There were no parking lot attendants, only the Hilton desk staff & driver of the van.
There are actually no parking attendants. The front desk of the hotel checks if the length of stay matches the prepaid reservation, and then processes the ticket taken on arrival so that it can be used to open the gate on exit

Shuttle takes too long to pickup at the airport given how close it is to the airport.
Need to know one needs to park in outside parking lot NOT the other inside parking lot.
Unlike other parking lots, all the hotels pick you up at P4. This means get off your plane, get your bag, go back to Airtrain, wait for one, get on the train to P4 and wait until a shuttle arrives. Problem is if there are a lot of people you may not even get on the first one that shows up. I'd rather use one of the other lots, you call them, they tell you where to meet out front, done.
The price was excellent the staff was very pleasant just to return shuttle from airport with little slow
This is a very difficult site to access and to exit
It was clean, safe and pleamty of parking spaces.
We used the GPS to locate the parking lot without any problems. Better signage indicating where parking was permitted would have been helpful. Also, better instructions on the voucher would be beneficial. It should be indicated on the voucher to take the parking ticket with you and not leave it in the car, so you can have it validated upon your return and not necesitate a trip to the car to retrieve it and then back to the hotel for validation. Instructions should be on the voucher directing you to take the air train at Newark to stop P4 to catch the shuttle back to the lot. This would negate the need to call upon return to find out where P4 was. Both drivers were professional, helpful, and courteous. We especially appreciated Percy's helpfulness. He is an asset to your company.

Over all good Experience but for the wait
Parking lot was very convent to airport. Had no interaction with parking lot employees since we just entered our ticket into machine and exited.
Only if I new I need to walk more than 10 min to be able to go back to the shuttle I would have never park on that location. I have used before the service with another company, that understood that carrying suitcases and running to get the shuttle is not great idea to start the trip, and so they go up to the place you park, they help you with all your backpacks, suitcases and they actually take care of you, Hilton parking lot is terrible. and in our way back we arrive 3am and yeah the same wait almost 40 min for shuttle to arrive to airport and then go walk all the way again where your car is.........my 10 years old daughter sleeping and I have to walk there was no choice..... very poor services . don't use that services go somewhere else.
The experience was everything the web site said it would be, quick, easy and professional.
There were no places in the uncovered lot so I had to park in the covered lot. That was ok, but it took me a while to figure it all out. Price was good.
Parking here was easy, reasonable, and I will definitely park here again. Great service and great prices!
