Great from start to finish... First time so once I figured out to go right into parking to the shuttle (hit front desk before picking up car) and to wait for shuttle at P4 it was a breeze. Easy ticket validation and courteous staff inside and out. Both drivers were great, especially the personable Percy who offered to help with anything- directions, etc.
waited forever both ways other hotel shuttles came and went 2-3 times. very disappointed
I followed the arrow to parking which led to a garage. After parking and going to the hotel front desk I was told that I should have parked in the lot. The lot was tucked away to the left of the arrow behind a wall. At 2:30 am waiting with family to catch the shuttle to the airport, the desk manager told me to leave the car in the garage. He did not validate the ticket (I forgot to ask). Upon our return yesterday I went to the front desk and started to explain and ask for validation, afraid they would charge more for the garage. The desk manager would not let me explain, said it was okay. I assume what happened to me was not uncommon based on his reaction.
The price was right!! They need better signage, was quite confusing where to park and how not to get charged again to get out of parking lot, had to go to front desk! The vehicle was covered with bird droppings! Had to have the car hand washed to get all the droppings off!
No parking staff. Have to figure it out on your own.
People in hotel did not known if I had open or covered parking. Very confusing when I arrived
$25 for 3 days. Can't beat it. Easy to access, will use again. TIP: the parking lot is to the left of the hotel. It's not the parking deck on the right.
Hilton claims 30 minute wait times for pickup from the airport. NOT TRUE, We waited an hour and a half. Repeated phone calls to the hotel meant nothing. When a shuttle finally arrived, there was no room for us. The driver told us that another shuttle would come in 5 minutes. NOT TRUE. Called the hotel 3 times. Terrible service. Never again. Hilton shuttle service [was not good]. There were MULTIPLE shuttles from other hotels, but no Hilton.
Pros: close to the airport, attractive price. Cons: terrible shuttle service. After leaving the car, had to take a cab to the airport as the number of people waiting for shuttle and the time they had been waiting for guaranteed that I would miss my flight. On way back, I was lucky to get the shuttle after 20 min wait but fellow passengers were very vocal about having to wait for over an hour. Not worth saving a few bucks.
The service was good and overall it was fine. We had quite a wait to get the shuttle to the hotel on our return. Usually not a big deal but it was after 1:30 and with 3 kids the 30 minute wait seemed like hours.
Good experience except for the shuttle ride wait time very poor might be because it was late at night
Parking lot is in the open and not staffed. It was raining hard, but there was no offer of umbrella or anything like that to access the car.
the wait time was over 25 min on the return, we where first ones waiting unfortunately as others stated to gather when the shuttle finally arrived we were not fast enough nor did we want to risk an altercation we had to wait for the next shuttle. Ultimately, waiting approximately totally an hour.
Run the shuttle more frequently
fast, easy and reasonable. highly recommended. will definitely use again.
I will never use this again, we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for our return. When it finally arrived there was not enough room for our family so we were told to wait unti he came back which would be another 35+ minutes because they only had one shuttle operating. We watched all the other shuttle services arrive every 5 minutes yet the Hilton only had one. We had been traveling all day and it was 12:30 AM so we were not going to sit and wait 35 minutes where we would have to fight with everyone else who did not fit on the last shuttle hoping for a seat. We went back to the terminal and paid $24 for taxi service back to the parking lot . When I finally got my car it was completely covered in bird droppings, have never seen anything like it before (disgusting!!!).
Parking area was secure. Hotel staff was courteous. Shuttle driver was pleasant and was not a reckless driver like many other shuttle services.

I had good experience The only difficulty I had was with ticket trying to get out even after the receptionist scanned the parking ticket
I had some trouble getting out the gate when done, the card would not work, an attendant had to open the gate.
