    Once we found the lot, there was no problem. Finding the lot with the directions you gave us was the only problem we encountered. I strongly suggest that you put the exit number off of I-70 (236).

    The directions regarding how to enter the parking given the fact that one is not a hotel customer was a bit confusing. However, the attendants at the front desk were a tremendous help. Great shuttle service.

    The parking lot was unattended when we returned. They did have a button to press for help and we were able to exit the lot and pay in the lobby. This is a departure from previous use of the lot and we were somewhat inconvenienced.

    It took me 50 minutes from the time I parked in the lot till I got to the terminal. There was no attendent at booth and had to go into Hilton lobby to clarify my payment
