In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space in the lot immediately to the right of the main parking gate. Press the button and take a ticket to enter the parking lot and take an immediate right into the Off-Airport Parkers lot. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Any car parked at this facility is parked at the car owner's sole risk. The hotel is not responsible, nor does it assume any liability, for any damages or loss caused by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car (or its contents) parked at the facility.
During Shuttle Hours of 5AM-1AM, the shuttle picks up and drops off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. If you are at the airport between the hours of 1AM and 5AM and need return service to the Hotel, please take a taxi at your expense. Shuttle is available on a first come, first-served basis. Any taxi charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest, not the hotel. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and present your pre-paid Airport Parking Reservations receipt.

Easy process to check in, park the vehicle, and get on the shuttle to airport.. surprised by the short waiting time to get a ride back to the parking lot after our return. Definitely will use this service again
Very conveniently located with plenty of parking available. Shuttle service ran to and from the airport every 15 minutes or less. Courteous staff and hassle free.
It would be nice not having to wait in line for guests checking into the Hotel to obtain the card to exit property.
The gate arm/ticketing mechanism was not working when we arrived. When we got home we had the shuttle driver wave us off and did not get to the parking lot for another 20 minutes whuile we waited on the next shuttle.
It took over 45 minutes for a shuttle to come by.
Good and convenient parking lot right across Miami International.
Comment for the Hilton. As a lifetime diamond member I would suggest a special diamond line instead of just a Hilton honors line so diamond members don't have to wait on silver and gold members to argue about upgrades and perks. It was easy to get a card to leave the parking lot but I had to wait in line about 5 minutes.
First time to use it and it was so easy!
Your new system of prepaid and giving the customer the exit card is fantastic- we were in and out with ease! Easiest part of our trip!
Everything is great, except the shuttle always takes a long time at pick up time. Rates have increased over the time I have been using this service too.
My only problem was that there were no parking lot attendants and I didn't even see the signs on where to park so I needed to go to the lobby first to ask. The line was long and there was a bit of a wait. I was told to park anywhere on the right but there was a garage and an empty parking lot so I still wasn't positive on where to park and occasionally on my trip wondered if my car would be there when I got back. Other than that it was great.

I had trouble using the swipe card on the way out and had to go back to the hotel for a new card, which still gave some trouble, but then it worked. I use this system whenever I fly from Miami (once or twice a year)
Everything was great except waiting 30 min for pick up curbside at midnight
It was a bit of a problem getting out. I received a pass card upon arrival that did not work. I had to back away from the gate, inconveniencing both myself and the people behind me. Returning to the desk I was given another card that did work. But it was more rigamarole than necessary. Otherwise a very fine facility.
All went well after a long day of travel. It was also a good value.
Very pleased with everything I needed
Plan arrival was delayed to 3AM. As a result, had to take a cab to the lot. (Shuttle stops at 1AM and resumes at 5AM.) That said, once we arrived, personnel got us out and on our way very quickly.
van is small and should be considered for upgraded new ones
Parking spaces are a little tight and those with largest vehicles seem to be the ones that can't park worth a hoot - Choose your spot wisely. The attendants were fantastic - they even spoke English, which is a rarity in and around MIA. This is the 7th or 8th time we've used the Hilton Airport Park-N-Ride and we strongly recommend it.
