In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.
During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Parking spaces are a little tight and those with largest vehicles seem to be the ones that can't park worth a hoot - Choose your spot wisely. The attendants were fantastic - they even spoke English, which is a rarity in and around MIA. This is the 7th or 8th time we've used the Hilton Airport Park-N-Ride and we strongly recommend it.

The Hilton staff was very courteous, polite, and helpful. The hotel is very easy to find, and the parking lot is to the right as soon as you go in. All you have to do is show your paid parking receipt when you come back, and that is it. The shuttle runs from 5:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M. Next time I am traveling, this is the place for me to leave my car.
very small space, very hard to park in space
I have a small car. Car can fit. It is a lot harder for an SUV. I parked a way from hotel guests. While my car was parked, a hotel guest still managed to damage my car.
Getting in and out is easy. shuttle works fine. Nice location.
Parking lot spots extremely small. I had to crawl through my hatch to get back into car to leave. Even tried passenger side. I was in the center of spot. I have a mini SUV, not a huge car. Unfortunately, when I went to leave, after crawling into car, it would not start. I went into hotel and told them and asked if they could help or had AAA number . Their response was 'Nope, your out of luck' and actually laughed a bit. It was easy to get there and get to airport and back, the hotel staff and parking lot was only issue.

Park there every time; always reliable.
Hilton staff was helpful. Problem arises when I try to park my Hyundai Sonata. It is classified as a medium sized car but your parking spots are too tight. I checked out the available spaces in order to park my car and if I would have parked I am sure you would have gotten complaints as to "dings" from the surrounding cars. I left 4 spots because I couldn't in good conscious park and expect that the drivers on either side would be able to squeeze into their cars to drive out/wouldn't want me to ding their cars in trying to get in. You REALLY need to add some inches to each space. I wonder how many complaints you get on this. I was afraid I would come home to a damaged car.

Didn't see any attendants. Parking spaces too narrow-scratch on front fender on return. Driver had a rear end collision on arrival at airport-meant we had to walk a mile through the terminal with 8 suitcases.
Was not informed about the narrow parking spaces. We have a medium size Volvo, which I carefully parked in the one space available. After packing, driver door had about 12 in. to open without scratching adjacent vehicle(another mid-size). My wife exited the car prior to parking. On return from our trip, an obvious hit had been made to our driver side bumper-fender with paint damage. Pictures were taken. No info was left by the offending driver, but a significant reason could certainly be due to insufficient spacing. I chose Hilton parking because friends had used Hilton parking at other airport locations. Will not recommend this location unless mini-car. I do have back up camera which assisted this very difficult parking space Center parking. I do plan to check with Miami or appropriate regulators for space size compliance. We stayed at Rome Hilton Garden inn on arrival and Hilton Rome Airport on our trip, neither had parking spaces this small even though cars are smaller.
Parking spaces very small. Otherwise all was fine. We arrived back at a peak hence the wait for the shuttle.
There a lot of obstacle to walk over to the lobby, it makes it hard for an older person.
