I chose this lot because other lots had bad reviews about the shuttles. While I waited for the shuttle, I saw at least two of the other hotels' shuttles arrive and leave again. Called the hotel after waiting a half hour and was told one would be there in five minutes. Shuttle came in just under 15. I would recommend using one of the other lots around Dulles instead.

The hotel staff was excellent. And the shuttle from the hotel to the airport ran every 15 minutes, giving us time to get checked in. However, when we returned, I called the hotel and the attendant said the shuttle would arrive at the airport in 3 minutes. Apparently, we missed that one but the next one was almost 30 minutes later. The driver was courteous but I didn't expect to have to wait that long between shuttles.

I HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR BEFORE MY CAR ARRIVED FOR MY PICK UP AFTER CALLING IN TO ANNOUNCE MY ARRIVAL. I WAS IN A HURRY, EXHAUSTED & FRUSTRATED. I HAD NO LUGGAGE & NEEDED TO BE SOMEWHERE ASAP. NEVER MADE IT THERE ON TIME DUE TO THE PICK UP DELAY. I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES BEFORE I GOT PICKED UP.

I arrived at the hotel parking facility around 5:30 A.M. by the front desk. The young lady asked me to fill up a couple of papers for information etc. There were no instructions to read on, and I was told to park the car to any empty / convenient spot, and I did. Upon going back to her in the front desk, I was given a numbered stub & instructed to go back to the car and put the ID stub number on the dashboard visible on the car's windshield. I had to go back and walk some 30 cars away to the parking lot and then back to the waiting van. NOT GOOD ANTICIPATION NOR CONSIDERATION ON THE PART OF YOUR FRONT DESK PERSONNEL, AND NOT GOOD TO ME WHOSE GOT DEGENERATIVE ARTHRITIS ON MY LOWER LEGS.

Indoor parking was not available as garage was under construction, the hotel did discount the total rate because of the construction.

Patheic service - the shuttle drivers and staff answering the phone could care less about passengers. Waited about 1 hour (3 cycles of shuttle) waiting for pickup due to over capacity. Would not park at Hilton Washington Dulles again

the shuttle driver on my return to the parking was very helpful! He carried my heavy luggage in and out of the shuttle and even dropped me off right next to my car and put my suitcase in the trunk

I would have appreciated a card from the shuttle giving the phone number to call for a shuttle and where to wait for it. When I came back, the shuttle driver was not as helpful as I have seen in other lots. Waited a while to help me with the bags. I tipped him anyway but he did not thank me. Otherwise everything was fine and I will use your parking again if I fly from that airport.

The hotel (Hilton) only had one shuttle running that day. The desk personnel were slow - he did not have change at the front desk and needed to go to the restaurant to break a $20 bill. By the time we got outside the driver would not wait for us to get our bags out of the trunk so we had to wait for him to come back. Luckily we had a little extra time otherwise this wouldn't have been a good situation.
