On my previous trip we had waited well over an hour and when the driver finally came he was eating chicken nuggets which indicated he stopped somewhere for lunch while customers were freezing waiting for him. On top of that at the hotel the hotel clerk was rude when I complained about the long wait. This time everything was perfect - Maybe they made some positive changes

No parking attendants at this lot. 5 minute wait to leave for the airport. Approximately 15 minute wait for the return trip. Overall very good service.
The Hilton Hotel lacks any kind of signage for a first time user. Will know in the future.

We waited an hour for the shuttle while other hotels had made at least 3 passes during that period.. When the driver arrived he was nibbling on chicken nuggets. The Hilton was the only hotel that had a backlog of people waiting because of the delay - the shuttle was filled. Shameful... Will use a different parking location in the future
great pricing as compared to other parking facilities
After very long flights, waiting longer the 15 minutes is too much. Also, having to take the monorail to the pickup site adds even more time, and out monorail pickup was also delayed due to them taking trains offline.
Verry good experience as expected. I have parked there at least 10 times. It is always consistent being connected to the Hilton...
Given that it was the Hilton, I expected better service. Took long time for pickup from airport. Shuttles were dirty and the seats were poor.
THE SPOTS WERE FULL OF SNOW AND I COULDNT PULL IN. FINALLY FOUND 1 LAST SPOT. FELT SORRY FOR THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE IN THE LOT LOOKING FOR SPOTS.
We've used the Hilton Airport parking many times. Competitive pricing and VERY easy to use.
No one told us that you had to go to P4 on monorail to get the shuttle back which cost us $25 by cab.
Better Clarification of the procedure to follow for retrieving the car on return
Parked my car walked to the front of the hotel and the shuttle came in 5 mins dropped me off to the airport. on my way back took the train to P4 and went down to see the shuttle bus waiting. Got to the hotel walked in with my parking ticket and proof of payment from online and was out in a minute and that was it. Easy, Quick, good price and friendly service from the drivers
An elevator to upper levels? Didn't see one, better lighting.
Hilton parking needs to add more Handicap Spots for in garage and outside. The walkway from garage to hotel is cracked, difficult to maneuver suitcases, and handicap people. Thanks We do love parking there because of the hotel conveniences.
Lot was full, but they let me park in the garage. The challenge was on the return when numerous shuttles showed up at the pick up point with no space. Travelers were stressed and frustrated.
My card was marked "invalid" by front desk clerk and gate would not lift unless I had paid $68.00. Had to find someone who issued an override.
The Hilton Bus is small and was unable to accommodate all of the customers arriving at Newark Airports. Only enough luggage space for ten riders. No priority system for arriving customers. If you were not aggressive you had to wait for the next bus. Driver was not a happy camper and was quite rude
