    Hilton Newark airport cannot support the extra parking patrons... a shuttle came soon after we got to the airport bus stop, and filled up before we could get on. We waited 30min for the next shuttle - meanwhile tons of people for Hilton gathered - many were not able to board the 2nd shuttle. note that there were 2 buses parked at Hilton when I finally got back.... Would not park here again.

    When I arrived there was a single space available that another driver pointed out. The space was tightly wedged between a poorly parked car and a large trucking container at the very back of the lot. There was barely enough space to open my car door. I felt unsafe in the lot. When returning from my trip, we waited over 30 minutes for shuttle. Two large parked buses blocked the traffic lane requiring me to turn around in a tight space just to exit my parking space. What a nightmare! I will NEVER park there again, even if their price is a dollar or two less than other lots.

    Parking itself was good. To get to the hotel was a little complicated. When we parked when to the front desk reception to validate the parking ticket as was it says on reservation the guy told us to do it when we come back. The shuttle was fast on the way to the airport but coming back we waited for about 20 min and the bus was packed.

    This location is very convenient for EWR and we'll continue to use it. Some improvements should be considered to enhance the experience (such as bigger shuttles; ours was overfilled and couldn't handle everyone waiting).

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Lot had security. Only negative was the wait which was not bad outgoing but about 1/2 hour on my return for the bus. Then at the hotel I was behind a large group that was checking in so I had to wait until they were done just to get my ticket scanned since I was prepaid (which took all of 10 seconds).

    Easy to find parking garage, parked on first floor, shuttle filled up but a back-up shuttle was paged and literally came within 5 minutes. The Shuttle leaves every 20 min on the hour and I happen to arrive 15 min of that and left on time. I had a delayed flight due to bad weather and my prepaid reservation thru this website was accepted without trouble. Con was locating the shuttle pick up area at Newark Aiport. Locate the AirTrain and find the stop "P4". I made the mistake of exiting one of the terminals and walking to ground transportation looking for "P4". Not correct. You have to take the AirTrain to P4. It will make sense once you see the map of the Air Train system. The shuttle picks up every 20 min on the half hour and was right on time and had enough seats back to the Hilton Parking. Will use again.

    Arrived an airport early in the morning due to delay, waited an hour for shuttle to come, watching other shuttles go by multiple times. Phone was recording only which claims 24/7 every 20 min or so. Frustrated and neglected, back to terminal and took a cab to the parking lot. Shuttle should go around the clock as it claims. Not a good experience at all.
