The parking experience at the Hilton in Rosemont was superior. This was covered parking with a convenient shuttle that runs on time. Went as planned and couldn't have asked for a better experience
The parking garage was quite full. We were not able to park in the designated Hilton spots and had to park in an Embassy Suites spot. This ended up being ok. Our flight was early on the return trip and we arrived back at the Hilton before the time we initially anticipated. This new time decreased our stay; however, my husband was still charged for the extra day.
Finding the shuttle without any instruction at the airport was very difficult. However both Mona and Megan were a tremendous help via telephone.
I loved this parking!!! Did it first time and going to use it again!!! Hilton Rosemont has a perfect parking for $7.00 per day. It can't get any better than that.
Service to terminal 5 by providers in general is not optimal requiring to call first. No scheduled shuttles run through that terminal
Have been using this service the last 4 trips and have been pleased. I like using my car and car seats to drive myself to the airport from home. shuttle service from hotel to airport has always been pleasant. And the parking fee reasonable.
It was very good experience: excellent service, shuttle to and from airport every 10 -15min. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely use Hilton hotel's parking service again and recommend it to our friends.

this parking option couldn't have been easier. The shuttle was on time and I especially appreciate being able to park and lock.
The shuttle to the airport arrived after 15 min, but the driver said it will take him 40 min to get to the airport with other locations / terminals and traffic. He recommended for us to take a taxi. I found this very strange. We took the taxi to make sure we are on time for the flight. There was not much traffic.

In my opinion, you should hire drivers who speak clear, standard English. I'm an ESL teacher so I'm accustomed to hearing different accents and dialects. However, in this day and age, many people living or traveling through America often have difficulties understanding subtle to severe differences in how English might be spoken. Having employees who enunciate properly, speaking standard English, reflects well on the Hilton. (I did not have a problem with either of our drivers. This is just an observation. I don't mean to offend anyone.) One more thing. Most people aren't going to remember that you said your shuttles will leave every 15 or 20 minutes when sometimes it might leave or arrive after 30 minutes. It did not in our case, but that's beside the point. Just as long as the shuttles are departing in a timely fashion, people will be satisfied. What people will remember, in my opinion, are these three things: 1) price, 2) location, 3) establishment--in that order. The Hilton had the cheapest prices, was close to the airport, and had a name we recognized and trusted. So, just keep things simple. If you don't add hidden fees, and your prices continue to be on the lower end of the scale, people will go on using the Hilton as their means of transport.
The process was SO easy! I parked at the Hilton in Rosemont and it was a seamless process. The shuttles run regularly, and there is very little to no wait time. Service was efficient and the price was right. We will most definitely book through you again!
After checking in w/hotel desk, I went to park my car. The shuttle bus came & left in the two minutes it took me to park. No wait time, just in & out. The lobby security person nor anyone informed the driver that there was another person to catch the shuttle. At 4am, there were only 2 or 3 people in the lobby, myself & or two shuttle passengers. I had to take a cab ($13.00) to the airport to catch my plane. I feel that the lack of coordination & designated wait time is unacceptable for this service. Will not be using this service for in the future.
The shuttle from Hilton Hotel was a little slow. We waited about 30 to 45 mins after getting off the plan. We notice several hotels that pulled up multiple times while standing at the door waiting.
Better signage would help. The Hyatt staff were great.
I tip the drivers every time. I suggest you have some kind of tactful way of "suggesting" a tip for drivers. I travel alot and would be accurate in saying that of people that take shuttles to / from the airport, only about 25% of them give tips. A good move for you to show your people you are trying to help them make more money and good for you because it's not at your expense!!
