In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel.
During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Worked out well. No issues at all
Trying to leave the lot, at the end of the trip, we had trouble. The machine took out pre-paid ticket and indicated that we owed $88.00. It "ate" our ticket and we had to go into the hotel lobby to get a card to let us out of the parking lot.
The only thing I didn't like was we were picked up at the hotel then taken to the terminal but on arriving at the airport it was like a school bus stop. He pickup up people one or two at a time as he drove to our departure airline. Those people were going back to the hotel before letting us off. When we arrived at our depart gate we had to fight our way out of a full shuttle of standing passenger. Then the driver had to unload the new baggage from the passenger that he just picked up at the airport to get to ours which were on the bottom of the pile. Lucky for us we gave ourselves enough time or we could have missed our flight.They need to rethink the pickup and drop off plan.
The route from the parking lot to the hotel lobby has no ramps to get over the curbs and grass, so pulling luggage was tricky. We also didn't use the shuttle pick-up - it took so long to get thru immigration that we just grabbed a cab! But that was no reflection on the hotel service. Would use this location again if I have to fly from MIA.

The Miami Airport Hilton provided a very nice, clean facility with easy entry and polite, courteous, and efficient checkout.
Not enough shuttles to handle the people. We waited 30 minutes with our bags in 86 degree heat. Then when the shuttle appeared, the driver tried not to stop and finally told us that the shuttle was full. He suggested we take a cab to the Hilton Airport Miami, which is where we left my car. We gathered our bags again and went for another long walk downstairs to get a cab. The cab company knew nothing about Hilton covering the cost of $15 to the Hilton. I called on the way and nobody at the desk knew anything about refunding us either. I was livid!! Finally a manager agreed to the refund. Again I waited 10 more minutes at the front desk while they located him. Typical Miami fashion. I will never park my car there again and I hate using MIA!!
excellent services, I strong recomend
The Hilton Blue Lagoon was an excellent and inexpensive way to park our car for our trip to Italy. The only thing was that you had to go inside to get a pass to get out. The lady told us where to put the key after we left, but we didn't see the box, so we just laid it on top of a call box we could find. Probably not the best thing but there wasn't anything else to do.
I was honestly surprised at how easy this prepaid parking system worked. No hassles at all.
Everything about parking here is smooth. The shuttle service, the parking validation, everything. I'll be staying here as long as the price stays competitive.
