We had a little bit of trouble when we got back to the parking lot after our trip. Ended up having to go into the hotel lobby to straigthen out payment, and it took an extra 10-15 minutes. (Hilton St. Louis Airport). Other than that, though, every

Once we found the lot, there was no problem. Finding the lot with the directions you gave us was the only problem we encountered. I strongly suggest that you put the exit number off of I-70 (236).

The directions regarding how to enter the parking given the fact that one is not a hotel customer was a bit confusing. However, the attendants at the front desk were a tremendous help. Great shuttle service.

The parking lot was unattended when we returned. They did have a button to press for help and we were able to exit the lot and pay in the lobby. This is a departure from previous use of the lot and we were somewhat inconvenienced.

It took me 50 minutes from the time I parked in the lot till I got to the terminal. There was no attendent at booth and had to go into Hilton lobby to clarify my payment
