    This was my 3rd use of the Hilton Parking in 4 weeks. The first time I waited 25 mins for the Shuttle, last week it was 35 mins and yesterday was 45 mins. I was with a bus full of people waiting. Many were already at P4 waiting before I arrived (and I waited 45 mins!!) When the shuttle finally got there, the others that were waiting longer than me openly voiced their displeasure as did I. We were all told they run 2 shuttles and there is "no way we waited more than 20 mins" She was very arrogant and honestly implied we were all exaggerating. Fact is I waited 45 mins and others were there before me. I will no longer use their lot and will not use the Hilton on any stay either. I often use the Renaissance down the street for my early morning flights and was considering changing but not after this latest trip.

    Drop off was at terminal, however, I was not told that I would have to take the air train to the shuttle pick up area upon my return.

    No courtesy, no directions to which parking lot to go. Shuttles were very late apx 30 mins wait time. they charged me too much for extra. Never going back to Hilton again

    All went smoothly in and out. Though the drop box could be more easily found. Maybe make it a brighter color than the ticket box. You will need to empty the drop box more frequently. One was very full, enabling some cards to be removed again. Thank you!

    Everything was great. Usually fly out of Philly or BWI and came to Newark because of pricing this time. I chose your lot as I have never parked up there before and knew that with the Hilton name and being close to the airport it would be a much better experience AND safer for us and our car. Glad we found you on the internet and if we fly from Newark again we will definitely use your lot.

    The wait time is too long and when we got to the P4 escalator headed down, the driver took off. I couldnt understand, since the train doesnt come every minute. They could clearly see that the people were headed down the stairs and the driver took off anyway. We had to wait there another 22 minutes, before another shuttle came by. I will NEVER park there again.

    We parked at the Hilton Newark Airport for 10 days. Since the parking lot uses the automatic gates, no lot attendants are encountered (since it requires an answer, I rated "Excellent" here). Process is easy: only need to go to the reception and show the pre-paid receipt to validate the parking ticket. Short wait for the shuttle to/from the airport. For departure, in comparison to parking in Newark airport P6, I would say it takes the same amount of time (well, maybe additional 5 min. or so).

    I saw multiple shuttles go by for every other hotel except Hilton which made us wait 20 plus minutes. Plus since I gave up my seat to another lady I was standing but nothing to hold which is dangerous. AC unit inside the car was leaking water on the passengers

    After returning to EWR the directions to P4 need to be more specific. Now that we know where it is, it will be easier next time. Overall good experience.
