Airport parking is through valet only with a 2-night minimum. Access in and out of the garage is not allowed. Vehicles will be covered in the hotel's parking garage. Please drive to the main entrance of the hotel and present a copy of your Reservation Receipt to a valet attendant. This receipt will be kept by the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport departs from this same location.
Our shuttle departs from the main entrance of the hotel at :05, :25 and :45 minutes past each hour. No reservations are required. PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle service is on demand between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM, and you must call the hotel to schedule a pick-up. A courtesy phone is available at the airport, for your convenience.

I parked at the Hilton Airport before and was very happy, which is why I selected this location again. The parking was supposed to be in the garage. However, when the car was delivered, it was obvious it was parked outside, not in the garage. (Dirty from rain, and hot from the day's sun).
Expensive ! My husband did not have a great experience the last time he parked here.
The wait to GO to the airport was fine, about 10 minutes. The wait to get picked up was BAD. We came in around 1 a.m. as noted on our reservation. It was VERY cold (around 20) and we called several times before it was picked up. We waited about 30 minutes total, including the call time to get back to the lot.

It was so nice when I came home on a flight that was pretty late in the evening, that I didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle. Then, the driver asked who had used the airport parking, and called ahead with our ticket number so my car was waiting when we got there. It was so quick and easy! I would definitely do it again.
This is an outstanding service and we'll use it again.
I thought we'd paid for covered parking, but it was clear from the ice and dirt on the car that it had been parked outside.
Hilton: Good place to park if all the other lots are full. Very reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for here. Valet at the hotel entrance was great, but wait times for the shuttle are ridiculous. At least at the hotel you can wait in the lobby. When coming back, good luck. They say the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, but we waited over 30 at the shuttle pickup point, where there is no shelter, with a 7 month old. We saw every other service go by at least twice while waiting. Then, with only 1 shuttle, it was packed full. Valet was great both coming and going and shuttle driver was nice (same person coming back). This would be a much better place to park if they had more shuttles!
The shuttle took a long time to pick us up. They weren't ready with our car when we got there, and so what should have taken 20 minutes tops, took almost an hour.Definitely not a great way to end our trip.

My only complaint is the same as the reviews on the internet. You need to take off your site that the parking IS covered. It is NOT! You claim the parking is covered, this is why I came to you. My car was parked without cover. I specifically asked for covered parking (as suggested on a customers review). I was told there is no covered parking left. Good thing I didn't not trust the Hilton and I brought my work van, so I would be ok with NOT covered parking. I feel the Hilton purposely misleads customers so the will park with the Hilton. By the time we know there is NO covered parking available, it is too late and we are at your mercy. I will not park with you until your internet states the truth or you honor your claims. Thank you.
The attendant left on my dome light and clearly knew it by the way they ran off after telling someone else I needed a jump. The security, after showing up 45 mins later after I repeatedly asking the Valet if they were coming, then questioned me about how often this happens to try and pass it off as a common occurrence with my vehicle. After I saw my dome light had been left on, and I told this to the security guard, also didn't say another word to me, jumped my car and ran off while I sat for 15 minutes gassing my vehicle to make sure it didn't die to charge my battery. They didn't wait to see if I had any future problems or needed any further assistance. Will NEVER go back here again. The one star I HAVE to give goes for the fact it is a covered garage and very close to the airport, though it would've been faster to walk then wait for the shuttle.
My overall rating would have been 5 stars if the valet would have been able to find our keys quickly upon our return. We had to wait 15 minutes for him to find our keys...they weren't in the valet box, not sure where he found them.
It was very convenient to park so close and I will be using it again for my future flights!
Would definitely recommend parking at the Hilton. Very quick, easy and the staff were great.
It said covered parking but when they pulled my car up it was all wet. Not sure what happened there...
Long wait for the shuttle, 25 minutes. It was full when it arrived, so we had to take a taxi to the hotel when we arrived at seatac. Waited another 10 minutes for the valet attendant to show up, and another 10 min for our car to arrive. Car was covered in ice, so this parking is certainly not "indoor" as claimed. Terrible experience.
Car was not parked in a covered area - website indicates that cars are undercover - my car was parked outside and didn't move from its location from drop off till I picked it up.
A wonderful service and much appreciated for its convenience and meeting our needs
