Arrival Info:

In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.

Airport Transportation

During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Operation Hours

24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week. However, shuttle service is only offered from 5:00AM until 1:00AM. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel.

    The entry gates were under repair, so no tickets were emitted. I just parked without one and drove away without one when I returned.

    We have used the Hilton Airport facility several times for our travels out of Miami and are very happy with the location, wait times and lot conditions. The parking spots are a little narrow but other than that the convenience is great.

    Getting a card to get out of the parking lot was very time consuming. The key card did not work. I went back to the front desk. The lady behind the front desk was rude. Second card did not work. Finally pressed the help button and got out.

    I was very impressed by how easy it was to find the lot, the short walk to the shuttle, and how quickly I was at the airport when I got there. I will definitely be using again!!!

    Everything worked perfectly. Pick-up service was prompt and very courteous for both trips. You essentially to the Hilton, pick up a ticket at the entrance, exchange ticket with your Airport Parking receipt at the end of your trip for a swipe card that will let you out, and you drive away. No catches, no hidden fees, no issues. If you can afford it, the right thing to do is to tip the courteous and helpful drivers that pick and drop you off.

    It took me 58 Minutes from waiting at MIA at 2:26pm on a Thursday till 3:24pm arriving at the Hilton. This was unacceptable. The driver said "Sorry I'm the only one working right now" That is ridiculous. I have used the Marriott campus before, I have never had an issue with them, and saw their shuttles at least 3 times waiting for the Hilton shuttle. Disappointed.

    The reason I rate the parking lot low is because when my husband and I originally drove into the parking lot we saw a car on bricks with all tires removed. Needless to say that we were shock and scared to leave the car. Since we couldn't find another parking lot with such late notice we crossed our fingers and hope for the best. I am not sure why the car was in this condition but it was not a nice first impression. Once we came back from our vacation we were relieved that the car was intact and I can say that it was an overall good experience minus the incident with the car.
