of construction work. On our return on September 29, we waited 35 minutes at Dulles for the shuttle back to the Hilton parking lot.
When I first arrived at hotel, I had just missed the first shuttle so I was first for the next. I went to restroom and although the younger attendee tried to get me to go on a 10 min walk and up some stairs, I went straight to the lobby and came back with maybe 2 other guests in front of me. As more folks came and the first bus was loaded up with passengers putting their own bags in the back, a second pulled up yet when I tried to get on, the driver asked me if the first was filled (after 4 or 5 others already boarded his. I said looks like it why, do I need to wait or am I not allowed on this bus? He hesitated, put my bag up front rather than on the stands with the others and said its probably okay. I was confused because it was mixed with non flight crew and some crew. He made me uncomfortable and I STILL tipped him. The way back, pick up at airport, we seemed to wait close to 30 min.
This was a very easy alternative to the airport lot. I had a bit of a wait in the way back. I came in between the shuttles. It wasn't a bad wait, the driver helped me with me bags. It was overall a good experience.
Never have I had such a great parking and shuttle experience as I had at the Hilton. Information regarding entry to the facility due to the construction at the primary entrance would have been good prior to arrival.
The Hilton is undergoing renovations so the whole place is a mess but it's still easy and I had no problem finding a spot to park.
The hotel being under construction made for a more confusing walk to the check in desk, but once I found that everything was simple. The shuttle to pick me up was right there once I parked. Upon return I found the location for pick up quickly, but had to wait about 20 minutes to be picked up. I was dropped off right by my car location and it was well lit making me more comfortable at night. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely use it again.

Once the Hilton gets its main entrance completed, no longer using the "temporary hotel entrance" signs, this parking service will be much improved. We will use it again when flying out of Dulles.
We had no problems going to the airport. Coming back, we arrived at Dulles at 11:00 and were waiting in the shuttle pick-up area no later than 11;30. At 11:40, the Hilton shuttle slowed slightly in the outer lane and took off again. The other hotel shuttles all parked for a few minutes. I called the hotel to see if they had multiple shuttles running. They put me on hold while they called the driver and said simply that the shuttle would be back in 15 minutes. During the time we were waiting, we saw each hotel shuttle come by 2 and 3 times. The Hilton shuttle never showed. At midnight, we caught a taxi (for $15) as we still had 1.5 hours to drive home. I would have a difficult time parking there again.
