Good experience overall. Longest wait was 10 minutes and the shuttle's were clean. Would recommend this service anytime.
Hilton means business when they state the shuttle to and fro to the air port leaves on the hour and every 20 minutes there after. They run a "tight ship" so slackers beware.
Safe parking. Starbucks Coffee great right in the hotel while you wait. Excellent winter accommodations for protected parking if it snows.
We seemed to have a much longer wait last night. There were multiple pick-ups from other hotels before our shuttle came.
This was absolutely outstanding, very easy and just perfect.
It is a self parking lot and there are no attendants present.
upon return it was not clear where to get shuttle-after waiting at an area for shuttle services, I called and found out "P4" had to be reached by Airtrain-once we knew what to do (after 45 mins)everything was ok- also there was not enough parking spots-had to make our own spot
Hard to get directly to the turnpike allways wind up going south on Rt 9, How can I get to the Tpke south without a hassel in Elizabeth?

Overall good experience. No wait when I arrived at the lot, 20 minute wait at airport. Tried to email question, but email would not go through. Couldn't get a human when I tried to call.
The problem is on the return. You have to take the air train to P4 and that took an extra 20 minutes and then had to wait for the shuttle (another 10 minutes). PS: You also need your little tciket receipt from the gate or else you have to wait to leave. I will not go back.

Checking in is as simple as driving through one of the automated gates, getting a card and finding a spot. Lot could use some additional lighting and there was a broken beer bottle in my chosen spot. Shuttle was waiting on both ends of the trip and drivers were competent and friendly. Checkout involved simply handing a copy of the receipt to the desk clerk and receiving a "get out of lot free" card. This is my preferred lot at Newark Liberty.

Newark Airport Hilton shuttle was terrible. Waited at P4 for 40 minutes before first shuttle which was soon full. Second shuttle returned 50 minutes later. Driver was very helpful to make sure that those of us who could not get on the previous shuttle got on this one. Should have more shuttles running 4-6 PM.
No signage to indicate where parking facilities were

Noticed alot of glass on the ground as if someones vehicle had been broken into..not very comforting.
Wouldn't use again only because you have take the rail back. I actually took a cab back which cost me an extra $26. Most lots you text and they pick you right up. That's for me!
