In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.
During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Self park, get ticket and go. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes as advertised. On return front desk provides card for lot exit.
The Airport Hilton is an easy commute from my house, I do not depend on the Express Way (which is a lot of times anything but "express"). The survey is asking me to rate the parking lot attendant and does not give me an option: n/a, but the Hilton does not have one, therefore please disregard that comment. The directions to the long term parking at the hotel was precise and easy to follow. Upon departure I waited perhaps 10 minutes for the shuttle bus, upon arrival the bus happened to be there immediately. Both times the drivers were courteous and helpful with no language barrier (at times an issue in Miami). I can only highly recommend this long term parking option and will use it again for sure.
All in all a great experience. I parked for a 7 day trip to Europe and used APR due to the number of positive reviews, and was not dissapointed. I parked at the Hilton Miami Airport, and went off with out a hitch. If I ever need to fly out of MIA again, I'll use this service
Shuttle was very quick both to and from airport. Car was kept in secure area for 4 days with no issues at all. Awesome experience. Highly recommended!
1. We waited at Miami airport more than 10 minutes for the van; finally called the Hilton and was told they would send a bus right away. 2. It was not obvious how to get the swipe card to exit the parking lot. There was a very long line of people waiting to check in at reception. I grabbed the van driver and he went behind a closed door and came back out with a swipe card. He did not give us any instructions on how to use the card. 3. We drove to the exit and tried to use the card every way possible: swiping, inserting, every orifice and every orientation. It did not work. 4. Backed out of the exit (had to ask other cars to back up) and went back to reception. Again, a very long line. Again, flagged down a bellhop who told me to swipe the card in the first machine at the exit and told me "I told the other guy to tell you this." 5. We drove back to the exit and swiped the card in the first machine (again) and, again, it did not work. 6. Drove back to reception - third time facing the long line now. Flagged down the van driver and explained our predicament. He offered to let us follow him out the van exit, which is what we ultimately did. Our suggestions: 1. Make the process of retrieving the swipe card more obvious and simple. People trying to leave the parking lot, who have already paid, should not have to wait in the reception line or run around chasing a van driver or bellhop to help them. 2. Make sure the swipe cards work. It is embarrassing, and inconvenient for everyone in line to exit, to have to back out of the exit because the card does not work.
It was a very busy time at the airport and we waited about 20 minutes. The shuttle was full but the driver accommodated our party too. No complaints. We will use them again.
The parking spot are a little tight but it was ok.
long wait - 25 min. for a shuttle.....between 1 and 3pm, only one bus to terminal... and on my return i had to wait behind 8 people checking in so i could get the card to swipe to get out of the lot....they did not have a parking attendant the day i was there...that would help....otherwise, nice place to park...quick trip to terminal once the shuttle arrived....also, had to wait 20 min. at terminal for a shuttle back to the hotel.
Very nice hotel but the heavy road construction underway immediately surrounds the hotel and it is almost impossible to find the way into the hotel parking area. Even if you are familiar with Miami traffic, you will need extra time to get into the immediate area and find your way around the obstructions to get into the hotel site. Staff was great and room was very nice.
Great place to leave the car whilst away on vacation (short or long stay)!

I would love the option to park in the garage. I really like this facility. The one real drawback is getting the card to exit the parking lot. If people are checking into the hotel, you must wait in line to see a front desk employee. There must be an easier & more expeditious way to exit.

The entire transition from parking to the airport went very smoothly.
HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT WAS MY SECOND TIME AT PARKING AT THE HILTON LOT AND WAS AWARE OF THE PROCEDURE. THE WAIT WAS A LITTLE LONG AT ARRIVAL, BUT WE DID MANAGE TO BE ON TIME FOR OUR FLIGHT. ON THE RETURN, WHILE THE SHUTTLE WAS CROWDED, MY EXIT WAS VERY EASY AND I EXITED PROMPTLY. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
