Arrival Info:

In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel.

Airport Transportation

During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Operation Hours

24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week. However, shuttle service is only offered from 5:00AM until 1:00AM. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel.

    The parking at Hilton Miami Airport was excellent value for money, the staff was courteous and friendly. I would rate this facility and its staff a maximum of 10 out of 10. Excellent service.

    All went okay except leaving property. Email I received said there would be an attendant but there wasn't. Had to ask around & finally figured out that I had to go to the front desk of the hotel to get a card to swipe to get out of the lot.

    This was my first time and will defiitely be using this again - what a savings over airport parking when traveling for more than a day or two. I did not encounter any more time for parking than the travel on the shuttle. The driver on my return was exceptionally polite and considerate of the passengers including sending message that there were two left at Alitalia since her was at capacity. Thank you for excellent service.

    Everything was great except the driver of the shuttle provided a wrong direction where to park. It's good that I bumped into the security while trying to park and asked where I should park. It took me an additional time to park but the shuttle driver was waiting for me. Other than that it was no problem. Thank you!

    Trying to leave the lot, at the end of the trip, we had trouble. The machine took out pre-paid ticket and indicated that we owed $88.00. It "ate" our ticket and we had to go into the hotel lobby to get a card to let us out of the parking lot.

    The only thing I didn't like was we were picked up at the hotel then taken to the terminal but on arriving at the airport it was like a school bus stop. He pickup up people one or two at a time as he drove to our departure airline. Those people were going back to the hotel before letting us off. When we arrived at our depart gate we had to fight our way out of a full shuttle of standing passenger. Then the driver had to unload the new baggage from the passenger that he just picked up at the airport to get to ours which were on the bottom of the pile. Lucky for us we gave ourselves enough time or we could have missed our flight.They need to rethink the pickup and drop off plan.

    The route from the parking lot to the hotel lobby has no ramps to get over the curbs and grass, so pulling luggage was tricky. We also didn't use the shuttle pick-up - it took so long to get thru immigration that we just grabbed a cab! But that was no reflection on the hotel service. Would use this location again if I have to fly from MIA.
