My card was marked "invalid" by front desk clerk and gate would not lift unless I had paid $68.00. Had to find someone who issued an override.
The Hilton Bus is small and was unable to accommodate all of the customers arriving at Newark Airports. Only enough luggage space for ten riders. No priority system for arriving customers. If you were not aggressive you had to wait for the next bus. Driver was not a happy camper and was quite rude
The parking lot was there, but was not clear that it was for both, the hotel guests and the others. There was no attendant to guide. The same was the case when leaving, as the gate was auto pay without attendant, the prepaid customer had to go in the hotel to validate the ticket. On return shuttle wait time was 20 minutes; while going lucky to have shuttle waiting. Other than that it was reasonable, clean and safe.
Great experience would use them again
I have used the Newark Airport Hilton parking lot 3 times. On each occasion, the Hilton shuttle service is inadequate. Other hotels (Renaisssance, Doubletree) shuttles show up 2x before the Hilton shuttle arrives. On this most recent trip, the Hilton shuttle arrived at pick up point P4 late and almost full with airline flight crews. Passengers were left behind at P4.
Parked early in morning and got back 6 days later at night. Easy and efficient service

Good location, great price compared to airport prices. Only suggestion is run shuttle more frequently during peak hours.
I found inconvenient to have to carry my luggage from Terminal C to Parking Lot 4, using the Air Tram and then have to wait for the shuttle. It will be great if we could call to indicate our location when we are ready to be picked up and not have to be carrying the luggage across the airport just to take the shuttle. The attendant at the front desk to validate the ticket was not very friendly. On the other hand, the driver was friendly and courteous.
Why anyone would park on the airport property & pay Port Authority prices is beyond me. This service is better and it costs less along with being more convenient.
Easy in and out.
Parking is good, shuttle from hotel leaves every 20 minute, friendly staff. But it took about 30 minutes for pick up after landing (equivalent to my drive home). It might make sense to take an Uber to the hotel lot.

Shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes while return is every 25-30 minutes, per the hotel's voicemail.
We not sure where to park when we arrived. Inquired at the hotel front desk and were given instructions for both parking and validating the ticket on our return.
Good experience overall. Longest wait was 10 minutes and the shuttle's were clean. Would recommend this service anytime.
Hilton means business when they state the shuttle to and fro to the air port leaves on the hour and every 20 minutes there after. They run a "tight ship" so slackers beware.
Safe parking. Starbucks Coffee great right in the hotel while you wait. Excellent winter accommodations for protected parking if it snows.
We seemed to have a much longer wait last night. There were multiple pick-ups from other hotels before our shuttle came.
This was absolutely outstanding, very easy and just perfect.
