Arrival Info:

In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.

Airport Transportation

During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Operation Hours

24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week. However, shuttle service is only offered from 5:00AM until 1:00AM. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel.

    Couldn't ask for a better experience. Hilton staff was attentive and helpful. Very short wait to the airport. The van was circling the airport when we arrived, so there was no waiting. I will use this site again.

    This is the 3rd time I used the airport parking and it was the worse. The shuttle driver told us he was not going to the Hilton were I parked my car. How come he was driving the Hilton shuttle and couldn't take us to the Hilton???

    It was a bit confusing entering the parking lot. It should be explained that you need to take a ticket when entering.... That you go to the desk upon returning with your voucher to get a card to leave the lot... Upon our return, there were many people in line to check in.. They became agitated when I just walked up to the desk to get the card.. Something should be a bit easier. Also, it was late when leaving... The parking lot was not well lit in the park and fly section.. And there was a chain I almost tripped over. But now that I know how it works... I would use it again.

    Google Maps had me going in circles trying to find the Miami Airport Hilton. There has to be an easier way to find the hotel. But, once there, it was easy getting to the terminal and pick up on return was very quick.

    Only downside is that you have to stand in line at the Hilton reception desk to get the card to allow exit from the lot. Same line for hotel room check-ins and check-outs. Not too bad when we arrived but I imagine it could be an issue when they are busy.

    It would be helpful to change the signage on the exit automatic check-out. It now says Cash Only See Reception Desk if Using a credit card (or words to that effect.) The instructions on the reservation receipt tell you to keep your original entry parking ticket. In fact, I returned to the Hotel Desk with my original entry ticket and my reservation form and the receptionist took the parking ticket and handed me a blue magnetic strip plastic card. I returned to my car to exit and the machine kept repeating "Insert your parking ticket" - I had none since she had taken it. So back I went walking to the hotel again. The lovely young man at the Concierge desk kindly accompanied me to show me that the blue card actually needs only to be swiped on a separate swiper. Why not just tell us this in clean signage and take away the existing misleading sings and misleading audio messages.
