Airport parking is through valet only with a 2-night minimum. Access in and out of the garage is not allowed. Vehicles will be covered in the hotel's parking garage. Please drive to the main entrance of the hotel and present a copy of your Reservation Receipt to a valet attendant. This receipt will be kept by the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport departs from this same location.
Our shuttle departs from the main entrance of the hotel at :05, :25 and :45 minutes past each hour. No reservations are required. PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle service is on demand between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM, and you must call the hotel to schedule a pick-up. A courtesy phone is available at the airport, for your convenience.

As good of an experience I've had at any world-class airport.
Car was wet - (not from washing) time of day was dry so could not have gotten rained on if just came from covered parking. Covered is one of the primary reasons I like parking here, but not if this happens again
It took about one hour from the time we got to the shuttle stop at Seatac airport to the time we got in our car.
I chose this service because it promised covered parking and my windshield leaks. When I returned to Seattle, my car was wet inside as well as outside. Hmmmm, should I use this service again?
For a shuttle that was to run every 20 minutes I waited 45 minutes. As I waited I watched the frequency of other shuttles (know where I will park next time). Had to help valet find my keys kept in a plastic tub with all the other keys. Waited a long time for him to come back with my vehicle. Overall not a good experience
Everything was good except for the long wait for shuttle pickup from the airport.
Our first time parking here and loved it, will park there again, very close to airport. We even walked back from the airport to get our car with our luggage and all, via the Light Rail assess, very convenient. :)
Web site read that parking was in covered lot, however when our car was retrieved it seemed to have been sitting in the rain and cold weather all day...not sure if it was pulled into a temporary lot before arrival.
Both the shuttle driver and the valet were excellent and professional. We'd use Hilton again for sure.
The parking attendant went over and above to assist me! I was in a time crunch and he was very quick and professional and got me on my way. On the way back, the driver helped with everything, from my bags to radioing in to have my car ready etc. By far the best service I've had when leaving my car somewhere. Thank you!
Shuttle was timely on day of our departure. It was 10 or 15 minutes late when we returned to SeaTac (showing up at 10:25PM) At hotel, the valet was 5 minutes late. Mixed me up with a hotel guest and could not find my key. He ran off to get car, returned and parked it in rain about 50 feet from my bags. He offered no help with bags and ran off to get another car.
Best airport parking I've ever used. I plan to use the Hilton exclusively from now on because of the friendly drivers, the cost and the valet parking!
This was our first park & ride reservation at the Hilton. My husband had to cancel the trip at the last minute. It went like clock work!! Staff was great, friendly, helpful and timely. Beautiful lobby to wait and facilities. Upon my return, my car was warming up and waiting for me. Within 25 mins of leaving the plane, I was in my car heading home. The only confusion I had was I didn't see any signage for park & ride, so I wasn't sure where to park and check in. Thanks for providing this service with friendly and helpful staff.
I chose this location because of the valet service and covered parking however the parking was overbooked and obviously the car was parked off site and not in the hotel covered parking as indicated. It took extra long for my car when we arrived even after calling when getting off the plane. This was quite disappointing since it was our go to lot. Waiting an extra 45 minutes for our car when arriving on a late definitely is not ok.
I'll park here in the future
Everything went fine until we got back to the Hilton to pick up the car and wound up having to wait nearly 40 minutes! This is not the way to end a trip!
The odd thing was that you had to find the attendant. The first guy was walking and told me to go ahead and park in the garage, and when I returned from my trip he would let me out. I had to take a ticket as that was the only way into the garage. When I returned and attempted to leave, I came to the gate where you were supposed to insert a credit card. I backed up and parked again, but then a guy appeared in a security car, I explained that I had paid in advance and showed him my printed receipt. He then opened the gate for me so that I could leave (and I gave him the ticket I had received earlier). Seemed to work fine, but just odd that you had to find a person to let you out.
I paid for my parking online the night before. As soon as I show up, a valet took my car and gave me a ticket. The shuttle had already arrived, and the driver immediately took my bag from me and stored it. He made polite conversation while we waited for everyone to get settled, and then we went to the airport. 9 days later, the shuttle driver remembered me and asked how my trip was. He even remembered I had my car parked with the valets, so he took my ticket and had them pull my car around. We quickly get back to the hotel, where my car is sitting right in front and it is even warm! Seriously that's a nice touch on a dark, cold, rainy, Seattle evening in December. I tipped the valet and left. Like that was it. Everything was so ridiculously smooth that I feel like I must have done something wrong. I can't stress how much I appreciate every single aspect of this service. It was cheaper, and more convenient than any other option. I am going to tell every single person I hear flying out of SeaTac for the rest of my life to use this service. I'm not joking.
When we came in to park our car, there was a few minutes wait while we found the shuttle driver, but then he was extremely attentive, and took us over to the airport right away. When we returned we only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive (don't need to call, it comes regularly), the driver took our ticket and called over to the Hilton so that when we pulled up in the shuttle, our car was already there. The convenience of paying ahead, as well as the quick and friendly service made this parking a breeze. The lot is also very close to the airport so travel time is short. I will definitely use the Hilton for airport parking in the future.
