    I was very pleased with my most recent parking experience at the Hilton Washington Dulles hotel. There were many available parking spots, the service was fast and courteous and the shuttle that dropped me off and picked me up from the airport was efficient and reliable.

    Was disappointed the Hilton Dulles Airport no longer allows long-term parking in its underground lot. Won't consider using that venue again.

    Departing The Hilton Parking service is worth using. I paid $37.oo, which included the tip for the shuttle operator to the airport. Underground parking at the Hilton is tight so be careful with corners and backing up. It took a few minutes to find a parking, so be sure to allow additional time. The Hilton Shuttle service drops you off right at your departing airline. There is a 5 to 10 minute wait for the shuttle. Returning The shuttle service does not run after 12am or close to 12am so don’t bother calling the front desk. The CAB ride is short (5 minutes) and cost approx., $7.00 US. If you are arriving close too or after 12am, be sure you see the front desk before departing the garage. The exit box is a little old and there’s no attendant in the parking area for assistance if needed. This will save you an additional trip from garage to front desk. As me how I know LOL. When I return from my 5 day trip my vehicle was just as I left it.

    Drop off was quick - front desk took credit card for amount due (minus reservation fee) and issued parking tag. Numerous parking spots, though still a few days before Christmas rush. On return, hotel shuttle ran frequently (didn't need to call ahead, though it was a mid-afternoon arrival) - only about 10 minute wait. Driver very helpful with luggage both ways.

    The shuttle service was not on time, the 4:45 shuttle was too full so we could not take it and the next shuttle did not arrive until 45 minutes later - the reason given to us because the driver was waiting for an air crew at a different location then what we were asked to meet at. We waited 45 minutes in 25 degree weather for the shuttle when all of the other shuttle services by other hotels came atleast 2-3 times during that time. Will never go with Hilton Shuttle service again. We went with Hilton due to its name and quality of service, but this did not meet our expectation.

    When I made my reservation for the Hilton lot a car registration # wasn't required as it had been at another lot I used. This meant a trip back to the car for the information. Why not just colllect this when making computer registration. Hotel desk staff are not fully familiar with what's required, which meant I had to make several trips back to my car for informaton or to hang identification tags. Otherwise a good experience at this lot which I've used twice.

    Advertisement said that the shuttle ran every 5-10 minutes. However it actually ran only every 30 minutes. My actual service was very good, but this aspect of the information provided was not accurate and could have been problemmatic for someone on a tighter schedule.

    I got there at 5:55 a.m. and the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 6 a.m. But it took me 5 minutes to check in at the desk, and the shuttle wouldn't wait 2 more minutes for me to go to my car and get my bags. So I had to pay another $25 for the hotel car service, which almost defeated the purpose of using airportpartking.

    I paid in advance for 20+ days of parking but came back several days early. Hilton said there was no way to refund my fees for the parking days I did not use. I ended up paying for four days I didn't use.

    The rating of mine is based on the fact that I had a huge scratch on the side of my car that was unexplainable due to the location of where I had parked my car. Someone must have intentionally done that because it was parked on the end of the row without any need for anyone to squeeze by for anything. The shuttle driver was wonderful!
