Pull into the parking lot and proceed to the self parking lot. You will receive an entry ticket from the automated system. Turn right and park in the rear of the hotel. Upon return please check in with the valet with your prepaid receipt to have your entry ticket validated for exit.

Morning driver and morning attendant were very helpful, evening attendant very good evening driver not very helpful.
Make sure you get there early as the parking fills quickly. Good experience overall.
Overall it was pretty good, it would be better if the shuttles ran every 15 vs every 30.
There is a shuttle but it's only a 8 minute walk from the parking lot to the airport terminal... just walk!
1) The graphics at the lot definitely need improvement. Once I parked, it was difficult to figure out where to go and how to get there. 2) After waiting over 25 minutes for the shuttle, I walked over to the airport and still got there before the shuttle. 3) The instructions were vague at best regarding checking out and getting a receipt. I'll use this service again... But I'll either plan to walk to the airport or allow at least three times as much time for waiting to ride the shuttle....
The parking lot is located right down the street from the airport. It is very convenient. If necessary or shuttle is not running, it is so close that you can walk. Also, if you reserve your spot online you pay a reduced price per day, it varies, I paid $10 per day. If you just drive up to the lot and pay that way you will be charged about $20 per day.
After the rain stopped, I noticed my right rear part of my car was all scratched with small scratches, from people putting their luggage on my trunk. Very disappointed in the safe keeping of parked vehicles. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HILTON.!!!!

The only criticism is the poor frequency of the shuttle (Only once every 30 mins, might I suggest once every 20 mins would be so much better). You can walk to the terminals in 7-10 mins, however.
I didn't actually use the shuttle as its seriously a 5 minute walk to the airport. Parking was easy - you take a ticket and then when you arrive back to pick up your car, bring proof of payment and they will validate your ticket. Super easy and will definitely park here when flying out of SNA!

The Driver was supposed to come by the Irvine Airport on the 15 and 45 of the hour. We got to the Courtesy area for that pick-up at 20 after the hour so we missed it. NP, we'll get it on the 45. We saw a lot of courtesy shuttles from other hotels come by - even an other Hilton - so we knew we were in the right area. The Hilton Irvine shuttle failed to appear. Called the hotel, which you can actually see their building from where we were standing, and she explained that she spoke to the driver and he "Oscar" had already come by and we'd need to wait until the next one scheduled for 15 after the hour. I told her Oscar was mistaken as there is no way we could have missed him. But she insisted. We cut our losses as we (fam. of two young girls, my wife and I...all very tired from a long day of traveling) didn't want to wait any longer, and paid $10 for a cab to take us to the Hilton Irvine. So no, I would not recommend the Hilton Irvine for parking!
Glad to use your service. I had booked another reservation for my upcoming trip and I made an error reserving wrong parking lot. Customer service reps I had contacted via phone and e-mail for cancellation were excellent!
The whole parking experience is one I will repeat. Hopefully, the next time we will not be taken to the wrong Hilton, as we were last night. I believe the wrong driver picked us up, but he did take us to the correct hotel.
I would recommend adding a clarification that you catch the shuttle in the front of the hotel.
Confusing to say the least. Credit card machine did not work to pay for parking and was forced to use all the cash that I had on hand. Waited over 30+ minutes to be picked up at the airport.
Your prices are not competitive. We can park at the airport for the same price. I will klook for cheaper alternatives unless you lower your prices.
We've parked at the Hilton on MacArthur several times & it is our go to place. We know our car will be OK & with its shuttle to & from the airport we'll arrive on time.
