In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.
During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

on my return I had to call Hilton because I had been waiting 25 minutes for the shuttle. The parking should be closer to the hotel to avoid any type of theft instead of the farthest point from the hotel where it appears to be an adjacent gate that I seen someone leaving the day I was parking. Instruction can be easier to understand the process, please take note. The first time I called the operator for return pick up, the initial call was dropped, that's important when your calling for service.
It took 20 minutes to exit because the swipe card didn't work and I had to return to hotel twice in order to exit. The button that they have for assistance didn't respond to continual pushing. I hope it was a one time maintenance issue, but frustrating after a long trip.
No instruction about where to be picked up at the airport on return. Waited 15 minutes in arrival area and called. Told the pick up was in the departure area.
The parking lot had no attendants. You had to find your own way to park wherever (hoping you don't get towed). The driver for the Hilton shuttle was extremely rude and mean. He yelled at me because I didn't tell him I had luggage in the back so when he dropped off other guests at the gate, he gave them my luggage. I would think that if I'm taking a shuttle to the airport, that would mean I had luggage in the shuttle!?? Duh. He didn't have to be rude and nasty either. That's uncalled for. The shuttle coming back to the hotel was a long wait and over crowded. They put as much luggage and as many people as they can on the shuttle. There were quite a few people standing. That's crazy and no safe. I would never use this parking lot again.
Wait time for the Hilton bus was 30 min.

I was a first-time long-term parker, and this was an excellent experience. We quickly found the lot, hopped on the shuttle, and made our way to the flight. Upon our return, we waited about 5 minutes when we saw the shuttle. They picked us up and took us to the hotel where I was quickly taken care of. The attendants were courteous, attentive, and very efficient.
The entry gates were under repair, so no tickets were emitted. I just parked without one and drove away without one when I returned.
Really easy to get to and inexpensive
We have used the Hilton Airport facility several times for our travels out of Miami and are very happy with the location, wait times and lot conditions. The parking spots are a little narrow but other than that the convenience is great.

The exit gate was broken.
I like parking at Hilton at blue lagoon. Probably the most convenient and easy to find parking.
I just had trouble knowing how to open the gate at the end. There are two slots, and I didn't notice the first one. That could be made clearer.
Getting a card to get out of the parking lot was very time consuming. The key card did not work. I went back to the front desk. The lady behind the front desk was rude. Second card did not work. Finally pressed the help button and got out.
Leaving was a hassle. Never told I needed to go to front desk before exiting
I was very impressed by how easy it was to find the lot, the short walk to the shuttle, and how quickly I was at the airport when I got there. I will definitely be using again!!!
Everything worked perfectly. Pick-up service was prompt and very courteous for both trips. You essentially to the Hilton, pick up a ticket at the entrance, exchange ticket with your Airport Parking receipt at the end of your trip for a swipe card that will let you out, and you drive away. No catches, no hidden fees, no issues. If you can afford it, the right thing to do is to tip the courteous and helpful drivers that pick and drop you off.
Best off airport parking I have used in the Miami area in a long time.
