Excellent and courteous shuttle bus transportation is provided to and from the LAX terminals every 15 minutes. All you need to do is pull into the valet station.     I have only parked here once and have to say it's a little less convenient than other options. Would use again, but wouldn't be my 1st choice.

    First and last time we'll use facility; shuttle went fine-coming and going. We paid for valet parking and texted on arrival--car was not there when we got to hotel; area was mass chaos, staff was unhelpful; took 25 minutes to get our car. And when I asked where Ii could get a glass of water, I was told I would have to pay for it!

    My car wasn't ready as promised when I texted, but I received a discount for it. I didn't have to wait long and the attendants were courteous. It was nice to be treated well without having to make a scene like other people. They have excellent customer service!

    when arriving back, if you use the valet at the hilton, paying is confusing. i stood in line at the cashier, but it turns out that's only for self park. to pay for valet, you have to go into the lobby and use a payment machine. confusing and not convenient. on the plus, they had an attendant standing at the valet payment machine to assist, so that was helpful.

    The Hilton uses an automated system to retrieve your vehicle and make payment - while my car was waiting by the time I arrived (which was great), their machines were not equipped to handle the appropriate fee negotiated with this website, so it took nearly 10 minutes to work out the proper payment with an actual person. Perhaps this is something that needs to be set up on their end, but I would definitely suggest some improvements on that end. Otherwise it was great!

    Directions for how to pay and retrieve the car were inadequate. I waited for a long time at the valet station, only to be told to pay at the automated station inside the lobby. All the while, many valets walked past me, and not a single one offered to help or direct me.

    Hilton runs far too few shuttles. Ours took more than 30 minutes to arrive and we were on our way to get a taxi when it finally arrived. I won't be using the Hilton service again due to this.

    Shuttle service is slow. Typically the shuttle is prompt at the lot, but slow to pick up at the airport. Many other shuttles pass by more frequently. My wife always suggests that we try another company.

    Had to wait close to 20 minutes for the shuttle on the return. Had the valet parking and could not reach the attendant. Had to call 6 or 7 times. The driver was super courteous and handled all bags on both the outbound and inbound.
