There is no parking attendant you go to lot press a button get a ticket. Take the shuttle out in the front to your airline. The actual shuttle itself needs updating the shocks are gone which makes for an extremely bumpy ride. Leaving- the drive was did not speak much English and was confused about shuttle schedules Returning-the shuttle smelled of weed My car was parked in a large open lot. It area was safe and I did not feel like I was going to come back to a stolen or broken car Upon returning you simply take the ticket with your receipt of payment inside to the front desk they validate it and then you get your car. It was very quick.
It is my first time long-term parking experience. The experience was really wonderful. The entire process was smooth and easy.
I have used a few places in the past and always get some type of issue. Now, this was simple issue free and just what you need when getting back from a trip. Good people and hassle free this is my spot going forward and highly recommend it. Thanks all for allowing me and my family to end our vacation with joy. Keep it up!!!!

Lot was clean. Signage left somthing to be desired. Didn't know whether to go to outdoor lot or parking garage. Had to go in to hotel and ask.
don't like that I couldn't shorten my reservation to park after my travel plans changed....no flexibility is not good.
My return trip was an issue. I didn't know I had to take two trains to get to the shuttle location. Inconvenience especially when the dispatcher at the platform place me on the wrong train and I had two return and take two other trains. very frustrating. If I knew that before my trip I would not have parked at the Hilton. I would have preferred to walk out of the terminal and had my shuttle waiting for me.
Parking lot is small and gets full really quick. Nevertheless, it is in a secured location and the price was excellent. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. We had to wait longer than expected to get picked up, but it was 4am....so Ican't say how it might be during normal hours. I would use this parking lot again.
Parked at the Hilton Hotel which was a very nice experience . It wasn't clear that when you get off your plane you have to take the AitTrain to P4 to get picked up and return you to the hotel. But the shuttle experience, while there was a wait, was very organized and very professional. Our driver was named Percy and he was very much in control of the lines on the shuttles, a very good guy, very professional.
Had to wait a little too long for a pick up (maybe 25 min). Otherwise, all was great
Tricky area you need to know your way around. Also, trip started off horribly, as we got to shuttle waiting area 15 minutes early and stood at the vehicle's door to be sure we got on. Just as driver arrived, a large group showed up and the driver started loading bags from the group first telling us the line started in the back! And by the way, no more room on this shuttle, please wait for the next. At this point at 5:30am, I was irate. Argued and would not let the driver leave. Asked for the manager who had the good sense to tell the driver to let us on.
I always have excellent service and experiences with you and have used this service about 6 or 7 times now.
Everything was good except I paid.for coveted parking but had to park on roof due to no spots available on the covered levels. I would appreciate a refund of the difference
Easy to book easy to find. They over sell the covered lot so there is no spots to park in when you arrive. I got there 5am for my flight paid for under cover parking but found no spots. I had to wait 20 mins for bus to airport and it was full. Coming back had to wait about the same for bus back. Paid in advance so took ticket in with printed confirmation, they stamped and I was gone. Easy process only one negative the undercover parking lots is full of cars that look like they have been sitting there for a month or more, this leaves limited spots for others. I will park here again.
Shuttle is frequent. Parking lot is well maintained. Staffs are friendly. It is a very nice experience overall.
I certainly recommend this airport parking.
