Is the second time we use this service and we will use it again. Only one thing to point out: there was a wedding the night we drop the car and it took us a little while to find a spot in the inside parking lot, there were plenty of free spots in the outside one, but as snow was in the forecast we preferred to use the inside.
Shuttle was quick. Not all that clean or friendly. If you stay for less time than indicated, they will still ask you to pay the full amount.
Parking instructions need to be more specific.
Wish they had more Handicap slots.
I will do this again since everything worked out fine. There was no attendant, no written or visible signs. I was not sure what I was coming back to. Price was right, shuttle was timely.
Very simply to use and much easier than parking at O'Hare. Helpful front desk and driver made parking very simple.
There are no attendants and people to give directions. I was very confused after parking in the garage. I waited for over 30 mins to catch shuttle from airport to parking lot.
Outbound seemed to be a shuttle about every 10 minutes. Inbound I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the arrival gate

had to circle around before finding a spot. The first shuttle was a 40 minute wait then told me he wasn't going back to the airport and I had to wait for the next shuttle. That driver came 15 minutes later and took me to the arrivals area and dropped me off there because of traffic, I had to lug my bags half a block to get to the terminal. Missed my flight after having to wait in the mile long tsa line. I was at the shuttle stop two hours early.....

No problems here. Shuttle ride was short and comfortable.
David was the driver.. He was rude and made us wait in the cold while he put ALL the luggage in the back. Let us get on the bus!!!!! All other shuttle would open the door

For parking my car in Chicago, Airport Parking reservations got me a great deal at the Hilton Rosemont and a nice garage with a shuttle to the airport. Everything I needed!
Need to personally checkin at the hotel front desk which costed me in missed shuttle. I had to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle. On pickup we need to go to hotel front desk, pay the rest of the fees and collect gate pass.
We've used the Rosemont Hilton parking lot several times now and the experience couldn't be easier. Friendly staff, roofed parking, and not a long walk. Very happy with the experience once again.
Have used them 2 or 3 times now. Always have been satisfied with their service.
Walk from parking garage is a little far and could be a little confusing the first time you do it, but next time I'll know just what to do. Over all a good experience.
We used a taxi back from the airport so the first question and second question regarding lot attendants are not relevant.
